基于"镜式"研究框架并借鉴性运用SCAT分析方法发现,当今研究生导师整体上呈现守身行道与道德风险的矛盾交织——既彰显有一定的研究生培养质量保障与自律意识,又不同程度显露出"搭便车""随大流"的心理与... 基于"镜式"研究框架并借鉴性运用SCAT分析方法发现,当今研究生导师整体上呈现守身行道与道德风险的矛盾交织——既彰显有一定的研究生培养质量保障与自律意识,又不同程度显露出"搭便车""随大流"的心理与行为,突出体现在培养实践中精力投入的投机主义、具体举措的底线主义和总体定位的混世主义。正是由于社会文化的大肆搅局、研究生导师的欲拒还迎以及高校制度的推波助澜,才招致研究生导师文化心理呈现双重文化纠葛。研究生导师的主流文化心理可归结为混世情结与底线意识杂糅其中的活在当下的务实心态,这种心态不利于提升研究生培养质量。相关部门有必要通过制度建设与心理防治,对导师进行适度的文化心理调适。 展开更多

超高速摄影仪转镜模态数值仿真分析

采用有限元法对超高速摄影仪转镜系统进行数值仿真与模态测试,验证转镜模态数值分析方法的精度.利用数值分析法,提取转镜的前3阶模态,研究其对应振型与模态应力,发现其共振点主要集中在304.37 Hz、354.15 Hz和345.17 Hz处,且1阶弯曲模... 采用有限元法对超高速摄影仪转镜系统进行数值仿真与模态测试,验证转镜模态数值分析方法的精度.利用数值分析法,提取转镜的前3阶模态,研究其对应振型与模态应力,发现其共振点主要集中在304.37 Hz、354.15 Hz和345.17 Hz处,且1阶弯曲模态应力远大于1阶扭转应力,轴肩位置是应力集中区.通过实验在线测得转镜在加速过程中的幅频响应曲线,发现转镜在固有3个频率点处振幅出现急剧变化,且在355 Hz处的振幅远大于其在297 Hz处的振幅.结果表明,1阶弯曲是转镜出现破坏的主要形式,轴的损伤是转镜出现疲劳破坏的主要原因.数值解和实验结果吻合较好,说明对转镜采用数值分析法提取其模态可获得较高精度. 展开更多

目的:探讨皮肤镜图像分析技术在评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗光线性角化病(actinic keratosis, AK疗效中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年10月至2019年10月于我院皮肤科门诊治疗的35例经组织病理确诊为AK的患者作为研究对象,给予ALA... 目的:探讨皮肤镜图像分析技术在评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗光线性角化病(actinic keratosis, AK疗效中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年10月至2019年10月于我院皮肤科门诊治疗的35例经组织病理确诊为AK的患者作为研究对象,给予ALA-PDT治疗,应用皮肤镜动态监测观察,并将镜下图像特征(红色假网状结构、黄白色鳞屑、靶样毛囊及玫瑰花瓣征)的变化情况作为治疗终点,进行为期12个月的随访,观察复发情况。结果:共32例AK患者完成了研究,共计皮损80处。所有皮损达到临床评估完全缓解时,AK患者的皮肤镜图像特征大部分随之消失,其中黄白色鳞屑在第1次治疗后明显消退,靶样毛囊和玫瑰花瓣征在第1次治疗后反而增多,随后又逐渐减少、消失;AK患者治疗前、后皮肤镜图像特征的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对仍有少部分持续存在的皮损,继续治疗至镜下图像特征消失,随访12个月未见复发患者。结论:皮肤镜图像分析技术可作为评价光动力治疗AK疗效的一种无创、简便易行的方法,可用于协助临床动态监测AK治疗的疗效。 展开更多

本工作主要研究了超高真空环境中(5×10^(-10)Torr)多晶Al、Mo、Cu表面在3keV电子束轰击下,表面组份的变化。通过检测俄歇峰高随电子的轰击所发生的变化,对表面组份在电子轰击下所发生的变化进行了观察,并对这些变化的机理进行了探讨。

