The electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry of peak I to V sequentially represented one nonsulfated disaccharide, two monosulfated disaccharides, two disulfated disaccharides. No trisulfated disaccharide was detected. The findings revealed that the heparinase specifically eliminated undersulfated domain in heparin.展开更多
