The molecular weight of carbon dots calculated from colligative properties and their application in estimating surface adsorption capacity

Since the discovery of carbon dots(CDs)in 2004,the unique photoluminescence phenomenon of CDs has attracted widespread attention.However,the molecular weight of CDs has not been adequately quantified at present,due to CDs are atomically imprecise and their molecular weight distribution is broad.In this paper,a series of Pluronic-modified CDs were prepared and the structure of the CDs was briefly analyzed.Subsequently,a molecular weight measurement method based on colligative properties was developed,and the correction coefficient in the algorithm was briefly analyzed.The calculated molecular weight was applied to the determination of surface adsorption capacity.This work provided a method for averaging the molecular weight of atomically imprecise particulate materials,which is expected to provide new opportunities in related fields. 展开更多

This paper presents a concept of the 3-state device system with link-capacity, whichcan, besides its normal operative state, assume two different failure states: an open-mode and ashorted-mode failure state. The 3-state system reliability analysis often uses flow required andprobability of the device to compute the probability of the system with link-capacity. We use themethod of max-flow and min-cut theorem, give four theorems to reduce 3-state device network withlink-capacity reliability problems to 2-state problems. Achieving sustainable patterns of consumption and production is perhaps the biggest challenge facing our society today. The de-mand for more safe environmentally benign products is rising and many companies are looking for new ways to progressively improve the sus-tainability of their products. Moreover, there are numerous opportunities and countless innovations, technological as well as non-technologi-cal,that need to be exploited to improve the sustainability of products. Manufacturing industry is an important sector of any economy and hasthe potential to become a driving force for enabling sustainable patterns of production and consumption through introducing efficient productionpractices and developing products and services that help reduce environmental impacts. The benefits of adopting an integrated policy towardsproduct development based on life cycle thinking and eco-design to stimulate improvement of the environmental performance of each part ofproduct life cycle phases and achieve sustainable patterns of production and consumption are emphasized. The challenges in implementingsustainable manufacturing and the circular economy approaches are listed. A number of solutions are suggested to face up these challenges,for instance, increased awareness of enterprises particularly SME's of product life cycle issues and the opportunities that are available for costsavings and profit making from eco-innovation in product development for both the domestic and export markets and providing practical helpand advice directly to enterprises on integrated product development to promote enterprise led Eco-innovation. Aiming at contributing to sus-tainable manufacturing in China, Sino-UK Low Carbon Manufacturing Consortium, a multi-disciplinary research and educational partnershipbetween academia, industry and government agencies in the UK and China with interest in sustainable manufacturing issues, has been formedrecently.The vision, aims and benefits of membership of the consortium are also discussed. 展开更多

Effects of caprock sealing capacities on coalbed methane preservation:Experimental investigation and case study 被引量:3

Caprocks play an important role in the trapping of coalbed methane(CBM)reservoirs.To study the sealing capacities of caprocks,five samples with different lithologies of Neogene clayrock,Paleogene redbeds,Permian sandstone,Permian mudstone and Permian siltstone were collected and tested using experimental methods of microstructure observation,pore structure measurement and diffusion properties determination.Results indicate that with denser structures,lower porosities,much more developed micropores/transition pores and higher pore/throat ratios,mudstone and siltstone have the more ideal sealing capacities for CBM preservation when comparing to other kinds of caprocks;the methane diffusion coefficients of mudstone/siltstone are about 6 times higher than sandstone and almost 90 times higher than clayrock/redbeds.To further estimate the CBM escape through caprocks,a one-dimensional CBM diffusion model is derived.Modeling calculation result demonstrates that under the same thickness,the CBM sealing abilities of mudstone/siltstone are almost 100 times higher than those of clayrock/redbeds,and nearly 17 times higher than sandstone,which indicates that the coal seam below caprocks like clayrock,redbeds or sandstone may suffer stronger CBM diffusion effect than that below mudstone or siltstone.Such conclusion is verified by the case study from III3 District,Xutuan Colliery,where the coal seam capped by Paleogene redbeds has a much lower CBM content than that capped by the Permian strata like mudstone,siltstone and sandstone. 展开更多