为了研究山西临县紫金山地区放射性矿产铀、钍、钾元素异常分布规律、含量、赋存状态,通过运用地面伽马能谱和显微镜镜下分析二者相结合的方法研究了研究区内的岩石,得到紫金山地区岩石的铀、钍、钾放射性参数和铀、钍、钾异常对应岩石... 为了研究山西临县紫金山地区放射性矿产铀、钍、钾元素异常分布规律、含量、赋存状态,通过运用地面伽马能谱和显微镜镜下分析二者相结合的方法研究了研究区内的岩石,得到紫金山地区岩石的铀、钍、钾放射性参数和铀、钍、钾异常对应岩石的镜下分析结果。结果表明:山西临县紫金山地区铀、钍元素异常主要分布在黑云辉石岩、霞石正长岩中,它是由于这二种岩石中分布的磷灰石和榍石所以引起的,榍石和磷灰石占黑云辉石岩总量的7%~11%,榍石在霞石正长岩中的含量占总量的1%~5%;钾异常主要分布在黑云母辉石正长岩中,钾元素异常是由黑云母辉石正长岩中的正长石引起的,黑云母辉石正长岩中的正长石占整体的85%~90%。可见通过地面伽马能谱和显微镜镜下分析二者相结合的方法可以解释山西省紫金山地区放射性矿产铀、钍、钾异常分布规律、含量、赋存状态。综上,黑云辉石岩、霞石正长岩、黑云母辉石正长岩为今后放射性矿产突破所在,建议在区部署地面伽玛能谱扫面工作,再对扫面工作的异常区进行槽探及钻探工程验证。 展开更多

达赉湖地区蒙原羚与同域分布家羊的食物重叠研究

The results indicate that, the new phases, i.e., C3A·0.5CaCO3·0.5Ca(OH)2·11.5H2O and C3A·CaCO3·11H2O are found in this system due to the activity of CaC03; the formation of C4AH13 and C2AH8 is prohibited and the generation of C3AH6 is delayed in the early hydration process. C3A·0.5CaCO3·0.5Ca(OH)2.11.5HEO is not stable and will be totally transferred within 24 h; C3A·CaCO3.11H2O exists stably once formation, and its flake-like crystalline phases in the early hydration transform to long rod shape, and to finally fine-needle at 28 d. 展开更多

Effects of laser heat treatment on salt spray corrosion of 1Cr5Mo heat resistant steel welding joints 被引量:2

The surface of 1Cr5 Mo heat-resistant steel welding joint was processed with CO2 laser, and the corrosion behaviors before and after laser heat treatment(LHT) were investigated in the salt spray corrosion environments. The microstructures, phases, residual stresses and retained austenite content of 1Cr5 Mo steel welding joint before and after LHT were analyzed with optical microscope and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The cracking morphologies and chemical compositions of corrosion products after salt spray corrosion were analyzed with field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), respectively, the polarization curves were measured on a PS-268 A type electrochemical workstation, and the mechanism of corrosion resistance by LHT was investigated as well. The results show that the passive film of original sample is destroyed owing to the corrosive media penetrating into the subsurface, resulting in the redox reaction. The content of residual austenite in the surface and the self-corrosion potential are increased by LHT, which is contributed to improving the capability of salt spray corrosion resistance. 展开更多

The precipitation behaviors of an A1-Cu-Li-Mn-Zr alloy at different ageing temperatures (120, 160 and 200 ~C) were investigated using Vickers hardness measurements and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterization. Age hardening curves show an increase in precipitation kinetics with increasing ageing temperature. The results of TEM show that for the samples peak aged at 120 ~C, the amount of g' (A13Li), GP zones/0' (A12Cu) and Z (A15Cu6Li2) phases is obviously higher than that of T1 (A12CuLi) precipitates; while the samples peak aged at 160 and 200 ~C are usually dominated by T1 phase with a minor fraction of GP zones/0' and g', and the Z phase almost does not form. In addition, quantitative analysis on the T1 platelets demonstrates that the samples peak aged at 200 ~C have larger plate diameter and smaller area fraction of T1, as compared to the samples peak aged at 160 ~C. Correspondingly, the possible reasons for such phenomena are discussed. 展开更多

The effect of an ultrasonic field on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7085 aluminum alloy during solidification was investigated by optical microscopy, Vickers hardness test, tensile test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry, and electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA). The results showed that the grains of aluminum alloy were significantly refined and secondary phases were dispersed and distributed uniformly at the grain boundaries, due to ultrasonic treatment (UST). By EPMA, it was observed that the distribution of the main elements A1, Zn, Mg and Cu was more homogeneous in alloys with UST, than in alloys without UST. The mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy also significantly improved. As demonstrated by the SEM fractography of the fractured faces of several castings, fracture of the unrefined specimens occurred in a brittle manner, whereas the cracks of the refined specimens showed quasi-cleavage fracture. 展开更多

