槐杞黄颗粒联合小青龙汤对哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证患儿免疫功能及预后的影响分析

目的分析槐杞黄颗粒联合小青龙汤对哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证患儿免疫功能及预后的影响。方法纳入2021年1月—2022年6月收治的106例缓解期肺脾气虚证哮喘患儿,使用简单随机法分别纳入联合组和对照组各53例,两组均给予哮喘长期控制药物及槐... 目的分析槐杞黄颗粒联合小青龙汤对哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证患儿免疫功能及预后的影响。方法纳入2021年1月—2022年6月收治的106例缓解期肺脾气虚证哮喘患儿,使用简单随机法分别纳入联合组和对照组各53例,两组均给予哮喘长期控制药物及槐杞黄颗粒,联合组加用小青龙汤加减,持续1个月。对比两组患儿治疗前后体液免疫、炎性因子、肺功能、中文版儿童哮喘控制测试问卷(Chinese-childhood asthma control test,Ch-CACT)、中医证候积分等指标变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗1个月后免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)均较治疗前升高,免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)均较治疗前下降;联合组治疗1个月后IgA、IgG、IgM均高于对照组,其IgE低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗1个月后干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)均较治疗前升高,嗜酸性粒细胞计数(Eosinophil,EOS)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)均较治疗前下降;联合组治疗1个月后IFN-γ高于对照组,其EOS、IL-4低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗1个月后第1 s用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)%、呼气流量峰值(Peak expiratory flow,PEF)均较治疗前升高;联合组治疗1个月后FEV1%、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗1个月后Ch-CACT评分均较治疗前升高,中医证候积分均较治疗前下降;联合组治疗1个月后Ch-CACT评分高于对照组,其中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,联合组总有效率为88.68%(47/53),较对照组的71.70%(38/53)更高(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗及槐杞黄颗粒的基础上,给予小青龙汤加减有助于缓解期肺脾气虚证哮喘患儿免疫功能、炎性因子及肺功能的改善,从而缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效,有助于患儿预后生活质量的提高。 展开更多

目的观察慢性支气管炎(chronic bronchitis,CB)急性期患儿采用肺力咳合剂联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法纳入2023年5月—2024年8月该院诊治的CB急性期患儿120例,利用随机数字表按简单随机分组法将入组患儿均分为两组,其中一... 目的观察慢性支气管炎(chronic bronchitis,CB)急性期患儿采用肺力咳合剂联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法纳入2023年5月—2024年8月该院诊治的CB急性期患儿120例,利用随机数字表按简单随机分组法将入组患儿均分为两组,其中一组给予常规西药治疗(西药组60例),另一组则加用肺力咳合剂、小儿豉翘清热颗粒(联合组60例),观察两组治疗后中医证候积分及症状消失时间、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)、单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio,MLR)、红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width,RDW)、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)。结果治疗后,联合组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等中医证候积分明显低于西药组(P<0.05),咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等症状消失时间明显短于西药组(P<0.05);联合组NLR、MLR、RDW、PDW明显低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论CB急性期患儿加用肺力咳合剂、小儿豉翘清热颗粒可通过调节机体免疫炎症反应来促进患儿症状的缓解,从而进一步缩短康复进程。 展开更多

肝癌是临床上最常见的肿瘤性疾病之一,其发病率和病死率在所有癌种中均居前列,且中国肝癌病例初次确诊以晚期居多,治疗难度大,复发转移率高,预后差。现代医学治疗肝癌有外科手术、介入治疗、放化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等手段,疗效确切... 肝癌是临床上最常见的肿瘤性疾病之一,其发病率和病死率在所有癌种中均居前列,且中国肝癌病例初次确诊以晚期居多,治疗难度大,复发转移率高,预后差。现代医学治疗肝癌有外科手术、介入治疗、放化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等手段,疗效确切,但有不良反应多、依从性差、耐药性高等局限性问题。中医学认为肝癌发生与湿、热、痰、毒、瘀、虚等病理因素相关,病性为正虚邪实,治疗特点为辨证论治,一人一方,可有效改善患者生活质量,延长患者生存期。小柴胡汤是治疗肝癌的经典方剂,记载于《伤寒论》,具有和解少阳、疏肝健脾的功效。近年来诸多研究发现,其对肝癌具有良好的治疗作用。临床研究方面,小柴胡汤可提高手术疗效,促进术后恢复,改善放化疗不良反应,治疗癌性发热等并发症和预防肝癌发生;基础研究方面,小柴胡汤治疗肝癌的作用机制可能与可促进线粒体途径凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、逆转化疗耐药、提高免疫功能和抗氧化作用相关。主要从基础方证理论、临床研究及基础研究3个方面对小柴胡汤治疗肝癌展开讨论,旨在深入研究小柴胡汤治疗肝癌的新进展,以期为临床诊疗提供更加广阔的思路。 展开更多

