产后阴道微生态的定性系统评价

目的:分析产后阴道微生态体系4项核心主题的变化,包含产后菌群结构特征、菌型(Communitystatetypes,CST)分布、生物多样性、与孕期及非孕期的差异性菌属。方法:使用Vaginal/Vaginas/Reproductivetract,Microbiota/Flora,Microbiome/Micr... 目的:分析产后阴道微生态体系4项核心主题的变化,包含产后菌群结构特征、菌型(Communitystatetypes,CST)分布、生物多样性、与孕期及非孕期的差异性菌属。方法:使用Vaginal/Vaginas/Reproductivetract,Microbiota/Flora,Microbiome/Microbiotas/Microbial/Microbiome/Microbiomes,Postpartum Period/Postpartum/Puerperium在9个中英文数据库进行检索,共得出1783篇文献,最终筛选10篇文献纳入分析,并采用关键评价方案(Critical Appraisal Skills Program,CASP)工具进行文献质量评价。结果:10篇文章对4项核心主题纳入分析,产后生殖道菌群呈现特征性菌群结构,以厌氧菌为优势菌,多由CSTIII、CSTIV-A构成。产后的阴道微生态菌种多样性,与非孕期健康女性无明显差异,与妊娠期相比其α多样性和β多样性均最高。产后的乳酸杆菌丰度降低,而种类增多。结论:提示可对产后妇女尝试采取有效的治疗措施来,尽快改善产后阴道微环境向健康非孕期妇女转化。 展开更多

开发构建区域滑坡稳定性智能评价系统,从而对滑坡灾害风险进行有效地评价管理,是一项极具理论价值和现实意义的研究课题。基于Matlab图形用户界面开发环境GUIDE,将模糊综合评判作为评价系统主算法,将岩石强度、岩体完整性系数、地下水... 开发构建区域滑坡稳定性智能评价系统,从而对滑坡灾害风险进行有效地评价管理,是一项极具理论价值和现实意义的研究课题。基于Matlab图形用户界面开发环境GUIDE,将模糊综合评判作为评价系统主算法,将岩石强度、岩体完整性系数、地下水、降水量、边坡角、爆破震动、风化蚀变和人为活动等因素作为评判参数并分别赋权重,以高斯型函数和S形函数为各参数的隶属度函数,开发了区域滑坡稳定性的GUI评价系统。以王家坪滑坡工程为例进行了评价演示,结果表明,该系统能实现对王家坪滑坡稳定性的多因素综合评判计算,划定滑坡灾害危险性等级。该系统为区域滑坡工程分析评价提供了一个新的计算处理工具。 展开更多

Aiming at evaluating the stability of a rock mass near a fault,a microseismic(MS) monitoring system was established in Hongtoushan copper mine.The distribution of displacement and log(/),the relationship between MS activity and the exploitation process,and the stability of the rock mass controlled by a fault were studied.The results obtained from microseismic data showed that MS events were mainly concentrated al the footwall of the fault.When the distance to the fault exceeded 20 m,the rock mass reached a relatively stable state.MS activity is closely related to the mining process.Under the strong disturbance from blasting,the initiation and propagation of cracks is much faster.MS activity belongs in the category of aftershocks after large scale excavation.The displacement and log(C/) obtained from MS events can reflect the difference in physical and mechanical behavior of different areas within the rock mass,which is useful in judging the integrity and degradation of the rock mass. 展开更多

Classification systems such as Slope Mass Rating(SMR) are currently being used to undertake slope stability analysis. In SMR classification system, data is allocated to certain classes based on linguistic and experience-based criteria. In order to eliminate linguistic criteria resulted from experience-based judgments and account for uncertainties in determining class boundaries developed by SMR system,the system classification results were corrected using two clustering algorithms, namely K-means and fuzzy c-means(FCM), for the ratings obtained via continuous and discrete functions. By applying clustering algorithms in SMR classification system, no in-advance experience-based judgment was made on the number of extracted classes in this system, and it was only after all steps of the clustering algorithms were accomplished that new classification scheme was proposed for SMR system under different failure modes based on the ratings obtained via continuous and discrete functions. The results of this study showed that, engineers can achieve more reliable and objective evaluations over slope stability by using SMR system based on the ratings calculated via continuous and discrete functions. 展开更多
