低渗裂缝性油藏由于压裂裂缝及天然微裂缝的存在,油井大量出水,已无法正常生产,为了避免水驱过程中注入水沿老缝水窜至油井,提高注入水波及效率和原油采收率,提出老缝超细水泥封堵技术。在超细水泥浆水灰比优化的基础上,对封堵体系中的... 低渗裂缝性油藏由于压裂裂缝及天然微裂缝的存在,油井大量出水,已无法正常生产,为了避免水驱过程中注入水沿老缝水窜至油井,提高注入水波及效率和原油采收率,提出老缝超细水泥封堵技术。在超细水泥浆水灰比优化的基础上,对封堵体系中的缓凝剂、降失水剂以及消泡剂加量进行优化,最后通过加入纤维,评价了纤维水泥石的力学形变性能。结果表明,超细水泥的最佳水灰比为0.7,优选出的超细水泥封堵剂的最佳配方为:800目超细水泥+0.4%缓凝剂+0.5%降失水剂+0.5%消泡剂。由于改性纤维的增塑和增韧的双重功效,使得水泥石具有很好的力学形变性能,15d抗压强度高达48.9MPa,完全能满足矿场封堵强度的要求。该体系在低渗裂缝性油藏中的油井老缝封堵中具有很好的适应性。 展开更多

为解决调温纤维纺丝过程中微胶囊易堵网的问题,利用端羟基聚丁二烯和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的界面聚合反应制备以复配石蜡为芯材、聚氨酯为壁材的可形变相变微胶囊,借助激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热分析仪等测试手段... 为解决调温纤维纺丝过程中微胶囊易堵网的问题,利用端羟基聚丁二烯和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的界面聚合反应制备以复配石蜡为芯材、聚氨酯为壁材的可形变相变微胶囊,借助激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、热分析仪等测试手段,研究了聚氨酯相变微胶囊的粒度及其分布、微观形貌、分子结构和芯材包覆率,并考察了其热稳定性、循环稳定性以及抗渗透性。结果表明:微胶囊的粒径分布集中在1~15μm,平均粒径为8μm,分散良好无黏连,表面圆整致密,具有较好的形变能力;差热分析显示包覆率为46.45%,相变潜热为121.13 J/g;微胶囊耐热温度为182℃,相比纯石蜡提高了29℃,经30次冷热循环仍保持良好稳定性,且有较高的抗渗透性。 展开更多

A large number of high-voltage power transmission towers have recently been constructed in mining areas prone to subsidence. In order to ensure the safety of the transmission towers and the safe operation of transmission systems, it is imperative to carry out research on the anti-deformation performance of transmission towers. In our study, we performed experiments on the anti-deformation performance of a transmission tower in a subsidence area on a scale model with a geometric scale ratio of 1:5 and analyzed the failure mechanism of the tower members. The results show that, when the axial distance between two supports changes, destabilization failure most likely occurs in the members of the bottom transverse layer because some parts of the main diagonal member bars yield under the action of compression. The failure mechanism of the tower members basically coincides with the lever principle. 展开更多

Some factors resulting in deformation of the rotor surface are analyzed. Under different loads such as the fo,'ce of deflecting center, the change of temperature, the fo,ce of pressure and couple factors, the deformation of rotor is analyzed with the wavelet finite element simulation software. The vector distributing map of rotor reformation is given. The deformation resulting from the pressure force of photon is studied. Finally, the influence on Gyro' s performance because of anomalous surface of rotor due to deformation of rotor is researched and the result is useful to forecast the performance of the drift of gyroscope. The disturbing moment resulting from the deformation of rotor can be compensated using the mathematic method, and provides an important reference for both design and optimization of the rotor. 展开更多

Borehole inclinometers are important observation instruments used to measure ground tilt movement and monitor crustal deformation of solid tides and geological landslide disasters.They are widely used in oil exploration,mineral resource drilling,well logging,exploration and other fields.There is potential for development of rock stress strain monitoring tools.Many types of tiltmeters have been installed,such as SQ-7,FSQ,VS and JB.However,these tiltmeters are generally installed in a deep cave to avoid the interference of temperature,humidity,and human activities.With the urbanization of human society,suitable installation locations are difficult to find.To solve the problem,a two-component borehole tiltmeter,named the CBT-type tiltmeter,is proposed in this paper.It can be installed in a borehole less than500 m deep to eliminate environmental influences.The tiltmeter is composed of two sophisticated gravitational swing and two capacitive transducers.From preliminary theory and experiment analysis,its linear correlation coefficient is higher than 0.99,its co-seismic response is rapid and its noise level is up to 10 4arc seconds in practice. 展开更多

A soybean oil derived biodiesel was prepared and blended with a conventional No. 0 petrodiesel. The pour points (PP) and the cold filter plugging points (CFPP) of biodiesel blends were evaluated on a low-temperature flow tester. Dynamic viscosities of the blends at different temperatures and different shear rates were measured on a rotary rheometer. The crystal morphologies of biodiesel blends at low temperatures were analyzed using a polarizing microscope. The results indicated that blended fuels demonstrated slight decrease in PPs and CFPPs as compared with those of neat soybean oil derived biodiesel and pure petrodiesel. Below the temperatures of PPs or CFPPs, the dynamic viscosity of biodiesel blends dramatically increased with a decreasing temperature, but decreased with an increasing shear rate, so that biodiesel blends exhibited non-Newtonian behavior. At temperatures higher than PPs or CFPPs, a linear relationship appeared between the dynamic viscosity and shear rate and biodiesel blends became Newtonian fluids. At low temperatures, wax crystals of biodiesel blends grew and agglomerated rapidly. Loss of fluidity for biodiesel blends at low temperatures could therefore be attributed on one hand to the sharp increase of viscosity and on the other hand to the rapid growth and agglomeration of wax crystals. 展开更多

Excavation-and-support induced disturbances are likely to make water-enriched roofs to become weathered and fractured.The development and connection of cracks provide new water channels which may result in water loss,seriously affecting the in-tegrity and stability of roofs,leading to incidents of roof fall.Control of water-enriched rocks surrounding coal drifts is quite diffi-cult in China.Based on the practical situation of a water-enriched roof of a coal drift in working face 112201 of the Meihuajing coal mine,we studied the deformation features of surrounding rocks and the development of fractured areas and analyzed the major reasons for the decrease in load-carrying capacity,indicating that the key to maintain roof stability of this kind of coal drift is water retention.In addition,we proposed a staged control technology consisting of:1) surface grouting;2) cable anchor strengthening and 3) roof grouting,which has proven to be successful in this practical application.Our study indicates that,after the problem of water loss from the water-enriched roof had been effectively solved,a combined support system with high performance bolts can maintain the stability of the bearing structure,resulting in the control of roof stability in this kind of coal drift. 展开更多
