基于固有频率的悬臂式危岩稳定性评价模型研究

针对悬臂式危岩体稳定性评价的问题,分析了悬臂式岩体的稳定性与其岩桥长度的关系,给出了岩桥长度与岩体振动频率的关系式,推导了悬臂式危岩体固有频率的理论计算式,建立了基于固有频率这一动力学指标的悬臂式危岩体稳定性评价模型。开... 针对悬臂式危岩体稳定性评价的问题,分析了悬臂式岩体的稳定性与其岩桥长度的关系,给出了岩桥长度与岩体振动频率的关系式,推导了悬臂式危岩体固有频率的理论计算式,建立了基于固有频率这一动力学指标的悬臂式危岩体稳定性评价模型。开展了悬臂式危岩体破坏的室内模型实验,证明悬臂式危岩体岩桥长度的减小会导致其固有频率降低,发现危岩体不同振型固有频率在其稳定性评价中会存在差异,结合实验结果对危岩体固有频率计算公式进行了修正。实验结果表明:悬臂式危岩体的固有频率可作为其稳定的计算指标,针对本次实验,利用修正后的悬臂式危岩体固有频率计算式,以危岩体竖直面内振动的固有频率计算危岩体破坏前的稳定性,其准确度超过90%。 展开更多

在刚性材料试验压力机上对花岗岩、灰岩、红砂岩、砂岩、千枚岩及泥岩6种典型的岩石试样进行了单轴全过程加载试验,通过自主研制的数字化次声波探测系统对加载过程中的岩石破裂发射出的次声波信号进行了实时探测。为了研究岩石微破裂过... 在刚性材料试验压力机上对花岗岩、灰岩、红砂岩、砂岩、千枚岩及泥岩6种典型的岩石试样进行了单轴全过程加载试验,通过自主研制的数字化次声波探测系统对加载过程中的岩石破裂发射出的次声波信号进行了实时探测。为了研究岩石微破裂过程是否存在发射低频次声波现象及其频率分布等特性,通过小波阈值去噪、短时傅立叶变换(STFT)时-频分析和时域累计振铃计数的方法对数字次声波信号进行了处理与分析。研究结果表明:①岩石在破坏前加载过程中存在明显的发射次声波现象;②岩石破裂产生突出次声信号的频率主要分布在2.0~6.0 Hz之间;③在结构较完整的情况下,硬岩(如花岗岩、灰岩)在变形破裂过程中产生的次声信号数量要比软岩(如泥岩)多。与一般声波相比,因次声波具有不容易衰减,不易被水和空气吸收,波长很长可绕开大型障碍物等独特性质,结合其他方法对岩石破裂产生次声波现象的进一步研究可为岩石(体)稳定性监测提供重要的研究方法和技术手段。 展开更多

岩石热流固耦合下细观孔隙结构演化规律及弱化机理

为研究煤炭地下气化开采、高温岩体地热和煤层气等开发的稳定性,揭示固流热耦合条件下岩石的细观参数演化规律,采用固流热耦合万能试验仪对北山花岗岩在高温(100~700℃)、三轴条件下(静水压力25 MPa)进行渗透试验。对试验后的试件进行... 为研究煤炭地下气化开采、高温岩体地热和煤层气等开发的稳定性,揭示固流热耦合条件下岩石的细观参数演化规律,采用固流热耦合万能试验仪对北山花岗岩在高温(100~700℃)、三轴条件下(静水压力25 MPa)进行渗透试验。对试验后的试件进行了细观物理参数(孔体积、孔比表面积、孔数量比例、平均孔吼半径、平均孔径、迂曲度、孔隙率和分形维数)测定。研究结果表明:在固流热耦合试验条件下,花岗岩的孔隙率和分形维数随着温度的升高并非持续增大,在300℃会出现下降的现象;在固流热耦合试验条件下,花岗岩的超微孔(<10 nm)的细观物理参数值均随着温度的升高出现先减小再增大然后再减小的趋势,其中400℃是拐点,花岗岩的中孔(1000~10000 nm)和大孔(>10000 nm)的细观物理参数值随温度的变化规律与超微孔相比截然相反;当温度大于500℃时,由于花岗岩高温裂化严重,三轴应力对花岗岩会造成较大的损伤。试件细观物理参数随温度的变化率要大于100~300℃时细观物理参数的变化率。试验结果可为高温地下工程岩石的稳定性分析提供理论指导。 展开更多

Considering the effects of strike angle on support stability, the ‘‘support-surrounding rock"mechanical models of support topple and support slip were established in this paper. On the basis, the influencing factors of support stability were analyzed and the technical measures of controlling support and surrounding rock stability were put forward. Then the loose particles simulation experiment was conducted to analyze the impacts of caving directions and methods on the top-coal recovery in large dip angle fully-mechanized caving face. Finally, the ‘‘upward sequence and double-openings doublerounds" caving technology was determined. To establish the movement relationship for the roof breaking under shallow mining conditions, the mechanical model of the roof rock beam was built, then the structure instability process of the roof rock beam was analyzed. The changing criterion of the vertical displacement was established and the relationship between the deflection and the rotary motion of roof block was determined. Regarding a mining face in Shangwan Mine, the responsing laws of the deflection and horizontal thrust of the roof rock beam were obtained through FLAC3D numerical analysis. The results show that the structure instability of the cracked roof rock beam depends on the interaction between the vertical load and the horizontal thrust.For the roof rock beam, when the vertical load keeps constant, the horizontal thrust fluctuating rises with increasing deflection. The horizontal thrust increases constantly with the deeper buried depth and the smaller span. 展开更多