加味小柴胡颗粒中主要有效成分UPLC-MS/MS分析

目的加味小柴胡颗粒中主要有效成分UPLC-MS/MS分析。方法采用高效气相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS),观察不同厂家及相同厂家不同批次的加味小柴胡颗粒样品中有效成分的异同,选择9批加味小柴胡颗粒进行定量质控。结果分别精密吸取适量的有... 目的加味小柴胡颗粒中主要有效成分UPLC-MS/MS分析。方法采用高效气相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS),观察不同厂家及相同厂家不同批次的加味小柴胡颗粒样品中有效成分的异同,选择9批加味小柴胡颗粒进行定量质控。结果分别精密吸取适量的有效成分标准品储备液,放置于5 mL容量瓶内,根据色谱条件予以测定,获得的峰面积代入标准曲线进行测算和记录,结果证实各项有效成分在各自质量浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系。不同有效成分(甘草苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、甘草酸铵、柴胡皂苷a和汉黄芩素,以下稳定性、重现性、加样回收率顺序与这一顺序一致)中的RSD分别为0.73%、0.91%、0.82%、0.71%、0.78%、1.12%、0.25%;经稳定性实验,提示不同加味小柴胡颗粒有效成分RSD分别为1.86%、0.17%、2.04%、2.89%、1.85%、2.17%、2.45%;经重现性实验提示,测定峰面积评估重复性,不同小柴胡颗粒有效成分RSD分别为2.60%、0.78%、1.75%、2.39%、1.20%、2.52%、2.74%;经加样回收率实验提示有效成分RSD平均回收率分别为99.12%(RSD为2.01%)、99.59%(RSD为1.58%)、98.88%(RSD为1.84%)、99.64%(RSD为2.26%)、97.94%(RSD为1.76%)、100.36%(RSD为1.50%)、98.68%(RSD为2.71%)。不同厂家加味小柴胡颗粒样品中黄芩苷存在显著差异,质量分数为9.54~32.595 mg/袋;其他几种主要成分也存在较大差异,甘草苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、甘草酸铵、柴胡皂苷a和汉黄芩素质量分数分别为0.095~1.350、0.545~2.490、0.4001.945、0.450~3.005、0.125~0.590、0.125~0.660 mg/袋。甘草苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、甘草酸铵、柴胡皂苷a和汉黄芩素质量分别为0.095~0.310、30.590~34.990、1.980~2.410、1.445~1.655、2.845~3.235、0.380~0.465、0.640~0.835 mg/袋。与不同厂家样品相比,相同厂家不同批次样品质量差异较小。结论UPLC-MS/MS技术具有较好的精密度、稳定性、重现性,能通过这一手段较全面地反映不同批次与厂家生产的加味小柴胡颗粒量情况,对客观评价其质量、保证药品质量和临床药效均有积极的意义。 展开更多

小儿肺热咳喘颗粒结合维生素D治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效观察

目的探讨小儿肺热咳喘颗粒结合维生素D治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效。方法研究纳入302例儿童肺炎支原体肺炎进行分组,采取随机数字表法将儿童分为对照组与观察组,每组151例,对照组儿童采取西医常规治疗,并辅助以维生素D治疗,观察组儿童... 目的探讨小儿肺热咳喘颗粒结合维生素D治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效。方法研究纳入302例儿童肺炎支原体肺炎进行分组,采取随机数字表法将儿童分为对照组与观察组,每组151例,对照组儿童采取西医常规治疗,并辅助以维生素D治疗,观察组儿童在对照组用药基础上结合小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗,治疗与研究过程中对照组脱落9例,观察组脱落10例。对比各组儿童临床数据情况:临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分(发热、胸闷胸胀、咳嗽气喘、黄痰不易咳出、身热有汗等)变化、发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰缓解时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、肺功能指标及炎症、免疫相关指标变化、不良反应。结果观察组儿童临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组儿童发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰缓解时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间相比,观察组儿童各项时间均更短(P<0.05);治疗后各组儿童中医证候积分(发热、胸闷胸胀、咳嗽气喘、黄痰不易咳出、身热有汗等)均降低,用力肺活量(Forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)以及FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标均显著提升,C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)等炎症指标均下降,免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)以及免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)等水平均提升,观察组儿童治疗后中医证候积分(发热、胸闷胸胀、咳嗽气喘、黄痰不易咳出、身热有汗等)、炎症指标(PCT、CRP)均低于对照组,肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)、免疫指标(IgA、IgG、IgM)均高于对照组儿童(P<0.05);观察组儿童治疗不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳喘颗粒结合维生素D治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效良好,患儿症状缓解,恢复快,炎症反应减轻,免疫功能提升,肺功能改善,且治疗不良反应少,治疗安全可靠。 展开更多

