The characteristics of the design resources in the ship collaborative design is described and the hierarchical model for the evaluation of the design resources is established. The comprehensive evaluation of the co-designers for the collaborative design resources has been done from different aspects using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) ,and according to the evaluation results,the candidates are determined. Meanwhile,based on the principle of minimum cost,and starting from the relations between the design tasks and the corresponding co-designers,the optimizing selection model of the collaborators is established and one novel genetic combined with simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to realize the optimization. It overcomes the defects of the genetic algorithm which may lead to the premature convergenee and local optimization if used individually. Through the application of this method in the ship collaborative design system,it proves the feasibility and provides a quantitative method for the optimizing selection of the design resources. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the process for pillow shape plate by line heating technique, which is widely applied in the production of ship hull. Based on the analysis of primary parameters and experimental data in line heating process, the amount of local contraction generated by line heating has been illustrated. Then, combining with the computational result of local deformation determined by shell plate development, an optimization method for line heating parameters has been studied. This prediction system may provide rational arrangements of heating lines and technical parameters of process. By integrating the prediction system into the line heating robot for pillow shape plate, the automatic process of line heating for pillow shape plate can be achieved. 展开更多

Calibration of the p... The RMC technology developed by RIPP has been applied in a 1.5 Mt/a medium pressure hydrocracking unit at Shanghai Petrochemical Company. The unit was successfully put on stream in September 2002. Calibration of the performance of the commercial unit has shown that the RMC technology has higher hydrogenation activity and selectivity, and high quality product can be obtained under lower reaction temperature. The heavy naphtha with less than 0.5 ppm of sulfur and 58.5 m% potential aromatic content is a good feedstock for catalytic reforming unit. The diesel with less than 0.5 ppm of sulfur, 6.6 m% aromatics and cetane rating of 56 is a high-grade diesel fuel. The hydrocracked tail oil containing more than 14 m% hydrogen and mere 1.7m% aromatics could be used as a good feedstock for steam cracking process to produce ethylene. 展开更多

Test work showed that when the coal sample from Zhong Liang Shanwas processed with a Free Jet Flotation Column its pyritic sulfur content was reduced from 3.08%to 0. 84%, with 72. 22% recovery ofcomhustiblc matter in clean coal. This paper gives a brief review of the development of shaft sinking by artificial ground freezing since 1949 when new China was founded. Several shaft freezing schemes which have been successfully applied from the economic and safe viewpoints are presented. Current technology and some innovative techniques, especially the shaft lining which have experienced major improvements over the last four decades ,are briefly reviewed. The technique of the in-situ pour concrete incorporating ailica fume with higher early strength under low temperature curing conditions is described. The temperature field in shaft freezing and its finite difference solution are given in this paper. A recently developed method combining freeze wall model test with back analysis technique based on numerical simulation is also described. 展开更多

Reliable evaluations of a noise jammer's effectiveness are necessary to properly design, manufacture, and operate one, so it is important to have an evaluation model. Based on their characteristics and principles, relevant factors were classified in terms of their contribution to a unit's effectiveness. In this way an evaluation index system was established. In the proposed mathematical model a noise jammer is analyzed by combining the model of system effectiveness with the method of analytic hierarchical process. A simulation of underwater acoustic countermeasures was used to test the rationality and feasibility of the model. The results showed that this model is an effective way to solve the challenge of evaluating the effectiveness of non-offensive weapons under single working phase. 展开更多
