提出一种基于扩展Huber估计的迭代型支持向量回归算法。该方法将最小二乘支持向量机(least squares support vector machine,LS-SVM)目标函数中残差的最小二乘估计用扩展的Huber估计代替,并且采用迭代算法求解,在整体上考虑了回归曲线...提出一种基于扩展Huber估计的迭代型支持向量回归算法。该方法将最小二乘支持向量机(least squares support vector machine,LS-SVM)目标函数中残差的最小二乘估计用扩展的Huber估计代替,并且采用迭代算法求解,在整体上考虑了回归曲线的平滑性,有效地抑制了少数异常点的回归误差引起的残差污染,进而通过比较实测值与回归估计值之间的残差来识别测量数据中的异常值。同时还给出了基于该方法的数据检验及重构的流程与步骤。以某600 MW机组为例,对主蒸汽温度进行了算例分析,结果表明该方法能够有效识别主蒸汽温度测量值中异常值,并可给出可靠的重构值,具有较好的稳健性能,而且迭代收敛较快,适合于工程上的在线应用。展开更多
提出基于样条变换偏鲁棒M–回归(partial robust M-regression of splines,PRMS)的电站热力过程数据检验方法。首先通过样条变换将原测量数据间的非线性关系转化为拟线性关系;再采用偏鲁棒M–回归方法对经变换后的数据进行加权迭代,建...提出基于样条变换偏鲁棒M–回归(partial robust M-regression of splines,PRMS)的电站热力过程数据检验方法。首先通过样条变换将原测量数据间的非线性关系转化为拟线性关系;再采用偏鲁棒M–回归方法对经变换后的数据进行加权迭代,建立具有鲁棒性的非线性数据检验回归模型;然后采用测量检验法检验数据,用模型预测值对数据进行重构。该方法不仅能够克服变量间的多重相关性,消除各类离群点对模型的影响,并且具有较高的预测精度和计算效率。选用某300 MW机组热力系统作为算例,结果表明该方法能够进行有效的数据检验和数据重构。展开更多

A verification method including two independent criteri a for vapor-liquid equilibrium data of salt-containing system is proposed on the bases of thermodynamics and the Debye-Hückel electrolytical solution theory.A ccording to the criteria every experimental point can be verified by the calcula tion of its vapor-liquid equilibrium data.Not only is this method rigorous in th e theory,but also very convenient in the application.Under the condition of fix ing the ratio between two solvents it can be used for vapor-liquid equilibrium d ata verification of various salt-containing systems,whether the systems are isot hemic or isobaric,aqueous or non-aqueous,up to saturated or non-saturated.展开更多
