Methods Primary adipocyte was obtained from fat tissue in liposuction patient and insulin resistance model was built up with dexamethasone induction. Gop-pod method was used to determine glucose in culture supematant and RT-PCR was used to assay RETN of treated cells. Results SLEPG increased the glucose consumption and ab- sorption in dexamethasone-induced insulin resistance in primary adipocyte culture. SLEC inhibited the mRNA expres- sion of RETN significantly. Conclusions SLEPG might improve insulin resistance in mature adipocyte.展开更多