The YOLOv8 model faces challenges with dense target distribution and small size,resulting in lower accuracy in dense small target detection.To address these issues,an improved small target detection algorithm based on the YOLOv8 model was proposed in this paper.Firstly,the Global Attention Module(GAM)was introduced to enhance data prediction capability and model expression ability.Secondly,the Space-to-Depth(SPD)module was incorporated into the backbone network for fine-grained feature information learning to mitigate feature information loss due to down-sampling.Finally,a 160 pixels×160 pixels feature layer was added to expand small target feature information and effectively reduce instances of missed targets.Experimental validation on the public VisDrone2019 UAV small target detaset demonstrated that the proposed model achieves significant performance improvement in small target detection tasks compared to existing models,exhibiting higher accuracy. 展开更多

The Ethical Turn is commonly supposed to have occurred around 1988.In that year,Wayne C.Booth published The Company We Keep,a book considered to be the first attempt to rehabilitate moral judgement in literary critics and theory.The Ethical Turn can have various consequences for literary theory and criticism.In this paper,I try to describe and examine some,mainly those that concern the possibility of an ethics-based narratology.Are the attempts to define it in the last thirty years satisfactory?What kind of description of narrative structures can they give us?Must an ethics-based narratology be focused on the notion of character?Can it deal with the notion of plot,with the problem of temporality?Should it be necessarily linked with one of the different schools of ethical philosophy?Do different philosophical tendencies lead us to different kinds of narratology?After discussing these questions,I propose some paths for future research in moral narratology. 展开更多

Early Miocene micromammal fossils from Gucheng in Linxia,Gansu,China

The micromammal fossils collected from the Shangzhuang Formation of the Linxia Basin,Gansu,are described here.The assemblage consists of 16 species of 13 genera belonging to 7 families,including one new species and one taxon previously unknown from China.Among them 5 genera are Oligocene holdovers and 11 genera/species are known to make their first appearances in Early Miocene,indicating an Early Miocene age for the Gucheng Fauna.The absence of Oligocene survivors such as Tataromys,Yindirtemys,Eucricetodon and Tachyoryctoides,which usually occur in the Xiejian age of Early Miocene,and the presence of newcomers Protalactaga,Megacricetodon and Gobicricetodon,that made their first appearance only in the Shanwangian age of late Early Miocene,suggest that the Gucheng Fauna is of a later age of Early Miocene.The new species,Sinolagomys guchengensis,showing more derived morphology than in S.ulunguensis,seems to support an assessment of the fauna in Shanwangian age.Thus,the Gucheng Fauna may belong to late Early Miocene Shanwangian,partially equivalent to MN 3/4 of the European land mammal zonation.Ecological analysis of the fauna indicates that the palaeoecological condition of the Gucheng area might still be a predominantly arid shrub-steppe in late Early Miocene. 展开更多

A gold catalyst of Au/pyrenyl‑graphdiyne(Pyr‑GDY)was prepared by anchoring small size of gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)on the surface of Pyr‑GDY for electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(eNRR),in which Au NPs with a size of approximately 3.69 nm was evenly distributed on spongy‑like porous Pyr‑GDY.The catalyst exhibited a good electrocatalytic activity for N_(2)reduction in a nitrogen‑saturated electrolyte,with an ammonia yield of 32.1μg·h^(-1)·mg_(cat)^(-1)at-0.3 V(vs RHE),3.5 times higher than that of Au/C(Au NPs anchored on carbon black).In addition,Au/Pyr‑GDY showed a Faraday efficiency(FE)of 26.9%for eNRR,and a good catalysis durability for over 22 h. 展开更多

