Using self-constructed dual-channel electrochemical detection system(ampere detection and conductive detection),dopamine was detected by HPCE.Several parameters affecting the determination were studied,including effect of potential of working electrode,concentration of running buffer,acidity and operation voltage and injection time on capillary electrophoresis.Pt elcectrode as working electrode and at the detection potential of +0.65V(vs.SCE),dopamine was detected by using KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 as buffer,under a positive voltage of 15kV and injection time at 10s.A linearity with conductive detection exists between peak area(Y) and mass concentration of dopamine(X) in the range of 5~140mg/L with regression equation y=2.14+18.39C,4=0.995,detection limit is 1.0mg/L.A linearity with ampere detection exists between peak area(Y) and mass concentration of dopamine(X) in the range of 1~150mg/L with regression equation y=8.57+17.32C,r=0.999,detection limit is 0.2mg/L. 展开更多
