本文首次选取海洋中具有代表性的中肋骨条藻和赫氏圆石藻,考察它们生长过程中产生的低分子量有机酸(LMWOAs)的变化情况,探究藻类生命活动对海水中LMWOAs的影响。结果显示,两种藻类在生长过程中均能向培养液释放乳酸、乙酸和甲酸,且灭菌... 本文首次选取海洋中具有代表性的中肋骨条藻和赫氏圆石藻,考察它们生长过程中产生的低分子量有机酸(LMWOAs)的变化情况,探究藻类生命活动对海水中LMWOAs的影响。结果显示,两种藻类在生长过程中均能向培养液释放乳酸、乙酸和甲酸,且灭菌生长条件下更有利于中肋骨条藻和赫氏圆石藻培养液中LMWOAs的积累。中肋骨条藻在生长过程中,能够积累乳酸和乙酸,而赫氏圆石藻在生长过程能够积累乙酸和甲酸。两种藻的细胞密度与培养液中pH值均和培养液总LMWOAs浓度呈显著正相关。这两种藻均能向海水释放LMWOAs,是海水LMWOAs的来源。在指数生长阶段,这两种藻释放的LMWOAs在海水中的积累对海水pH值影响显著。 展开更多

我读书很晚,接触梅村诗则更晚,记得是在一九四三年,高中一年级的时候。那时正是抗战最艰苦的阶段,南京汪伪政府大肆进行卖国投降活动,广大沦陷区人民则生活在火坑之中。正是在这种情况下,我们的老师张潮象老先生,选了梅村的《圆圆曲》... 我读书很晚,接触梅村诗则更晚,记得是在一九四三年,高中一年级的时候。那时正是抗战最艰苦的阶段,南京汪伪政府大肆进行卖国投降活动,广大沦陷区人民则生活在火坑之中。正是在这种情况下,我们的老师张潮象老先生,选了梅村的《圆圆曲》和陆次云的《圆圆传》来给我们讲,讲到“冲冠一怒为红颜”这句诗,还特别引陆传中的“三桂赍重币求去此诗,吴勿许”以为印证。张老先生当时讲诗的用意并未说明,但他讲诗时对吴三桂的愤激之情却溢于言表,使人感到仿佛不是讲历史而是讲的现实。我那时还不到二十岁,由于张老先生的讲诗,却引起了我对梅村诗的爱好,至于梅村本人的历史,当时却一无所知。 展开更多

Influence of intermediate principal stress on failure mechanism of hard rock with a pre-existing circular opening 被引量:6

Based on particle flow theory, the influences of the magnitude and direction of the intermediate principal stress on failure mechanism of hard rock with a pre-existing circular opening were studied by carrying out true triaxial tests on siltstone specimen. It is shown that peak strength of siltstone specimen increases firstly and subsequently decreases with the increase of the intermediate principal stress. And its turning point is related to the minimum principal stress and the direction of the intermediate principal stress. Failure characteristic(brittleness or ductility) of siltstone is determined by the minimum principal stress and the difference between the intermediate and minimum principal stress. The intermediate principal stress has a significant effect on the types and distributions of microcracks. The failure modes of the specimen are determined by the magnitude and direction of the intermediate principal stress, and related to weakening effect of the opening and inhibition effect of confining pressure in essence: when weakening effect of the opening is greater than inhibition effect of confining pressure, the failure surface is parallel to the x axis(such as σ2=σ3=0 MPa); conversely, the failure surface is parallel to the z axis(such as σ2=20 MPa, σ3=0 MPa). 展开更多

For deep tunnel projects,selecting an appropriate initial support distance is critical to improving the self-supporting capacity of surrounding rock.In this work,an intuitive method for determining the tunnel’s initial support distance was proposed.First,based on the convergence-confinement method,a three-dimensional analytical model was constructed by combining an analytical solution of a non-circular tunnel with the Tecplot software.Then,according to the integral failure criteria of rock,the failure tendency coefficients of hard surrounding rock were computed and the spatial distribution plots of that were constructed.On this basis,the tunnel’s key failure positions were identified,and the relationship between the failure tendency coefficient at key failure positions and their distances from the working face was established.Finally,the distance from the working face that corresponds to the critical failure tendency coefficient was taken as the optimal support distance.A practical project was used as an example,and a reasonable initial support distance was successfully determined by applying the developed method.Moreover,it is found that the stability of hard surrounding rock decreases rapidly within the range of 1.0D(D is the tunnel diameter)from the working face,and tends to be stable outside the range of 1.0D. 展开更多
