Non-rigid point matching has received more and more attention.Recently,many works have been developed to discover global relationships in the point set which is treated as an instance of a joint distribution.However,the local relationship among neighboring points is more effective under non-rigid transformations.Thus,a new algorithm taking advantage of shape context and relaxation labeling technique,called SC-RL,is proposed for non-rigid point matching.It is a strategy that joints estimation for correspondences as well as the transformation.In this work,correspondence assignment is treated as a soft-assign process in which the matching probability is updated by relaxation labeling technique with a newly defined compatibility coefficient.The compatibility coefficient is one or zero depending on whether neighboring points preserving their relative position in a local coordinate system.The comparative analysis has been performed against four state-of-the-art algorithms including SC,ICP,TPS-RPM and RPM-LNS,and the results denote that SC-RL performs better in the presence of deformations,outliers and noise. 展开更多

In order to improve structure performance of the dish solar concentrator,a three-dimensional model of dish solar concentrator was established based on the high-precision numerical algorithms.And a virtual wind tunnel experiment with constant wind is adopted to investigate the pressure distribution of the reflective surface,velocity distribution of the fluid domain for the dish solar concentrator in different poses and wind speeds distribution.Some results about wind pressure distribution before and after dish solar concentrator surface and wind load velocity distribution in the entire fluid domain had been obtained.In particular,it is necessary to point out that the stiffness at the center of the dish solar concentrator should be relatively raised.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of solar concentrator dish structure as well as the failure analysis of dish solar concentrator in engineering practice. 展开更多

The impact properties of normal concrete (NC) and reinforced concrete (RC) specimens,steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) specimens and RC+SFRC specimens with different steel fibre dosages were investigated with the drop-weight impact test recommended by ACI Committee 544.The results indicate that the number of blows to final failure is greatly increased by addition of steel fibres.Moreover,the combination of steel fibres and steel rebars demonstrates a significant positive composite effect on the impact resistance,which results in the improvement in impact toughness of concrete specimens.In the view of variation of impact test results,the two-parameter Weibull distribution was adopted to analyze the experimental data.It is proved that the probabilistic distributions of the blows to first crack and to final failure of six types of samples approximately follow two-parameter Weibull distribution. 展开更多

The experimental results show t... The calcined magnesite was utilized as a kind of MgO bearing additive to produce MgO bearing pellets. The effects of MgO on densification and consolidation of pellets were investigated. The experimental results show that, at the same process parameters, the porosity and pore size distribution of green pellets have no evident relation with the MgO bearing additive, pore size of green pellets is between 15 μm and 35 μm and the porosity of green pellets is about 34%. There is a densification and consolidation phenomenon during the induration process; the pore size and porosity of product pellets decrease gradually; and the structure of product pellets becomes dense. MgO makes a negative effect on the densification and consolidation of product pellets, the densification ratio of pellets decreases from 46.3% to 28.6% with the addition of MgO bearing additive from 0 to 2.0 %. The porosity and the pore size of product pellets increase gradually with the increase of MgO content; When the mass fraction of MgO bearing additive increases from 0 to 2.0%, the pore size of product pellet increases and the pore size distributes in a large range. Also, the porosity increases from 18.61% to 24.06%. 展开更多

Using nonlinear regression technology,the function between stress value of key points on internal stress curve and surface stress of the plate was obtained. Based on the measured surface stress,stress value of key points and stress distribution shape,the internal stress distribution can be reconstructed. Under various electromagnetic induction heating powers,different Al3Ti/Al composites were fabricated by in-situ synthesis method from aluminum and titanium fibers.Microstructures and particles distribution of the composites were examined by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that no other intermetallic compounds beside Al3Ti can be in-situ synthesized.Around the titanium fibers,the reaction zones and diffusion zones can be obviously found.Due to the stirring of the electromagnetic function,the formation of the micro-cracks inside the reaction zone was conducive to the peeling off of the Al3Ti particles,and ensures the continuous reaction between liquid aluminum and titanium fibers,as well as the diffusion of Al3Ti particles.At the same time,there were secondary splits of Al3Ti particles located in diffusion zones.Two-body abrasion test shows that with the increase of induction heating power,the wear rates of the composites reduced and the number of grooves decreased. 展开更多

It is a weighted sum of different fuzzy fitness. It can be found that the fuzzy fitness of nodes may lead to multiscaling. Moreover, the clustering coefficient of node decays as power law and clustering coefficient of network behavior not-decrease-but-increase’ phenomenon after some time. Earthquake is a kind of sudden and destructive random excitation in nature.It is significant to determine the probability distribution characteristics of the corresponding dynamic indicators to ensure the safety and the stability of structures when the intensive seismic excitation,the intensity of which is larger than 7,acts in train-bridge system.Firstly,the motion equations of a two-dimensional train-bridge system under the vertical random excitation of track irregularity and the vertical seismic acceleration are established,where the train subsystem is composed of 8 mutually independent vehicle elements with 48 degrees of freedom,while the single-span simple supported bridge subsystem is composed of 102D beam elements with 20 degrees of freedom on beam and 2 large mass degrees of freedom at the support.Secondly,Monte Carlo method and pseudo excitation method are adopted to analyze the statistical parameters of the system.The power spectrum density of random excitation is used to define a series of non-stationary pseudo excitation in pseudo excitation method and the trigonometric series of random vibration history samples in Monte Carlo method,respectively solved by precise integral method and Newmark-βmethod through the inter-system iterative procedure.Finally,the results are compared with the case under the weak seismic excitation,and show that the samples of vertical acceleration response of bridge and the offload factor of train obeys the normal distribution.In a high probability,the intensive earthquakes pose a greater threat to the safety and stability of bridges and trains than the weak ones. 展开更多

