目的 研究血管紧张素 (angiotensin ,Ang )对体外培养的牛眼小梁细胞骨架的动力学影响 ,探讨 Ang 对房水的调节作用及在青光眼发病机制中的意义。方法 (1)牛眼小梁细胞的体外培养 ,应用免疫组化方法 (NSE, 因子相关抗原染色 )细胞鉴... 目的 研究血管紧张素 (angiotensin ,Ang )对体外培养的牛眼小梁细胞骨架的动力学影响 ,探讨 Ang 对房水的调节作用及在青光眼发病机制中的意义。方法 (1)牛眼小梁细胞的体外培养 ,应用免疫组化方法 (NSE, 因子相关抗原染色 )细胞鉴定 ,光学及电子透射显微镜对细胞进行形态学及生长特性的观察 ;(2 )以含不同浓度 Ang -的培养液孵育小梁细胞 12~ 2 4h,(终浓度分别是 10 - 5、10 - 6、10 - 7m ol· L- 1 )。免疫组化法 (SABC)对α- sm ooth- actin、tubulin-α染色。结果以计算机图像分析系统分析 ,并统计学检验。结果 牛眼小梁细胞培养成功 ,成活率 80 %~ 10 0 % ,上皮型为主 ,Ang 产生明显的细胞收缩效应 ,actin是收缩的主要效应器。结论 体外培养牛眼小梁细胞技术是研究小梁细胞特性的重要实验技术。 Ang 可以引起小梁细胞的浓度依赖性的收缩 ,提示 Ang可能是房水排出途径的调节因子之一 。 展开更多

运用分子动力学模拟方法,研究微通道脉管内部微观的制冷效应,讨论了微通道脉管几何因素对制冷性能的影响。建立了矩形截面微通道脉管模型,模拟微通道脉管内工质He气体的充放气过程,获得通道内部轴向压力、速度、温度的分布。分析了脉管... 运用分子动力学模拟方法,研究微通道脉管内部微观的制冷效应,讨论了微通道脉管几何因素对制冷性能的影响。建立了矩形截面微通道脉管模型,模拟微通道脉管内工质He气体的充放气过程,获得通道内部轴向压力、速度、温度的分布。分析了脉管固有尺寸对微通道脉管冷热端温度的影响。研究表明:模型1B-2L中随着过程进行,压力梯度逐步减小,最终达到平衡,同时会出现略微的逆向梯度现象;原子轴向速度在200 ps时最大为434 m/s,随后轴向速度峰值向管内移动并递减。维持模型宽度恒定增加长度或者维持模型长度恒定增加宽度,热端温度均有所上升,冷端温度有所下降。长度宽度的增加对微通道脉管性能都有一定促进作用;保持长径比,同比例放大模型,在一定程度上优化了脉管的工作性能,存在一个最优脉管容积。 展开更多

Molecular dynamics(MD)simulations are employed to delve into the multifaceted effects of TiB_(2) nanoparticles on the intricate grain refinement mechanism,microstructural evolution,and tensile performance of Inconel 718 superalloys during the rapid directional solidification.Specifically,the study focuses on elucidating the role of TiB2 nanoparticles in augmenting the nucleation rate during the rapid directional solidification process of Ni_(60)Cr_(21)Fe_(19) alloy system.Furthermore,subsequent tensile simulations are conducted to comprehensively evaluate the anisotropic behavior of tensile properties within the solidified microstructures.The MD results reveal that the incorporation of TiB₂nanoparticles during the rapid directional solidification of the Ni_(60)Cr_(21)Fe_(19) significantly enhances the average nucleation rate,escalating it from 1.27×10^(34)m^(-3)·s^(-1)to 2.55×10^(34)m^(-3)·s^(-1).Notably,within the face centered cube(FCC)structure,Ni atoms exhibit pronounced compositional segregation,and the solidified alloy maintains an exceptionally high dislocation density reaching up to 10^(16)m^(-2).Crucially,the rapid directional solidification process imparts a distinct microstructural anisotropy,leading to a notable disparity in tensile strength.Specifically,the tensile strength along the solidification direction is markedly superior to that perpendicular to it.This disparity arises from different deformation mechanisms under varying loading orientations.Tensile stress perpendicular to the solidification direction encourages the formation of smooth and organized mechanical twins.These twins act as slip planes,enhancing dislocation mobility and thereby improving stress relaxation and dispersion.Moreover,the results underscore the profound strengthening effect of TiB_(2) nanoparticles,particularly in enhancing the tensile strength along the rapid directional solidification direction. 展开更多

