Multi-objective fuzzy decision-making model for ship form demonstration is set up according to the fuzzy pattern-recognition theory. Weight coefficients of each target of ship form scheme are determined by information entropy and individual subjective partiality. This model is used to select the optimal ship form scheme, the example shows that the model is exact and the resuh is credible. Methods: We illustrated the assistant decision-making support function of GIS with an example of the spatial decision support system for SARS controlling in Shaanxi province of China which was developed by us. Results: The spatial decision support system established by applying GIS technology fulfilled the needs of real-time collection and management and dissemination SARS information and of surveillance and analysis the epidemic situation of SARS. Conclusion: Occurrence and epidemic of diseases, implement prevention and intervention measures and collocation hygienic resources are all with the characteristic of the variation of time and space, therefore, GIS technology has become a powerful tool for identifying risk factors of diseases, providing clues of causation of diseases , evaluating the effects of intervention measures and drawing a health management plan.展开更多

Beyond that, industry integration between the Internet and other fields, such as finance, retail and advertising, is also eye-taking, as it has fostered a novel industry chain structure and business model. With an aim to realize the transformation and upgrading of conventional industry, the Chinese government has proposed ‘Internet plus' to encourage the combination of the Internet and conventional sectors. As one of the most important and complex conventional industries, the oil and gas(O&G in abbreviation) industry is also seeking the opportunity to actively cooperate with the Internet. However, after analysis of the differences between the particularities of the O&G and Internet industry from an economics perspective, a comprehensive combination of these two seems less promising, but adopting Internet related technologies to improve the performance of the O&G industry is feasible.展开更多