One of the critical aspects in mine design is slope stability analysis and the determination of stable slopes. In the Chador- Malu iron ore mine, one of the most important iron ore mines in central Iran, it was considered vital to perform a comprehensive slope stability analysis. At first, we divided the existing rock hosting pit into six zones and a geotechnical map was prepared. Then, the value of MRMR (Mining Rock Mass Rating) was determined for each zone. Owing to the fact that the Chador-Malu iron ore mine is located in a highly tectonic area and the rock mass completely crushed, the Hoek-Brown failure criterion was found suitable to estimate geo-mechanical parameters. After that, the value of cohesion (c) and friction angle (tp) were calculated for different geotechnical zones and relative graphs and equations were derived as a function of slope height. The stability analyses using numerical and limit equilibrium methods showed that some instability problems might occur by increasing the slope height. Therefore, stable slopes for each geotechnical zone and prepared sections were calculated and presented as a function of slope height. 展开更多

Based on the classical static theory and static numerical simulation,the static method could not accurately reflect the stability of goaf where the rocks on the pillar and roof are influenced by Theological and blasting disturbance for a long time.According to the test from the site,an experimental study was made in Theological and dynamic disturbance.After that,on the basis of variable rock mechanics parameters from the experimental data,numerical simulation was used to analyze the vertical stress distribution of goaf,vertical displacement and plastic area of roof in the "deterioration" caused by Theological and blasting,which shows that the mechanics properties of the rock were greatly influenced by Theological,and dynamic disturbance.The results of the experimental study and numerical simulation show that the mechanics properties of rock are greatly influenced by Theological and dynamic disturbance.As a result,the stability of goaf is greatly reduced.Finally,by comparing golf monitoring results with the analysis of theoretical calculation,it was found that the results were approximately the same,which testifies the reliability of the method.This method provides a new way of studying the stability of goaf as well as laying a basic foundation for future safety management. 展开更多

The mechanism of bolt support is an important topic in mining engineering and slope treatment. The artificial material and loading system were self-developed to study the influence of bedding cohesion and bolt number on the anchoring behavior of bedded rock mass. The results show that, both peak strength and elasticity modulus increase gradually with the increase of bedding cohesion and bolt number. The axial stress–strain curve of bedded rock mass under the reinforcement of bolts presents the features of strain-softening and secondary strengthening. Finally, anchoring behavior of bedded rock mass with different bolt numbers was simulated by using FLAC3 D numerical program and the results were compared with the experimental results. This study can provide certain bases to the stability control and support design of bedded rock mass in roadway. 展开更多

Rock fall related accidents continue to occur in coal mines,although artificial support mechanisms have been used extensively. Roof stability is primarily determined in many underground mines by a limited number of methods that often resort to subjective criteria. It is argued in this paper that stability conditions of mine roof strata,as a key factor in sustainability in coal mines,must be determined by a survey which proactively investigates fundamental aspects of said mine. Failure of rock around the opening happens as a result of both high rock stress conditions and the presence of structural discontinuities. The properties of such discontinuities affect the engineering behavior of rock masses causing wedges or blocks to fall from the roof or sliding out of the walls. A practical rule-based approach to assess the risk of a roof fall is proposed in the paper. The method is based on the analysis of structural data and the geometry and stability of wedges in underground coal mines. In this regard,an accident causing a huge collapse in a coal mine leading to 4 fatalities is illustrated by way of a case study. Horizontal and vertical profiles are prepared by geophysical methods to define the falling zone and its boundaries. The collapse is then modeled by the use of sophisticated computer programs in order to identify the causes of the accident. 展开更多

The application of destressing method can change the distribution patterns of the stress field in the weak rock surrounding openings. locate the openings in the zone of low stress level, thus improve their loading and maintaining conditions. Such method is considered as a new way of opening maintenance in weak rock and has caused extensive interests in mining industry both at home and abroad. The results of theoretic research and lab experiments of utilizing top-destressing trough to maintain the opening affected by mining activities in weak rock, as well as its practical application in a coal mine are introduced in this paper. The research results indicate that the deformation and floor heaving of the opening in weak rock can be effectively controlled, and long-term stability of the opening can be realized by applying destressing method as long as the destressing plan and concerned parameters are carefully determined. 展开更多

To solve the problem of supporting three downhill coal structures in the Yongan Coal Mine of Shanxi Jincheng, we studied the regular development of stress and plastic zones and characteristics of deformation of rock surrounding roadway groups after a period of roadway driving, mining one side as well as mining both sides, we used FLAC 3D for our numerical and theoretical analyses. Field test were carried out, where we revealed the deformation mechanism of roadways and its coal pillars in complex stress conditions. We proposed a roadway stability control technology using backwall grouting with high-water rapid hardening material and combined support with bolt and cable anchoring after mining both sides. Our field practices showed that deformation of rock surrounding roadways can be controlled with this technology. 展开更多