This paper presents a bi-level hybrid local search(BHLS)algorithm for the three-dimensional loading problem with balancing constraints(3DLP-B),where several rectangular boxes with even densities but different sizes are loaded into a single cubic bin to meet the requirements of the space or capacity utilization and the balance of the center of gravity.The proposed algorithm hybridizes a novel framed-layout procedure in which the concept of the core block and its generation strategy are introduced.Once the block-loading sequence has been determined,we can load one block at a time by the designed construction heuristic.Then,the double-search is introduced;its external search procedure generates a list of compact packing patterns while its internal search procedure is used to search the core-block frames and their best distribution locations.The approach is extensively tested on weakly to strongly heterogeneous benchmark data.The results show that it has better performance in improving space utilization rate and balanced condition of the placement than existed techniques:the overall averages from 79.85%to 86.45%were obtained for the balanced cases and relatively high space-usage rate of 89.44%was achieved for the unbalanced ones. 展开更多

The morphological characteristics and phase transformation of the combusted powder and the Fe-Ni-Y2O3 nanocomposites were characterized by XRD, FESEM and TEM.Porous Fe-Ni-Y2O3 nanocomposites with crystallite size below 100 nm were obtained after reduction. The morphology, phases and magnetic property of Fe-Ni-Y2O3 nanocomposites reduced at different temperatures were investigated. The Fe-Ni-Y2O3 nanocomposite reduced at 900 °C has the maximum saturation magnetization and the minimum coercivity values of 167.41 A/(m2·kg)and 3.11 k A/m, respectively. 展开更多

Based on parameter design language, a program of progressive failure analysis in composite structures is proposed. In this program, the relationship between macro- and micro-mechanics is established and the macro stress distribution of the composite structure is calculated by commercial finite element software. According to the macro-stress, the damaged point is found and the micro-stress distribution of representative volume element is calculated by finite-volume direct averaging micromechanics(FVDAM). Compared with the results calculated by failure criterion based on macro-stress field(the maximum stress criteria and Hashin criteria) and micro-stress field(Huang model), it is proven that the failure analysis based on macro- and micro-mechanics model is feasible and efficient. 展开更多

In this work, a novel mathematic model for the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with unrelated parallel machine(HFSPUPM) was proposed. Additionally, an effective hybrid estimation of distribution algorithm was proposed to solve the HFSPUPM, taking advantage of the features in the mathematic model. In the optimization algorithm, a new individual representation method was adopted. The(EDA) structure was used for global search while the teaching learning based optimization(TLBO) strategy was used for local search. Based on the structure of the HFSPUPM, this work presents a series of discrete operations. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid algorithm compared with other algorithms. 展开更多

Combining vacuum preloading technology and electroosmosis can improve the treatment effect of soft soil foundation by utilizing the advantages of both methods.Many studies indicate that the soil electrical potential is non-linearly distributed in the treatment process by the combined method.However,in the previous theoretical study,the non-linear-distribution impacts of soil’s electrical potential on soft soil foundation treatment have not been considered.It is always assumed to be linear distribution,which is different from the experimental results.In this paper,the coupling consolidation model of this technology under the two-dimensional plane strain condition is initially established;and the well resistance effect,the vacuum load decreasing along the soil depth and the non-linear variation of electrical potential in the soil are considered.Then,the analytical solutions of the average excess pore water pressure and soil’s consolidation degree in the anode affected area are acquired based on the soil’s electrical potential distribution.Finally,the rationality of the analytical solution is testified by conducting an experimental model test,which proves the scientificity of the analytical solution.The analytical solution is adopted to better predict the dissipation of excess pore water pressure and soil consolidation degree when using the combined technology.This study can provide a reference with more accuracy for the engineering practices of this combined technology in the future. 展开更多

Synthesis of Ce-doped yttrium aluminum garnet phosphor by impinging streams co-precipitation

Phosphor yttrium aluminum garnet Y3A15O12 (YAG), activated with trivalent cerium (Ce^3+), was synthesized by T-tube impinging streams, T-type vortex impinging streams co-precipitation method (IS-CP) and direct co-precipitation method (D-CP), respectively. The crystallization, morphologies, particle size and particle size distribution of the phosphors obtained under different experimental conditions were studied. The influence of various factors on the luminescence intensity of the phosphor was also investigated, such as feeding methods, volume flow rate, contents of Ce and initial reactant concentration. The results show that the precursors synthesized by T-tube impinging streams co-precipitation reaction transform to Y3A15O12 (YAG) phosphor at about 1 000 ℃. The particles are far smaller and narrower than those prepared by D-CP. In the impinging streams co-precipitation system, the luminescent intensity of YAG:Ce phosphor increases with the increase of liquid flow rate. The intensity firstly increases then decreases with the increasing Ce^3+ doping content, and the maximum intensity is shown at 1.67% (molar fraction) Ce. Luminescent intensity gradually decreases with the increase of initial concentration of reactants.