目的分析小蓟饮子加减联合复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏治疗Little氏区鼻衄临床价值。方法纳入医院2022年1月—2022年5月收治的70例Little氏区鼻衄患儿,随机分为联合组、对照组,各35例。两组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液鼻腔冲洗、红霉素眼膏、复方木芙蓉... 目的分析小蓟饮子加减联合复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏治疗Little氏区鼻衄临床价值。方法纳入医院2022年1月—2022年5月收治的70例Little氏区鼻衄患儿,随机分为联合组、对照组,各35例。两组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液鼻腔冲洗、红霉素眼膏、复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏涂抹治疗,联合组加用小蓟饮子加减。对比两组治疗效果及症状、血常规检测结果变化,分析两种治疗方案的临床价值。结果两组治疗7 d后鼻出血、鼻腔内溃疡或糜烂症状均较治疗前显著好转,联合组治疗7 d后鼻出血、鼻腔内溃疡或糜烂症状发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗7 d后临床总有效率为100.00%,较对照组的82.86%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗7 d后白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)均较治疗前下降;联合组治疗7 d后WBC、CRP均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗有效者随访2个月期间未见复发,对照组治疗有效者复发5例,复发率为17.24%(5/29),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论在复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏的基础上,联合应用小蓟饮子加减治疗Little氏区鼻衄的临床疗效更为显著,且在改善患儿症状、减轻炎症反应、预防贫血、降低复发风险方面均存在明显优势。 展开更多

Objective:Psoriasis is associated with lipid metabolism disorders,but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.This study aims to investigate the role of trimethylamine Noxide(TMAO)in lipid metabolism dysregulation in psoriasis.Methods:An imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like mouse model was used to assess lipid metabolism parameters,TMAO levels,and liver flavin monooxygenase 3(FMO3)mRNA expression.Blood samples from healthy individuals and psoriatic patients were collected to measure serum TMAO levels and lipid profiles.To clarify the role of TMAO in the lipid metabolism disorder of mice with psoriasis model,exogenous TMAO,choline,or 3,3-dimethyl-1-butanol(DMB)were administered via intraperitoneal injections or diet in IMQ-treated mice.Liver tissues from the mouse models were subjected to RNA sequencing to identify TMAO-regulated signaling pathways.Results:IMQ-induced psoriatic mice exhibited abnormal glucose,insulin,and lipid levels.IMQ treatment also downregulated the hepatic mRNA expression of glucose transporter 2(Glut2)and silence information regulator 1(Sirt1),while upregulating glucose transporter 4(Glut4)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPARγ).Elevated serum TMAO levels were observed in both psoriatic patients and IMQ-treated mice.Additionally,liver FMO3 mRNA expression was increased in the psoriatic mouse model.In patients,TMAO levels positively correlated with Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)scores,serum triglyceride(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)levels.The intraperitoneal injection of TMAO exacerbated lipid dysregulation in IMQ-treated mice.A choline-rich diet further aggravated lipid abnormalities and liver injury in psoriatic mice,whereas DMB treatment alleviated these effects.RNA-Seq analysis demonstrated that TMAO upregulated hepatic microRNA-122(miR-122),which may suppress the expression of gremlin 2(GREM2),thus contributing to lipid metabolism disorder.Conclusion:TMAO may promote lipid metabolism dysregulation in psoriasis by modulating the hepatic miR-122/GREM2 pathway. 展开更多

Currently,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has approved and implemented the assessment requirement for Minimum Propulsion Power(MPP)of ships in adverse sea conditions.The assessment method and relevant influence factors will have a vital impact on ship's design and operation.On the other hand,MPP is essentially a criterion for manoeuvring safety at actual seas.However,the practical assessment methods adopted in IMO guidelines do not directly and accurately account for ship's coursekeeping ability in severe seas.A time-domain comprehensive method with supplementary course-keeping ability criteria has been proposed in the authors'preliminary research.Based on an updated mathematical model and criteria,this paper presents more detailed elaborations,results and discussions on the time-domain method,including the comparative analyses with a power line method and two steady-state equilibrium methods based on IMO guidelines and draft.Discussions on the influences of key factors,involving criterion conditions and calculation parameters,are also presented.The results indicate that different methods exhibit varying advantages and complexity in MPP assessment,thus constituting a multi-level assessment framework for MPP.In particular,the time-domain comprehensive assessment has a higher accuracy with more realistic description of manoeuvre behaviors,capable of offering a solution for the ships that cannot meet other assessments,or for the assessment requiring additional course-keeping ability.Furthermore,an expanded range of wave direction sets a stricter but potentially necessary requirement,while using the self-propulsion factors at low speeds can eliminate the unnecessary conservation of assessment result caused by those at design speed. 展开更多