Heliostats are sensitive to the wind load, thus as a key indicator, the study on the static and dynamic stability bearing capacity for heliostats is very important. In this work, a numerical wind tunnel was established to calculate the wind load coefficients in various survival stow positions. In order to explore the best survival stow position for the heliostat under the strong wind, eigenvalue buckling analysis method was introduced to predict the critical wind load theoretically. Considering the impact of the nonlinearity and initial geometrical imperfection, the nonlinear post-buckling behaviors of the heliostat were investigated by load-displacement curves in the full equilibrium process. Eventually, combining B-R criterion with equivalent displacement principle the dynamic critical wind speed and load amplitude coefficient were evaluated. The results show that the determination for the best survival stow position is too hasty just by the wind load coefficients. The geometric nonlinearity has a great effect on the stability bearing capacity of the heliostat, while the effects of the material nonlinearity and initial geometrical imperfection are relatively small. And the heliostat is insensitive to the initial geometrical imperfection. In addition, the heliostat has the highest safety factor for wind-resistant performance in the stow position of 90-90 which can be taken as the best survival stow position. In this case, the extreme survival wind speeds for the static and dynamic stability are 150 m/s and 36 m/s, respectively. 展开更多

Al-Si/15%SiCp(volume fraction) composites with different silicon contents were fabricated by spray deposition technique, and typical microstructures of these composites were studied by optical microscopy(OM). Dry sliding wear tests were carried out using a block-on-ring wear machine to investigate the effect of applied load range of 10-220 N on the wear and friction behavior of these composites sliding against SAE 52100 grade bearing steel. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray microanalysis(EDAX) were utilized to examine the morphologies of the worn surfaces in order to observe the wear characteristics and investigate the wear mechanism. The results show that the wear behavior of these composites is dependent on the silicon content in the matrix alloy and the applied load. Al-Si/15%SiCp composites with higher silicon content exhibit better wear resistance in the applied load range. Under lower loads, the major wear mechanisms are oxidation wear and abrasive wear for all tested composites. Under higher loads, severe adhesive wear becomes the main wear mechanisms for Al-7Si/15%SiCp and Al-13Si/15%SiCp composites, while Al-20Si/15%SiCp presents a compound wear mechanism, consisting of oxidation, abrasive wear and adhesion wear. 展开更多

The Xialu chert, which contains abundant biological information, were investigated by major element analysis, micro-Raman, SEM and EPMA. The results show that SiO2 content of chert is 84.12%-93.08%, averaging 89.84%. The close packed structures of low degree crystallinity of quartz indicate the hydrothermal origin. SiO2 of modern hot springs exhibit loose silica pellets and nodular, beaded structures. Under polarization microscope, the presence of biological skeleton structures indicate that biological activities are involved in the hydrothermal deposition, which correspond to the geochemical characteristics: w(SiO2)/ w(K2O+Na2O), w(SiO2)/w(Al2O3) and w(SiO2)/w(MgO), with average values of 295.29, 68.88 and 284.45, respectively. SiO2 is enriched in the organism(radiolarian) centers, the degree order of SiO2 within the biologic structures is much higher than that of outside. The impurity minerals albites are formed earlier than the original deposition. Kaolinites, feldspars and mixture of organic materials display lower degree of crystallinities and accumulate as vermicular aggregates. 展开更多

The initial stage of Ni-TiO2 composite system electrodeposition on glassy carbon electrode from an acidic solution of nickel sulfate was investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry (CA) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Analysis of current density-time transients was performed using the nonlinear fitting procedure and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was simulated by Z-view software. Besides, the surface morphology of Ni-TiO2 co-deposition at the initial stage was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that, in the case of low overpotential (-790 mV vs SCE), the presence of TiO2 particles in the plating bath makes the nucleation relaxation time tm^x decreased clearly. Meanwhile, the electro-crystallization of Ni-TiO2 system follows a Scharifker-Hills (SH) progressive nucleation/growth mechanism. While in the case of higher overpotential, the presence of the TiO2 particles in solution makes the nucleation relaxation time tmax increased. At -850 mV (vs SCE), the co-deposition of Ni-TiO2 system meets SH instantaneous nucleation/growth mechanism. The results of impedance spectra show that the appearance of the characteristic inductive loops represents the nucleation/growth of nickel and the presence of TiO2 particles reduces the charge transfer resistance of solution. The SEM observation confirms that TiO2 particles can be considered as favorable sites for nickel nucleating. 展开更多
