Considering both the compaction effect of pile surrounding soil and the stress diffusion effect of pile end soil,this paper theoretically investigates the torsional vibration characteristics of tapered pile.Utilizing the complex stiffness transfer model to simulate compaction effect and tapered fictitious soil pile model to simulate stress diffusion,the analytical solution for the torsional impedance at tapered pile top is obtained by virtue of Laplace transform technique and impedance transfer method.Based on the present solution,a parametric study is conducted to investigate the rationality of the present solution and the influence of soil and pile properties on the torsional vibration characteristics of tapered pile embedded in layered soil.The results show that,both the compaction effect and stress diffusion effect have significant influence on the torsional vibration characteristics of tapered pile,and these two factors should be considered during the dynamic design of pile foundation. 展开更多

针对有刷直流(DC)电机的比例积分微分(PID)参数整定工作复杂耗时的问题,提出了一种基于改进型遗传算法(GA)的PID参数整定方法。首先,提出了适应度增强淘汰法则,改进了传统GA的选择过程;然后,提出了基因感染交叉方法,保证了进化过程中平... 针对有刷直流(DC)电机的比例积分微分(PID)参数整定工作复杂耗时的问题,提出了一种基于改进型遗传算法(GA)的PID参数整定方法。首先,提出了适应度增强淘汰法则,改进了传统GA的选择过程;然后,提出了基因感染交叉方法,保证了进化过程中平均适应度值的增加;最后,删除了传统GA中不必要的复制操作,提升了算法的运行速度。通过电机传递函数进行建模和仿真分析。实验结果表明,与常规整定方法相比,所提改进型GA能够显著提升PID参数整定效果,且改进型GA相较于传统GA,达到同样进化效果所需的进化代数减少了79%,算法运行速度提升了4.1%。所提出的改进型GA从选择和交叉两个关键操作步骤对GA进行了改进,并应用于PID参数整定使得上升时间更少、稳定时间更短、过冲更小。 展开更多

A heat transfer model of furnace roller cooling process was established based on analysis of furnace roller's structure. The complicated model was solved with iteration planning algorithm based on Newton search. The model is proved logical and credible by comparing calculated results and measured data. Then, the relationship between water flow velocity, inlet water temperature, furnace temperature and roller cross section temperature, outlet water temperature, water temperature rise, cooling water heat absorption was studied. The conclusions and recommendations are mainly as follows: l) Cooling water temperature rise decreases with the increase of water flow velocity, but it has small relationship with inlet water temperature; 2) In order to get little water scale, inlet water temperature should be controlled below 30 ℃. 3) The cooling water flow velocity should be greater than critical velocity. The critical velocity is 0.07 m/s and water flow velocity should be controlled within 0.4-0.8 m/s. Within this velocity range, water cooling efficiency is high and water temperature rise is little. If cooling water velocity increases again, heat loss will increase, leading to energy wasting. 展开更多

Multi-dimensional heat transfers modeling is crucial for building simulations of insulated buildings,which are widely used and have multi-dimensional heat transfers characteristics.For this work,state-model-reduction techniques were used to develop a reduced low-order model of multi-dimensional heat transfers.With hot box experiment of hollow block wall,heat flow relative errors between experiment and low-order model predication were less than 8% and the largest errors were less than 3%.Also,frequency responses of five typical walls,each with different thermal masses or insulation modes,the low-order model and the complete model showed that the low-order model results agree very well in the lower excitation frequency band with deviations appearing only at high frequency.Furthermore,low-order model was used on intersection thermal bridge of a floor slab and exterior wall.Results show that errors between the two models are very small.This low-order model could be coupled with most existing simulation software for different thermal mass envelope analyses to make up for differences between the multi-dimensional and one-dimensional models,simultaneously simplifying simulation calculations. 展开更多

A mathematical model was developed to predict the maximum heat transfer capacity of high temperature heat pipe with triangular grooved wick. The effects of the inclination angle and geometry structure were considered in the proposed model.Maximum heat transfer capacity was also investigated experimentally. The model was validated by comparing with the experimental results. The maximum heat transfer capacity increases with the vapor core radius increasing. Compared with the inclination angle of0°, the maximum heat transfer capacity increases at the larger inclination angle, and the change with temperature is larger. The performance of heat pipe with triangular grooved wick is greatly influenced by gravity, so it is not recommended to be applied to the dish solar heat pipe receiver. 展开更多
