富芳重油加氢前后催化裂化性能的研究 被引量:1

以胜利富芳重油为催化原料,对其加氢处理前后的油品性质和催化裂化性能进行了考察。结果表明:富芳重油经过加氢处理后,密度降低,饱和分含量明显升高,芳香分、胶质、沥青质、硫、氮及金属元素含量明显下降。经过加氢处理的富芳重油,催化... 以胜利富芳重油为催化原料,对其加氢处理前后的油品性质和催化裂化性能进行了考察。结果表明:富芳重油经过加氢处理后,密度降低,饱和分含量明显升高,芳香分、胶质、沥青质、硫、氮及金属元素含量明显下降。经过加氢处理的富芳重油,催化裂化转化率提高9.26个百分点,液化气、汽油及总液体收率依次提高4.53,9.28,10.12个百分点,柴油收率降低3.69个百分点,同时干气及焦炭等非目的产物的收率显著降低。相比于直接催化裂化,富芳重油经加氢处理后再进行催化裂化所得汽油产品中烯烃质量分数降低6.64个百分点,芳烃和异构烷烃质量分数分别增加3.96,2.43个百分点;柴油产品中链烃及环烷烃含量降低,多环芳烃含量升高;汽柴油产品中的硫含量大幅降低;由于氢转移反应程度加深,低碳烯烃在液化气中的比例有所降低。 展开更多

以阿曼减渣为原料,对其丙烷脱沥青工艺的溶剂组成和操作条件进行优化,对制备的30#硬质沥青的混合料性能进行考察,并采用固定床催化裂化装置对重脱沥青油的催化裂化性能进行研究。实验结果表明,丙烷脱沥青工艺的最佳条件为:混合溶剂(20%... 以阿曼减渣为原料,对其丙烷脱沥青工艺的溶剂组成和操作条件进行优化,对制备的30#硬质沥青的混合料性能进行考察,并采用固定床催化裂化装置对重脱沥青油的催化裂化性能进行研究。实验结果表明,丙烷脱沥青工艺的最佳条件为:混合溶剂(20%(w)异丁烷、80%(w)丙烷),抽提塔塔顶温度68℃,沉降塔塔顶温度81℃,溶剂体积比5.0,抽提压力4.35MPa;在此条件下,轻脱沥青油收率为25.1%,其性质满足光亮油料指标要求;脱油沥青收率为46.0%,软化点61.7℃,采用沙中减渣为调和软组分可制备出合格的AH-30硬质沥青,30#沥青混合料具有良好的车辙动稳定度和浸水残留稳定度;重脱沥青油可作为重油催化裂化原料,轻油收率(汽油+柴油)为61.70%。 展开更多

The vanadium species were contaminated on FCC catalysts by using the Mitchell method. After the hydrothermal deactivation of the FCC catalysts, the cracking reaction was performed on these catalyst samples. The test results revealed that the conversion of feedstock and the gasoline yield obtained over the FCC catalysts with vanadium trapping components were obviously higher than those without addition of vanadium trapping components. The results also showed that the dry gas and coke selectivity on the FCC catalysts containing vanadium trapping components was improved. The X-Ray diffraction results proved that the zeolite crystal structure was well protected by the vanadium trapping components during its hydrothermal deactivation step. The results of SEM-EDX mapping disclosed that the vanadium was enriched on the vanadium trapping components which verified the positive function of vanadium trapping components. 展开更多

Effects of metal oxide in ZSM-5 zeolite on its catalytic performance in fluid catalytic cracking reaction were studied via characterization by XRD and FT-IR spectroscopy using pyridine and collidine as molecular probes,and the modified ZSM-5 zeolite was evaluated in a micro reactor using standard light diesel fraction as the feedstock.Test results indicate that the metal species introduced into the ZSM-5 zeolite had led to the formation of Lewis acid centers.When the modified ZSM-5 zeolite with the metal species on its surface was used as the catalyst in FCC reaction,both the propylene yield and the propylene concentration in the liquefied petroleum gas increased,but in the meantime,more hydrogen and coke were formed at high conversion rate under the joint action of nonselective cracking of Lewis acid centers and dehydrogenation at metal centers on its outside surface. 展开更多

The mesoporous alumina shell has a wormhole-like structure with large mesopores. The prepared catalytic cracking catalyst using this composite has exhibited excellent catalytic performance for heavy oil cracking thanks to its favorable physicochemical properties, such as high surface area, large pore volume and outstanding acid sites accessibility for large molecules provided by the composite. In comparison with the reference catalyst using pure Y zeolite, the oil conversion achieved by the above-mentioned catalyst increased by 2.73 percentage points, while the heavy oil yield and coke yield decreased by 2.23 percentage points and 1.28 percentage points, respectively, with the light oil yield increasing by 2.27 percentage points. 展开更多

This article investigated the deactivation caused by hydrothermal treatment and metal contamination of two cracking catalysts containing the Y and ZRP- 1 zeolites aimed at maximization of light olefin yield.Test results had shown that the hydrothermal stability and resistance to metal contamination of the ZRP-1zeolite were apparently better than those of the Y zeolite. Hydrothermal treatment and metal contamination had not only changed the catalytic cracking performance of respective zeolites, but at the same time had also modified to a definite degree of the relative proportions of effective components in these two zeolites and affected the synergistic effects between them, resulting in a relative enhancement of secondary cracking ability of the catalyst and increased olefin selectivity in the FCC products. In the course of application of catalyst for maximization of light olefins yield appropriate adjustment of the relative proportion of two active components can help to alleviate the products distribution and selectivity changes caused by deactivationof FCC catalysts. 展开更多