Plutella xylostella,a major pest of cruciferous vegetables worldwide,has developed resistance to diamide insecticides.Thiotraniliprole,a novel synthetic diamide insecticide,exhibits excellent activity against P.xylostella.In the present study,we aimed to confirm the resistance risk,cross-resistance,and mechanisms of resistance to thiotraniliprole in P.xylostella.After 40 consecutive generations of thiotraniliprole selection,we obtained a thiotraniliprole-resistance P.xylostella strain with a 5141.58-fold resistance ratio(RR)to thiotraniliprole.The overall realized heritability(h^(2))value of resistance was estimated as 0.9 using threshold trait analysis,indicating that the risk of developing resistance to thiotraniliprole is high in P.xylostella.The thiotraniliprole-resistant(TR)strain showed noticeable cross-resistance to chlorantraniliprole(RR=44670.05),cyantraniliprole(RR=7038.58),and tetrachlorantraniliprole(RR=1506.01),but no cross-resistance to tolfenpyrad,indoxacarb,diafenthiuron,or abamectin compared with the susceptible(S)strain.The enzyme assay data showed that the activities of glutathione-S transferase(GST),carboxylesterase(CarE),and the content of cytochrome P450 monooxygenase(P450s)were significantly higher in the TR strain than in the S strain.Sequencing of the full-length PxRyR cDNA revealed the gene site I4790K in the TR strain with a 100%frequency.This mutation in PxRyR likely underlies the high-level cross-resistance between thiotraniliprole and three other diamide insecticides.These findings provide valuable information for optimizing resistance management strategies to delay thiotraniliprole resistance development and ensure sustainable control of P.xylostella. 展开更多

In this work,we investigate the impact of the whole small recess offset on DC and RF characteristics of InP high electron mobility transistors(HEMTs).L_(g)=80 nm HEMTs are fabricated with a double-recessed gate process.We focus on their DC and RF responses,including the maximum transconductance(g_(m_max)),ON-resistance(R_(ON)),current-gain cutoff frequency(f_(T)),and maximum oscillation frequency(f_(max)).The devices have almost same RON.The g_(m_max) improves as the whole small recess moves toward the source.However,a small gate to source capacitance(C_(gs))and a small drain output conductance(g_(ds))lead to the largest f_(T),although the whole small gate recess moves toward the drain leads to the smaller g_(m_max).According to the small-signal modeling,the device with the whole small recess toward drain exhibits an excellent RF characteristics,such as f_(T)=372 GHz and f_(max)=394 GHz.This result is achieved by paying attention to adjust resistive and capacitive parasitics,which play a key role in high-frequency response. 展开更多

Objective:Neuropathic pain(NP)is one of the most common forms of chronic pain,yet current treatment options are limited in effectiveness.Peripheral nerve injury activates spinal microglia,altering their inflammatory response and phagocytic functions,which contributes to the progression of NP.Most current research on NP focuses on microglial inflammation,with relatively little attention to their phagocytic function.Early growth response factor 2(EGR2)has been shown to regulate microglial phagocytosis,but its specific role in NP remains unclear.This study aims to investigate how EGR2 modulates microglial phagocytosis and its involvement in NP,with the goal of identifying potential therapeutic targets.Methods:Adult male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were used to establish a chronic constriction injury(CCI)model of the sciatic nerve.Pain behaviors were assessed on days 1,3,7,10,and 14 post-surgery to confirm successful model induction.The temporal and spatial expression of EGR2 in the spinal cord was examined using real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR),Western blotting,and immunofluorescence staining.Adeno-associated virus(AAV)was used to overexpress EGR2 in the spinal cord,and behavioral assessments were performed to evaluate the effects of EGR2 modulation of NP.CCI and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)models were established in animals and microglial cell lines,respectively,and changes in phagocytic activity were measured using RT-qPCR and fluorescent latex bead uptake assays.After confirming the involvement of microglial phagocytosis in NP,AAV was used to overexpress EGR2 in both in vivo and in vitro models,and phagocytic activity was further evaluated.Finally,eukaryotic transcriptome sequencing was conducted to screen differentially expressed mRNAs,followed by Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analyses to identify potential downstream effectors of EGR2.Results:The CCI model successfully induced NP.Following CCI,EGR2 expression in the spinal cord was upregulated in parallel with NP development.Overexpression of EGR2 via spinal AAV injection enhanced microglial phagocytic activity and increased pain hypersensitivity in rats.Both animal and cellular models showed that CCI or LPS stimulation enhanced microglial phagocytosis,which was further amplified by EGR2 overexpression.Transcriptomic analysis of spinal cord tissues from CCI rats overexpressing EGR2 revealed upregulation of numerous genes associated with microglial phagocytosis and pain regulation.Among them,Lag3 emerged as a potential downstream target of EGR2.Conclusion:EGR2 contributes to the maintenance of NP by enhancing microglial phagocytosis in the spinal dorsal horn. 展开更多