A novel intercluster potential mod... The Brownian dynamics (BD) simulation of a dilute surfactant solution is conducted in a steady shear flow. The rodlike micelle is assumed as a rigid rod composed of lined-up beads. A novel intercluster potential model is introduced for describing the interactions between, micelles. In the model, the Lennard-Jones and the soft-sphere potentials are used as inter-bead potentials for end-end and interior-interior beads, respectively. The micelles are combined at their ends to form a network structure at lower shear rates and are disconnected to become more and more parallel to the shear flow direction with increasing shear rate. The change of micellar microstructures with the variation of the shear rate results in shear thinning characteristics of the computed shear viscosities and first normal stress difference coefficients. The effects of surfactant solution concentration on the micellar structures and rheological properties are also investigated. Results show that the shear viscosities and the first normal stress difference coefficients increase with increasing the viscosity of the surfactant solution. 展开更多

As there are lots of non-linear systems in the real engineering, it is very important to do more researches on the modeling and prediction of non-linear systems. Based on the multi-resolution analysis (MRA) of wavelet theory, this paper combined the wavelet theory with neural network and established a MRA wavelet network with the scaling function and wavelet function as its neurons. From the analysis in the frequency domain, the results indicated that MRA wavelet network was better than other wavelet networks in the ability of approaching to the signals. An essential research was can:led out on modeling and prediction with MRA wavelet network in the non-linear system. Using the lengthwise sway data received from the experiment of ship model, a model of offline prediction was established and was applied to the short-time prediction of ship motion. The simulation results indicated that the forecasting model improved the prediction precision effectively, lengthened the forecasting time and had a better prediction results than that of AR linear model. The research indicates that it is feasible to use the MRA wavelet network in the short-time prediction of ship motion. 展开更多

Improved fluid dynamics can enhance the separation efficiency of flotation methods. A Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation using FLUENT was performed to model the fluid environment of a cyclonic-sta- tic micro bubble flotation column. The simulation results visually show the interior flow and illustrate mix- ing of the different flows within the apparatus. An analysis of the distribution in velocity and vorticity was used to analyze the separation mechanism and the synergism of the component parts and to strengthen the design of each unit. The conclusions are that axial back mixing and vortexes still exist in the separation unit even in the presence of packing media. The inverted cone structure near the tangential inlet (cone 1 ) within the cyclonic unit is the main reason for this. The cone 1 structure enhances swirling and focuses energy within the inner area of the cone where there are abundant bubbles. As a result slowly floating minerals are forcibly recovered and railings are effectively separated within this unit. However, cone 1 also reduces the vorticity downstream from it, which reduces the efficiency of railings separation within this part. Therefore, the design of cone 1 should be based on the principles of lessening disturbances to the column unit while strengthening the separation effect of the cyclonic unit. Also, the axial distance between the paired cyclonic structures at the bottom of the column (cone 2) and cone 1 poses tough requirements because of an interaction between separation of the middlings and railings. 展开更多

Presence of fine dust in air causes serious health hazard for mine operators resulting in such serious problems as coal workers’pneumoconiosis and silicosis.Major sources of dust appear of course along the mining face where the minerals are extracted.Proper control and management are required to ensure safe working environment in the mine.Here,we utilize the computational fluid dynamic(CFD)approach to evaluate various methods used for mitigating dust dispersion from the mining face and for ensuring safe level of dust concentration in the mine tunnel for safety of the operators.The methods used include:application of blowing and exhaust fans,application of brattice and combination of both.The results suggest that among the examined methods,implementation of appropriately located brattice to direct the flow from the main shaft to the mining face is the most effective method to direct dust particles away from the mining face. 展开更多

Molecular dynamics(MD) simulations were performed to investigate the glass forming ability(GFA) and microscopic structural properties of liquid Cu-Zr alloys.Based on the analysis of composition dependences of the reduced glass transition temperatures and the excess volume,we found that the Cu-Zr glasses have the largest GFA at Cu65Zr35 composition.To get more detailed information of local structure,we calculated the pair correlation functions,partial pair correlation functions,the excess entropy,chemical order parameter,coordination number,and Voronoi index of Cu-Zr liquids.We found that there exists an obvious and close relationship among the GFA,the excess entropy calculated using the total pair correlation functions,chemical order parameters,and some Cu centered cluster with Voronoi index <0,2,8,1> and Zr centered cluster with Voronoi index <0,3,6,4>,which all have nonlinear dependences on Cu/Zr concentration and have extreme values at liquid Cu65Zr35 composition. 展开更多
