基于升降轨SAR数据的连续箱梁桥精细变形

针对桥梁精细变形监测问题,提出一种考虑由温度引起的桥梁变形(简称温度变形)的升降轨合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar,SAR)数据融合方法.首先,以连续箱梁桥为研究对象,分别使用升降轨SAR数据集,基于小基线子集干涉测量法(small ... 针对桥梁精细变形监测问题,提出一种考虑由温度引起的桥梁变形(简称温度变形)的升降轨合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar,SAR)数据融合方法.首先,以连续箱梁桥为研究对象,分别使用升降轨SAR数据集,基于小基线子集干涉测量法(small baseline subsets interferometric SAR,SBAS-InSAR)提取视线向(line-of-sight,LOS)变形;然后,利用最小二乘法构建温度变形模型,分离周期性温度变形与长期性趋势变形;最后,结合桥梁结构特征,基于时空插值和奇异值分解方法实现升降轨数据融合,提取温度变形、纵桥向(即桥梁延伸方向)及垂直向趋势变形,分析桥梁变形机制及变形成因.结果表明,该方法可提取精确的桥梁温度变形及三维变形,为桥梁健康监测提供可靠的方法支撑. 展开更多

船体曲面的型值数据与图片数据都是序列相关型数据,即数据排列形式与所表达信息紧密相关的数据类型,因此用于图片分类和生成的计算机视觉技术,理论上也适用于船体曲面特征的认知与生成。本文基于此共性假设,对基于计算机视觉的船体曲面... 船体曲面的型值数据与图片数据都是序列相关型数据,即数据排列形式与所表达信息紧密相关的数据类型,因此用于图片分类和生成的计算机视觉技术,理论上也适用于船体曲面特征的认知与生成。本文基于此共性假设,对基于计算机视觉的船体曲面特征认知与生成机制开展系列研究。通过卷积神经网络搭建多元分类器用于识别不同区域的船体曲面形状,在多种曲面分割方案下均得到较为理想的分类精度;基于生成式对抗网络模型,设计一体式和分区式船体曲面生成方法,并根据这两种方法分别尝试进行曲面生成和重构,证明两种方法都能依据其自身特点部分实现船体曲面生成功能,为后续的研究提供参考。本文研究结果可为船体曲面快速建模与变形方法方面的研究提供技术和理论支持。 展开更多

To gain a thorough understanding of the load state of parallel kinematic machines(PKMs), a methodology of elastodynamic modeling and joint reaction prediction is proposed. For this purpose, a Sprint Z3 model is used as a case study to illustrate the process of joint reaction analysis. The substructure synthesis method is applied to deriving an analytical elastodynamic model for the 3-PRS PKM device, in which the compliances of limbs and joints are considered. Each limb assembly is modeled as a spatial beam with non-uniform cross-section supported by lumped virtual springs at the centers of revolute and spherical joints. By introducing the deformation compatibility conditions between the limbs and the platform, the governing equations of motion of the system are obtained. After degenerating the governing equations into quasi-static equations, the effects of the gravity on system deflections and joint reactions are investigated with the purpose of providing useful information for the kinematic calibration and component strength calculations as well as structural optimizations of the 3-PRS PKM module. The simulation results indicate that the elastic deformation of the moving platform in the direction of gravity caused by gravity is quite large and cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, the distributions of joint reactions are axisymmetric and position-dependent. It is worthy to note that the proposed elastodynamic modeling method combines the benefits of accuracy of finite element method and concision of analytical method so that it can be used to predict the stiffness characteristics and joint reactions of a PKM throughout its entire workspace in a quick and accurate manner. Moreover, the present model can also be easily applied to evaluating the overall rigidity performance as well as statics of other PKMs with high efficiency after minor modifications. 展开更多

The modeling effects of constituents and dispersoids on the tensile ductility of aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that the tensile ductility decreases with the increase of the volume fraction and size of constituents.Thus,purification can improve the tensile ductility by decreasing the volume fraction of constituents(normally compositions of Fe and Si)and the first-class microcracks.The model also indicates that the tensile ductility decreases with the increase in the volume fraction of dispersoids.Decreasing the volume fraction of dispersoids along the grain boundaries by proper heat-treatment and improving the cohesion strength between dispersoids and matrix can also improve the tensile ductility by decreasing the volume fraction of the second-class microcracks. 展开更多

A two-dimensional(2D) coupled thermo-mechanical model was established. First, the temperature fields of medium carbon steel during LFW process were investigated. And then, the Mises stress and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd principal stresses fields' evolution of the steel during LFW process were studied. The deformation behavior of LFW carbon steel was analyzed by using micromechanics model based on ABAQUS with Python code. The Lode parameter was expressed using the Mohr stress circle and it was investigated in detail. 展开更多
