基于有限元分析方法,计算了600 kPa气体活塞压力计和500 MPa油介质活塞压力计的形变系数。根据活塞间隙压力分布与间隙形变的耦合关系,采用迭代计算,确定了在某一测量压力下活塞系统的最终压力分布和间隙。在此基础上,计算了在各压力点... 基于有限元分析方法,计算了600 kPa气体活塞压力计和500 MPa油介质活塞压力计的形变系数。根据活塞间隙压力分布与间隙形变的耦合关系,采用迭代计算,确定了在某一测量压力下活塞系统的最终压力分布和间隙。在此基础上,计算了在各压力点下的活塞有效面积,并通过最小二乘拟合获得了压力形变系数。基于Python和ANSYS APDL编写了计算程序,研究了参数微调对计算结果的影响,并评估了形变系数计算结果的不确定度。对于600 kPa气体活塞压力计,形变系数的有限元计算结果与简单理论计算结果相差仅0.8%;对于500 MPa油介质活塞压力计,形变系数的有限元计算结果与实验测量值在不确定度范围内一致。 展开更多

Based on microstructure analysis,diffusion theory,and hot deformation experiments,the solidification microstructure and element segregation of the Alloy 625 Plus ingot,the diffusion kinetics of Ti,Nb,and Mo during homogenization and the hot deformation behavior of the homogenized ingot were investigated in this study.The results indicate that:(1)the solidified ingot exhibits a typical dendritic microstructure,and significant element segregation occurs,leading to the presence of Ti,Nb,and Mo-rich precipitates in the interdendritic region;(2)Following homogenization,the degree of element segregation in the ingot is significantly reduced.The diffusion coefficients(D)of Ti,Nb,and Mo under various homogenization conditions were calculated.Subsequently,the diffusion constants(D_(0))and activation energies(Q)of Ti,Nb,and Mo were obtained to be 0.01432,0.00397 and 0.00195 cm^(2)/s and 244.851,230.312,and 222.125 kJ/mol,respectively.Finally,the diffusion kinetics formulas for Ti,Nb,and Mo in Alloy 625 Plus were established.After homogenization at 1220℃for 8 h,the alloy exhibits low deformation resistance,a high degree of recrystallization,and optimal deformation coordination ability.Therefore,this represents a rational single-stage homogenization process. 展开更多

对体积在10—40μL之间的液体弹珠翻越液滴的过程进行可视化实验,研究液体弹珠翻越水平面上的固着液滴的动态行为。实验结果表明:弹珠以一定初速度撞击固着液滴后会发生反弹、翻越、弹飞和破裂4种运动状态,小体积弹珠只会产生前3种状态... 对体积在10—40μL之间的液体弹珠翻越液滴的过程进行可视化实验,研究液体弹珠翻越水平面上的固着液滴的动态行为。实验结果表明:弹珠以一定初速度撞击固着液滴后会发生反弹、翻越、弹飞和破裂4种运动状态,小体积弹珠只会产生前3种状态,弹珠体积越大越趋向于破裂。不同运动状态主要受弹珠初速度、弹珠体积、韦伯数(We)、雷诺数(Re)和邦德数(Bo)控制,在弹珠体积为10μL时,能够翻越同体积液滴的临界韦伯数在14—20之间,当体积达到40μL时,临界韦伯数为45—120。弹珠撞击液滴后受挤压,两者都会持续振荡变形,体积越大,弹珠的变形系数极值越大且液滴的振荡周期越长。该研究可为液体弹珠在微反应器方面的应用提供参考。 展开更多

A heterotrophic acidothermophilic bacterial strain,YNTC-1,was isolated from an acidic hot spring in Tengchong,Yunan,China.YNTC-1 grows at pH value of 1.5-8.0 and temperature of 40-70℃,with optimal pH and temperature at 3.0 and 55℃,respectively.The cells of the strain are in shape of short rod,with 1.0-1.2μm in length and 0.7-0.8μm in diameter,and with distinct spores at both poles of each cell.The predominant fatty acids in cellular membrane of the strain are C18:1ω7c.16s rRNA gene analysis reveals that this strain is closely related to Alicyclobacillus sendaiensis,with over 99%sequence similarity.Based on phenotypic and genotypic analyses,YNTC-1 is identified as a member of A.sendaiensis.Considering some important morphological and biochemical differences between strain YNTC-1 and A.sendaiensis ATCC 27009T,YNTC-1 may be proposed to be a novel subspecies of A.sendaiensis.However,this viewpoint has to be confirmed by further studies.Co-bioleaching of pyrite and chalcopyrite with strain YN22,Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans,shows that strain YNTC-1 has no evident influence on bioleaching rates of these two sulphide minerals. 展开更多

