采用离子液体作为反应介质,在235-280℃,反应3-7 h,研究了双酚A缩水甘油醚/乙二胺(DGEBA/EDA)环氧树脂的降解反应并考察了温度、时间等因素对降解的影响。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对降解的残余固体进行分析,使用高效液相色谱(HPLC...采用离子液体作为反应介质,在235-280℃,反应3-7 h,研究了双酚A缩水甘油醚/乙二胺(DGEBA/EDA)环氧树脂的降解反应并考察了温度、时间等因素对降解的影响。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对降解的残余固体进行分析,使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对液相产物进行定性定量研究。明确了反应后的残余固体为未降解的环氧树脂固体。获得的主要产物为苯酚、双酚A、对异丙基苯酚等。时间越长、温度越高降解率越大,主要产物收率越高,280℃,3 h时,降解率达到92%。通过Arrhenius方程进行动力学研究,计算反应的活化能,求得在Emim BF4介质中,反应活化能为Ea=156.4 k J·mol^-1,而在Bmim BF4介质中,反应活化能为Ea=109.4 k J·mol^-1。得到降解反应速率方程分别为-d[ER]/dt=8.813×10^12exp(-1.564×10^5/RT)[ER]和-d[ER]/dt=4.666×10^8exp(-1.094×10^5/RT)[ER]。展开更多
