To obtain a good drivability and high efficiency of the micro-electric vehicle, a new driving in-wheel motor design was analyzed and optimized. Maxwell software was used to build finite element simulation model of the...To obtain a good drivability and high efficiency of the micro-electric vehicle, a new driving in-wheel motor design was analyzed and optimized. Maxwell software was used to build finite element simulation model of the driving in-wheel motor. The basic features and starting process were analyzed by field-circuit coupled finite element method. The internal complicated magnetic field distribution and dynamic performance simulation were obtained in different positions. No-load and load characteristics of the driving in-wheel motor was simulated, and the power consumption of materials was computed. The conformity of the final simulation results with the experimental data indicates that this method can be used to provide a theoretical basis to make further optimal design of this new driving in-wheel motor and its control system, so as to improve the starting torque and reduce torque ripple of the motor. This method can shorten the development cycle of in-wheel motors and save development costs, which has a wide range of engineering application value.展开更多
A new kind of volume control hydraulic press that combines the advantages of both hydraulic and SRM(switched reluctance motor) driving technology is developed.Considering that the serious dead zone and time-variant no...A new kind of volume control hydraulic press that combines the advantages of both hydraulic and SRM(switched reluctance motor) driving technology is developed.Considering that the serious dead zone and time-variant nonlinearity exist in the volume control electro-hydraulic servo system,the ILC(iterative learning control) method is applied to tracking the displacement curve of the hydraulic press slider.In order to improve the convergence speed and precision of ILC,a fuzzy ILC algorithm that utilizes the fuzzy strategy to adaptively adjust the iterative learning gains is put forward.The simulation and experimental researches are carried out to investigate the convergence speed and precision of the fuzzy ILC for hydraulic press slider position tracking.The results show that the fuzzy ILC can raise the iterative learning speed enormously,and realize the tracking control of slider displacement curve with rapid response speed and high control precision.In experiment,the maximum tracking error 0.02 V is achieved through 12 iterations only.展开更多
A sliding mode and active disturbance rejection control(SM-ADRC)was employed to regulate the speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The major advantages of the proposed control scheme are that it can main...A sliding mode and active disturbance rejection control(SM-ADRC)was employed to regulate the speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The major advantages of the proposed control scheme are that it can maintain the original features of ADRC and make the parameters of ADRC transition smoothly.The proposed control scheme also ensures speed control accuracy and improves the robustness and anti-load disturbance ability of the system.Moreover,through the analysis of a d-axis current output equation,a novel current-loop SM-ADRC is presented to improve the system’s dynamic performance and inner ability of anti-load disturbance.Results of a simulation and experiments show that the improved sliding-mode ADRC system has the advantages of fast response,small overshoot,small steady-state error,wide speed range and high control accuracy.It shows that the system has strong anti-interference ability to reduce the influence of variations in rotational inertia,load and internal parameters.展开更多
