用户及其注意力是网络经济发展的稀缺资源,除创造收入外,不但具有产生协同和扩展其他业务的潜力,还可以视为看涨期权向市场释放积极的价值信号。基于前述考虑,提出更有解释力的用户资源价值评估模型:数量方面提高平台用户规模测度方法...用户及其注意力是网络经济发展的稀缺资源,除创造收入外,不但具有产生协同和扩展其他业务的潜力,还可以视为看涨期权向市场释放积极的价值信号。基于前述考虑,提出更有解释力的用户资源价值评估模型:数量方面提高平台用户规模测度方法的科学性,价格方面则通过市场法克服了平台盈利难预测和客户收入难估计等问题。为与文献方法对比,以发表在Journal of Marketing Research上的4家互联网企业测试样本为基础,选取了35家互联网平台检验用户资源定价模型的估值效果,结果表明:相对于应用方面受很大限制的市场法和低估现象较严重的DCF法而言,用户资源价值评估方法具有更低的预测误差和更好的适用性。展开更多
