A microwave-assisted digestion method for pretreatment of biomaterial,Fructus Lycii,has been studied in this paper.The influence factors and test condition affecting digestion results were discussed,and the factors in...A microwave-assisted digestion method for pretreatment of biomaterial,Fructus Lycii,has been studied in this paper.The influence factors and test condition affecting digestion results were discussed,and the factors included the sort of mixed acid,the volume of mixed acid,the power of microwave oven and microwave digestion program.The contents of nine elements in Fructus Lycii were determined by ICP-AES.The digestion results were proved to be reliable by adding standard recovery experiment to the process.It was showed that microwave technique for digestion of biomaterial was simple and safe to operate,quickly accessible and safe for operators.展开更多

Chromatography, as an important analysis technique, has been widely applied to many fields, such as life science, environment, medicine, food and petrochemical engineering. Recently, with the progress of science and technology, higher and higher requirements have been put forward for the analysis of practical samples. Accordingly, chromatography has simultaneously undergone rapid development. Here we would like to make a brief summary on the newest research results of National Chromatographic R. & A. Center, and hopefully it could reflect the advances of chromatography in the analysis of complex samples.展开更多