The modeling effects of constituents and dispersoids on the tensile ductility of aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that the tensile ductility decreases with the increase of the volume fraction and size of constituents.Thus,purification can improve the tensile ductility by decreasing the volume fraction of constituents(normally compositions of Fe and Si)and the first-class microcracks.The model also indicates that the tensile ductility decreases with the increase in the volume fraction of dispersoids.Decreasing the volume fraction of dispersoids along the grain boundaries by proper heat-treatment and improving the cohesion strength between dispersoids and matrix can also improve the tensile ductility by decreasing the volume fraction of the second-class microcracks. 展开更多

Effect of granite gravel content on improved granular mixtures as railway subgrade fillings 被引量:2

The improved granular mixtures are widely used as the fillings of railway 8ubgrade, and in order to investigate the effect of coarse grain content on granular mixtures, a series of field tests were conducted. The experimental results indicate that the permeability coefficient increases significantly with the increment of granite gravel content, especially in the range of 60%-70%. Thcrc exists a coarse grain content limit defined as 53%-58.5% to reform the permeable granular skeleton. Beyond this limit, the permeable granular skeleton is efficiently formed, and the macro pores between the separate gravels are partially filled, which is the explanation lbr the permeability increase. The investigations indicate the subgrade resistance modulus (ks0, Ev2, and Evd) depends on the granite gravel content, and the resistance modulus increases significantly beyond granite gravel content of 50%. The skeletons of granitc gravel clayey sand mixture change in the long-term deformation objected to the train-induced dynamic load, which involves three main repeated and circular deformation stages. Generally, the long-time deformation is explained as the gravel crushing and filling the internal porous space with crushed gravel fragments. Through these investigations, the C40-G60 or C30-G70 is recommended as an optimum soil mixture for the good permeability and high resistance modulus. 展开更多

A parameter, known as the parameter of humidification vibration deformation, was proposed, describing quantitatively the impact of water content on vibration settlement deformation, and its relationship with humidification water content, dynamic shear stress peak value, initial consolidation stress and vibration frequency was built. The result shows that 1) the parameter of humidification vibration deformation increases with the vibration shear stress peak value increasing. 2) The humidification water content has significant influence on the curve of the parameter of humidification vibration deformation and the peak vibration shear stress. When the humidification water content is low, the curve increases slowly. However, when the humidification water content is high, the curve increases rapidly. 3) Initial consolidation stress has significant influence on the humidification vibration deformation coefficient. When initial consolidation stress is not large enough to destroy the loess structure, with initial consolidation stress increasing, the humidification vibration deformation coefficient decreases. On the contrary, the humidification vibration deformation coefficient increases with initial consolidation stress increasing. 4) With the increase of vibration time, the parameter of humidification vibration settlement shows an increasing trend overall. The initial dynamic shear stress peak value and humidification water content all have significant effects on the curve of the parameter of humidification vibration settlement and vibration time. The relationship among the surface fissure ratio, moisture content, seepage coefficient and deformation modulus of field unsaturated expansive soil in Nanning, Guangxi Province, China, was obtained by a direct or indirect method. Digital images of expansive soil of the surface fissure with different moisture contents were analyzed with the binarization statistic method. In addition, the fissure fractal dimension was computed with a self-compiled program. Combined with in situ seepage and loading plate tests, the relationship among the surface fissure ratio, moisture content, seepage coefficient and deformation modulus was initially established. The surface fissure ratio and moisture content show a linear relation, "y=-0.019 1x+1.028 5" for rufous expansive soil and "y=-0.07 1x+2.610 5" for grey expansive soil. Soil initial seepage coefficient and surface fissure ratio show a power function relation, "y=1× 10^-9exp(15.472x)" for rufous expansive soil and "y=5× 10^-7exp(4.209 6x)" for grey expansive soil. Grey expansive soil deformation modulus and surface fissure ratio show a power fimction relation of "y=3.935 7exp(0.993 6x)". Based on the binarization and fractal dimension methods, the results show that the surface fissure statistics can depict the fissure distribution in the view of two dimensions. And the evolvement behaviors of permeability and the deformation modulus can indirectly describe the developing state of the fissure. The analysis reflects that the engineering behaviors of unsaturated expansive soil are objectively influenced by fissure. 展开更多