Negative Poisson ratio(NPR)steel is a new material with high strength and toughness.This study conducted tensile tests at elevated temperatures to investigate the mechanical properties of NPR steel at high temperatures.The stress−strain curve,ultimate strength,yield strength,modulus of elasticity,elongation after fracture,and percentage reduction of area of NPR steel bars were measured at 9 different temperatures ranging from 20 to 800℃.The experimental results indicate that high-temperature environments significantly affect the mechanical properties of NPR steel.However,compared to other types of steel,NPR steel exhibits better resistance to deformation.When the test temperature is below 700℃,NPR steel exhibits a ductile fracture characteristic,while at 800℃,it exhibits a brittle fracture characteristic.Finally,based on the experimental findings,a constitutive model suitable for NPR steel at high temperatures is proposed. 展开更多

Dynamic disturbances certainly reduce shear strength of rock joints,yet the mechanism needs deeper explanation.We investigate the shear behavior of a rough basalt joint by conducting laboratory shear experiments.Constant and superimposed oscillating normal loads are applied at the upper block.Meanwhile,the bottom block moves at a constant shear rate.We investigate the shear behavior by:1)altering the normal load oscillation frequency with a same shear rate,2)altering the shear rate with a same normal load oscillation frequency,and 3)altering the normal load oscillation frequency and shear rate simultaneously with a constant ratio.The results show that the oscillating normal load reduces the coefficient of friction(COF).The reduce degree of COF increases with higher shear rate,decreases when increasing normal load oscillation frequency,and keeps constant if the special ratio,v/f(shear rate divided by normal oscillation frequency),is constant.Moreover,we identify a time lag between peak normal load and peak shear load.And the lagging proportion increases with higher shear rate,and decreases with larger static COF.Our results imply that a lower creep rate with a higher normal load oscillation frequency easily destabilizes the creeping fault zones. 展开更多

目的小儿肺咳颗粒联合耳穴压豆对慢性持续期支气管哮喘患儿氧化应激指标、肺功能和辅助性T淋巴细胞(T Helper Cells,Th1)/Th2平衡的影响。方法2020年4月—2023年4月该院儿科共收治了150例处于支气管哮喘慢性持续期的患儿。所有患儿通过... 目的小儿肺咳颗粒联合耳穴压豆对慢性持续期支气管哮喘患儿氧化应激指标、肺功能和辅助性T淋巴细胞(T Helper Cells,Th1)/Th2平衡的影响。方法2020年4月—2023年4月该院儿科共收治了150例处于支气管哮喘慢性持续期的患儿。所有患儿通过随机数字表法被分配到对照组和试验组。对照组患儿接受吸入布地奈德混悬液的治疗,而试验组患儿在对照组的治疗基础上额外接受了小儿肺咳颗粒结合耳穴压豆的治疗方法。治疗4周后评价两组患者临床疗效、观察两组患者治疗前后氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)]水平,肺功能指标[肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、1秒用力呯吸量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)和最大呼气峰流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF)]以及Th1/Th2平衡相关因子[白细胞介素-12(interleukin-12,IL-12)、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-13(interleukin-13,IL-13)]指标的变化。结果两组患儿一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后,试验组总有效率为84.84%(56/66),显著高于对照组75.71%(53/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组受试者的血清SOD水平有所提升,而MPO和MDA水平则明显下降(P<0.05)。此外,治疗后,两组的肺功能指标均有所改善(P<0.05),且试验组的肺功能各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清IL-12和IFN-γ较治疗前升高,IL-4和IL-13水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,试验组患儿的血清IL-12和IFN-γ含量显著增加,同时IL-4和IL-13的含量则显著减少(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童支气管哮喘慢性持续期,小儿肺咳颗粒结合耳穴压豆疗法不仅能有效提升患儿的肺功能和降低氧化应激水平,还能调节Th1/Th2免疫平衡,且具有较高的安全性。 展开更多
