The softening fraction was defined by 2% offset method. The results show that Avrami exponent of about 0.21 is insensitive to deformation temperature, indicating that the action of steel grade should be considered. The time of 50% recrystallization (t0.5) decreases noteworthily with the increase of deformation temperature. Apparent activation energy for static recrystallization of 195 kJ/mol, which is close to that of vanadium microalloyed steel, is obtained by calculating. The increasing trend of the driving force for recrystallization is opposite to that of the deformation temperature, which is attributed to the number of operative slip system increasing as temperature increasing.展开更多

The influence of stabilizing annealing on mechanical properties and microstructure of the cold rolling sheet was studied. The results show that the strength and hardness of the alloy decrease, while the elongation increases with increasing the stabilizing annealing temperature. With the increase of stabilizing annealing time, the strength and hardness of the alloy drop slightly but its ductility exhibits no change. Partial recovery and recrystallization orderly occur with the increase of annealing temperature during stabilizing treatment. Only different degrees of recovery occur in the alloys annealed below 400 ℃ for 1 h. Partial recrystallization occurs after annealed at 450 ℃ for 1 h. By annealing at 300 ℃ for 1 h, the alloy can obtain the optimum application values of δb, δ0.2 and δ, which are 436 MPa, 327 MPa and 16.7%, respectively.展开更多

The intrinsic conditions of preparation determining phase stability in nanocrystalline were clarified. After being milled for 120 h, the powders of Fego Ni10 and Fe80 Ni20 consist of a single α(bcc) phase, Fe30 Ni30 powders are a single γ(fcc), and for Fe65 Ni35 powders there is co-existence of α and γ phases. The as-milled Fe80 Ni20 powders annealed at 680℃ exhibits the stability of high-temperature γ phase at room temperature, which is consistent with the theoretical prediction.展开更多

The results show that the continuous eutectic carbide network structure has been broken down and changed to partial isolated and finer particles embedded in matrix of as-cast alloy by modification. Carbides in both quenched and tempered specimens have been refined effectively after the addition of Mo. Specimen containing 0.5% Mo shows the finest microstructures with carbides dispersed homogeneously in martensite matrix and demonstrates highest impact toughness of 18.4 J/cm2 and hardness of 50 HRC.展开更多
