Studies on recycling cathodic active materials of wastent Zn Mn batteries in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid have been carried out to determine the effect of several parameters on the dissolution ratio (DR) of sam...Studies on recycling cathodic active materials of wastent Zn Mn batteries in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid have been carried out to determine the effect of several parameters on the dissolution ratio (DR) of sample,including temperature,time,Fe powder,acid/sample artio,H 2O 2,HCl and H 2SO 4 concentration.Results show that H 2O 2 and Fe powder have apparent effect on DR and only a suitable amount of H 2O 2 or Fe powder can lead to maximum DR value,that the optimum conditions in HCl are:the initial concentration of HCl,2mol/L;the HCl/sample ratio,10;the dissolution time,60 minutes;the dissolution temperature,40℃ and the initial concentration of H 2O 2,3wt.%,and that the optimum ones in H 2SO 4 are different.展开更多
