《产品设计》这门课作为工业设计专业的主要课程,有着举足轻重的作用,是工业设计专业学生的必修课程。该课程主要讲述的是产品的外观设计,即产品的形象设计。产品的形象作为一种媒介,不仅影响消费者对产品的选择与购买,而且在产品的使... 《产品设计》这门课作为工业设计专业的主要课程,有着举足轻重的作用,是工业设计专业学生的必修课程。该课程主要讲述的是产品的外观设计,即产品的形象设计。产品的形象作为一种媒介,不仅影响消费者对产品的选择与购买,而且在产品的使用过程中也与消费者密不可分,尤其是具有个性化外观设计的产品,可能直接影响消费者的购买喜好。所以对工业设计专业学生而言,只有将好的设计思路及方法运用到产品外观设计之中,才能成为一个好的设计师,设计出更受欢迎的产品。本文通过对《产品设计》课程现有的教学模式进行讨论分析,提出一种新的教学引导模式,提高工业设计专业学生的设计创造思维,为产品的设计提供审美模式。 展开更多

Feature based design has been regarded as a promising approach for CAD/CAM integration.This paper aims to establish a domain independent representation formalism for feature based design in three aspects: formal representation,design process model and design algorithm.The implementing scheme and formal description of feature taxonomy,feature operator,feature model validation and feature transformation are given in the paper.The feature based design process model suited for either sequencial or concurrent engineering is proposed and its application to product structural design and process plan design is presented. Some general design algorithms for developing feature based design system are also addressed.The proposed scheme provides a formal methodology elementary for feature based design system development and operation in a structural way. 展开更多

Based on the theory of multiple attribute decision making, an algorithm of comprehensive and comparative evaluation for product environmental adaptability is presented. A program is built and used in an example of design improvement. The result shows that the proposed method and algorithm are practical and effective to the development of green products. 展开更多

So it is significant to study optimal utilization of material resources of manufacturing system from the perspective of product design. This paper firstly defines concept of product design, then after an analysis of design objectives the author proposes a target system of product design with three subsystems: structural system, functional system, and technical system. Finally, a product design system on Architectural Metal Structure Enterprises is developed and used in light of the great consumption of material resources in Metal Structure Enterprises. Therefore,in terms of a concept of product generation and product interaction we are in a weak position compared with the requirements of global markets. Today,the idea of serial product design has attracted much attention in the design field and the definition of product generation as well as its parameters has already become the standard in serial product designs. Although the design of a large-scale NC machine tool is complicated,it can be further optimized by the precise exercise of object design by placing the concept of platform establishment firmly into serial product de-sign. In this paper, in order to implement the share and exchange of the ship product data, a new kind of global function model is established. By researching on the development and trend of the application of ship STEP (standard for the exchange of product model data) standards, the AIM (application interpreted model) of AP216 is developed and improved as an example, aiming at the characteristics and practical engineering of ship industry in our country. The data exchange interfaces are formed based on STEP in the CAD/CAM for the ship by all function modules and shared databases under the global function model. The share and exchange of all information and data are solved in the design, manufacture and all life-cycle of ship products among different computer application systems.