A pulsed,picosecond Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 532 nm is used to texture the surface of grade 5 titanium alloy(Ti–6Al–4V)for minimizing its wear rate.The wear properties of the base samples and laser surface textured samples are analyzed by conducting wear tests under a sliding condition using pin-on-disk equipment.The wear tests are conducted based on the Box–Benhken design,and the interaction of the process parameters is analyzed using response surface methodology.The wear analysis is conducted by varying the load,rotating speed of the disc,and track diameter at room temperature with a sliding distance of 1500 m.The results demonstrate that the laser textured surfaces exhibited a lower coefficient of friction and good anti-wear properties as compared with the non-textured surfaces.A regression model is developed for the wear analysis of titanium alloy using the analysis of variance technique.It is also observed from the analysis that the applied load and sliding distance are the parameters that have the greatest effect on the wear behavior followed by the wear track diameter.The optimum operating conditions have been suggested based on the results obtained from the numerical optimization approach. 展开更多

Natural frequency of tapered high pier considering pile-soil interaction

In seismic design of tapered high pier, the analysis of natural vibration frequency is of great importance. According to the engineering features of tapered high pier in mountainous area, a vibration calculation model was set up considering the tapered pier characteristics and pile-soil interaction. Based on Southwell frequency composition theory, it consists of elastic deformation of bridge pier and the rigid deformation of group piles, which are respectively solved by the finite-element method and energy method, and then the natural frequency is derived. The comparison between the measured and calculated results shows that the calculation errors with and without considering pile-soil interaction are 4.9% and 14.7%, respectively. Additionally, the main parameters (pier height, section variation coefficient and lateral foundation horizontal proportional coefficient) affecting natural frequency were investigated. The result shows that natural frequency ascends with the increase of the lateral foundation horizontal proportional coefficient; and it is quite necessary to consider the pile-soil interaction in natural frequency calculation of tapered high pier. 展开更多

To investigate the influence of bluff body shape on wall pressure distribution in a vortex flowmeter,experiments were conducted on a specially designed test section in a closed water rig at Reynolds numbers of 6.2×10 4-9.3×10 4.The cross sections of the bluff bodies were semicircular,square,and triangular shaped,and there were totally 21 pressure tappings along the conduit to acquire the wall pressures.It is found that the variation trends of wall pressures are basically identical regardless of the bluff body shapes.The wall pressures begin to diverge from 0.3D(D is the inner diameter of the vortex flowmeter) in front of the bluff body due to the diversity in shape,and all reach the minimum values at 0.3D behind the bluff body.A discrepancy between the triangular or square cylinder and the semicircular cylinder in wall pressure change is observed at 0-0.1D behind the bluff body.It is also found that the wall pressures and irrecoverable pressure loss coefficients increase with flow rates,and the triangular cylinder causes the smallest irrecoverable pressure loss at a fixed flow rate. 展开更多

The most common apparatus used to investigate the load-deformation parameters of homogeneous fine-grained soils is a Casagrande-type oedometer. A typical Casagrande oedometer cell has an internal diameter of 76 mm and a height of 19 mm.However, the dimensions of this kind of apparatus do not meet the requirements of some civil engineering applications like studying load-deformation characteristics of specimens with large-diameter particles such as granular materials or municipal solid waste materials. Therefore, it is decided to design and develop a large-scale oedometer with an internal diameter of 490 mm. The new apparatus provides the possibility to evaluate the load-deformation characteristics of soil specimens with different diameter to height ratios. The designed apparatus is able to measure the coefficient of lateral earth pressure at rest. The details and capabilities of the developed oedometer are provided and discussed. To study the performance and efficiency, a number of consolidation tests were performed on Firoozkoh No. 161 sand using the newly developed large scale oedometer made and also the 50 mm diameter Casagrande oedometer.
