目的观察不同频率振动应变(vibration strain)对体外培养成骨细胞细胞周期、增殖能力及分化的影响,确定最佳振动频率。方法应用自制复合振动仪,将振动强度0.5g(g为加速度),不同频段3~10、15~30、25~45、50~80和80~100Hz振... 目的观察不同频率振动应变(vibration strain)对体外培养成骨细胞细胞周期、增殖能力及分化的影响,确定最佳振动频率。方法应用自制复合振动仪,将振动强度0.5g(g为加速度),不同频段3~10、15~30、25~45、50~80和80~100Hz振动应变分别作用于成骨细胞,振动应变加载后分别检测细胞周期、细胞增殖能力(MTT法)及碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)活性的变化。结果15~30和25~45Hz频段诱导成骨细胞周期循环(P〈0.01),促进细胞增殖(P〈0.01),增强ALP活性(P〈0.01);80~100和3~10Hz频段抑制细胞周期循环(P〈0.01);80~100Hz频段抑制细胞增殖(P〈0.01);50~80和80~100Hz频段抑制ALP活性(P〈0.01)。结论不同频率振动应变对成骨细胞周期、增殖能力、ALP活性均有影响,振动应变促进成骨细胞增殖及分化的最佳频率为15~45Hz。 展开更多

由于航天器在轨运行时产生的微振动会对其成像质量和指向精度等关键工作性能产生较大影响,通过地面试验测试航天器各活动部件的微振动特性对航天器的减振/隔振设计至关重要,为此研制了两种微振动测试平台:应变式微振动测试平台(strain m... 由于航天器在轨运行时产生的微振动会对其成像质量和指向精度等关键工作性能产生较大影响,通过地面试验测试航天器各活动部件的微振动特性对航天器的减振/隔振设计至关重要,为此研制了两种微振动测试平台:应变式微振动测试平台(strain micro-vibrations testing platform,简称SMTP)和压电式微振动测试平台(piezoelectric micro-vibrations testing platform,简称PMTP)。为了获得高精度的测试结果,分别针对SMTP和PMTP开发了高精度的标定方法,并通过试验测试对两种测试平台的工作性能进行检验。结果表明,SMTP和PMTP的测试误差分别在±1.10%和±4.94%以内,且二者对同一微振动的振动幅值的测试误差在±4.36%以内。 展开更多

基于LMD谱分析的压气机转静子碰摩故障诊断

为了提取压气机转静子的碰摩故障特征,提出一种基于弹性支承振动应变信号的局部均值分解(LMD)谱分析方法。该方法通过在转子系统弹性支承垂直和水平方向的弹条上粘贴应变片,获取转子系统在工作过程中的振动应变信号,通过对振动应变信号... 为了提取压气机转静子的碰摩故障特征,提出一种基于弹性支承振动应变信号的局部均值分解(LMD)谱分析方法。该方法通过在转子系统弹性支承垂直和水平方向的弹条上粘贴应变片,获取转子系统在工作过程中的振动应变信号,通过对振动应变信号进行LMD分解,并对LMD分解所得信号进行循环频率谱和切片谱分析,从而获得碰摩故障特征。分析结果表明:LMD可以对弹性支承振动应变信号进行有效分解;弹性支承振动应变信号经LMD分解得到第1个PF (Production function)分量的循环频率谱和各PF分量的切片谱均可提取转静子的碰摩故障特征频率。叶轮叶片的分解检查结果验证了该方法对转静子碰摩故障识别与诊断的有效性。 展开更多

Effect of cross-wind on spatial vibration responses of train and track system 被引量:4

By taking cross-wind forces acting on trains into consideration, a dynamic analysis method of the cross-wind and high-speed train and slab track system was proposed on the basis of the analysis theory of spatial vibration of high-speed train and slab track system. The corresponding computer program was written by FORTRAN language. The dynamic responses of the high-speed train and slab track under cross-wind action were calculated. Meanwhile, the effects of the cross-wind on the dynamic responses of the system were also analyzed. The results show that the cross-wind has a significant influence on the lateral and vertical displacement responses of the car body, load reduction factor and overturning factor. For example, the maximum lateral displacement responses of the car body of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 32.10 and 1.60 mm, respectively. The maximum vertical displacement responses of the car body of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 6.60 and 3.29 mm, respectively. The maximum wheel load reduction factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.43 and 0.22, respectively. The maximum overturning factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.28 and 0.08, respectively. The cross-wind affects the derailment factor and lateral Sperling factor of the moving train to a certain extent. However, the lateral and vertical displacement responses of rails with the crnss-wind are almost the same as those without the cross-wind. The method presented and the corresponding computer program can be used to calculate the interaction between trains and track in cross-wind. 展开更多

Carbon fiber reinforced plastics provide many excellent properties and are widely used in the aerospace industry.However,the existing composites autoclave process still faces difficulties such as high-energy consumption,uneven distribution of temperature field,complications of pressure transmission,and high cost,which limit their application in manufacturing of large complex composites components.In this study,the vibration treatment was introduced into the composites microwave curing process innovatively.On the basis of giving full play to the uniform heating characteristics of the microwave,the problems of a large number of internal defects and poor molding quality caused by the insufficient curing pressure have been solved.The results showed that the samples cured by the improved microwave process without external pressure had a few internal voids,excellent interface bonding conditions,and lower residual stress.Their properties were almost consistent with the samples prepared by the standard autoclave process,which provided a new method for the high-performance,efficient,safe,and low-cost manufacturing of large complex composites components. 展开更多

Recycled waste tires when mixed with soil can play an important role as lightweight materials in retaining walls and embankments, machine foundations and railroad track beds in seismic zones. Having high damping characteristic, rubbers can be used as either soil alternative or mixed with soil to reduce vibration when seismic loads are of great concern. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the dynamic properties of such mixtures prior to practical applications. To this reason, torsional resonant column and dynamic triaxial experiments were carried out and the effect of the important parameters like rubber content and ratio of mean grain size of rubber solids versus soil solids(D50,r/D50,s) on dynamic response of mixtures in a range of low to high shearing strain amplitude from about 4×10-4% to 2.7% were investigated. Considering engineering applications, specimens were prepared almost at the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content to model a mixture layer above the ground water table and in low precipitation region. The results show that tire inclusion significantly reduces the shear modulus and increases the damping ratio of the mixtures. Also decrease in D50,r/D50,s causes the mixture to exhibit more rubber-like behavior. Finally, normalized shear modulus versus shearing strain amplitude curve was proposed for engineering practice. 展开更多
