严寒地区冰雪飞溅问题对高速铁路运营安全性有直接影响,现场调研发现多处冰块脱落击打应答器的现象,而国内外对此研究尚未见文献报道。采用基于离散元-多柔性体动力学-计算流体力学(discrete element method-multi flexible body dynami...严寒地区冰雪飞溅问题对高速铁路运营安全性有直接影响,现场调研发现多处冰块脱落击打应答器的现象,而国内外对此研究尚未见文献报道。采用基于离散元-多柔性体动力学-计算流体力学(discrete element method-multi flexible body dynamics-computational fluid dynamics, DEM-MFBD-CFD)耦合分析法,建立车厢底板结冰脱落击打应答器模型,并借助风洞和现场试验结果,验证了模型的可靠性;基于建立的分析模型研究不同列车速度、风压变化、冰块质量等因素对应答器击打的受力影响。结果表明:应答器受到的最大应力随列车运行速度呈现幂函数增长关系,当行车速度增大到350 km/h时,最大应力达15.591 MPa,约为150 km/h时的3.5倍;且随冰块质量增加应答器最大应力呈现先迅速增加后缓慢增长趋势;当横风风速为5~20 m/s作用时,应答器表面所受到的最大应力相差不大,表明横风对冰雪击打应答器作用可忽略不计;为减小冰雪飞溅击打应答器危害,可采取除融雪手段、列车降速等措施。展开更多

Structural analysis and aerodynamic...Composite wing static aeroelasticity was analyzed through a loosely coupled method and the effects on composite wing characteristics under different flight attitudes were presented. Structural analysis and aerodynamic analysis were carried out through finite element method (FEM) software NASTRAN and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT, respectively. Correlative data transfer and mesh regenerate procedure were applied to couple the results of computational structure dynamics (CSD) and CFD. After static aeroelasticity analysis under different flight attitudes, it can be seen that lift increases with the increase of flight speed and the incremental value enlarges gradually in both rigid and elastic wings. Lift presents a linear increment relationship with the increase of attack angle when the flight speed is 0.4Ma or 0.6Ma, but nonlinear increment in elastic wing when flight speed is 0.8Ma. On the effect of aeroelasticity, the maximum of deformation increases with the increase of flight speed and attack angle, and the incremental value decreases with the increase of flight speed while uniform with different attack angles. The results provide a reference for engineering applications.展开更多
To make sure the intermediate products of the carbothermic reduction of Al2O3 process, such as Al4CO4, Al2CO and Al4C3,and the interaction of AlCl, AlCl2, AlCl3 with Al4CO4, Al2CO and Al4C3, respectively, thermodynami...To make sure the intermediate products of the carbothermic reduction of Al2O3 process, such as Al4CO4, Al2CO and Al4C3,and the interaction of AlCl, AlCl2, AlCl3 with Al4CO4, Al2CO and Al4C3, respectively, thermodynamic analyses were used to study the chloride reaction production of them under the vacuum situation. The stable structures and electronic properties of AlCl, AlCl2 and AlCl3 adsorbed on Al4CO4, Al2CO and Al4C3 were calculated by first-principles calculations by the CASTEP module in the Materials Studio program. The results show that the AlCl3 and AlCl2 molecules have decomposed on the plane of Al4C3(001), while there are no obvious decomposition of AlCl3 and AlCl2 on Al4CO4(001) and Al2CO(001) planes. The adsorption of AlCl on the Al4CO4(001)and Al2CO(001) planes is stronger than that on the Al4C3(001) plane. The interaction strength of AlCl3, as well as AlCl2, with Al4CO4,Al2CO and Al4C3 is in the sequence of Al4CO4Al2CO〉Al4C3.展开更多