To study the influence of B4C particle size on the microstructure and damping capacities of(B_(4)C+Ti)/Mg composites,in situ reactive infiltration technique was utilized to prepare Mg-matrix composites.The microstructure,produced phases and damping capacities of the composites prepared with different particle size of B4C were characterized and analyzed.The results show that the reaction between B4C and Ti tends to be more complete when finer B_(4)C particle was used to prepare the composites.But the microstructure of the as-prepared composites is more homogenous when B4C and Ti have similar particle size.The strain-dependent damping capacities of(B_(4)C+Ti)/Mg composites improve gradually with the increase of strain amplitude,and composites prepared with coarser B4C particles tend to have higher damping capacities.The temperature-dependent damping capacities improve with increasing the measuring temperatures,and the kind of damping capacities of the composites prepared with 5mm B4C are inferior to those of coarser particles.The dominant damping mechanism for the strain-damping capacity is dislocation damping and plastic zone damping,while that for the temperature-damping capacity is interface damping or grain boundary damping. 展开更多

In uncovering the mechanisms of teaching critical thinking in China,scholars tend to ignore the re-quirement of rational thinking in teaching. Based on the discussion of rational presuppositions of critical thinking in Western cultures, this article argues that, while Western critical thinking presets a kind of rationality which is biased to-wards descriptive logic rather than prescriptive logic, the virtue - centered traditional Chinese culture cultivates a gener-al habit of using methods of prescriptive logic. Descriptive logic accounts for “how to get” true judgments while pre- scriprive logic aims at explaining “why a true judgment is true”. Critical thinking education in China should pay more attention to the role descriptive logic plays. The fact that the new - media infomiarion disseminarion is deepening in- tercultiiral communication makes it necessary to implement critical thinking education in China,but the implementa-tion should be focused on cultivating the students* ability to organize discourse in a logical way. 展开更多

With the rapid development of low-orbit satellite com-munication networks both domestically and internationally,space-terrestrial integrated networks will become the future development trend.For space and terrestrial networks with limi-ted resources,the utilization efficiency of the entire space-terres-trial integrated networks resources can be affected by the core network indirectly.In order to improve the response efficiency of core networks expansion construction,early warning of the core network elements capacity is necessary.Based on the inte-grated architecture of space and terrestrial network,multidimen-sional factors are considered in this paper,including the number of terminals,login users,and the rules of users’migration during holidays.Using artifical intelligence(AI)technologies,the regis-tered users of the access and mobility management function(AMF),authorization users of the unified data management(UDM),protocol data unit(PDU)sessions of session manage-ment function(SMF)are predicted in combination with the num-ber of login users,the number of terminals.Therefore,the core network elements capacity can be predicted in advance.The proposed method is proven to be effective based on the data from real network. 展开更多

Capacity allocation strategy against cascading failure of complex network

Cascading failures in infrastructure networks have serious impacts on network function.The limited capacity of net-work nodes provides a necessary condition for cascade failure.However,the network capacity cannot be infinite in the real net-work system.Therefore,how to reasonably allocate the limited capacity resources is of great significance.In this article,we put forward a capacity allocation strategy based on community structure against cascading failure.Experimental results indi-cate that the proposed method can reduce the scale of cascade failures with higher capacity utilization compared with Motter-Lai(ML)model.The advantage of our method is more obvious in scale-free network.Furthermore,the experiment shows that the cascade effect is more obvious when the vertex load is ran-domly varying.It is known to all that the growth of network capacity can make the network more resistant to destruction,but in this paper it is found that the contribution rate of unit capacity rises first and then decreases with the growth of net-work capacity cost. 展开更多

背景全科医学的临床思维基于全科医学专业的自身特点,有其独特性,要求全科医师具备“以患者为中心”的临床诊断和治疗技能。为了更好地反映出全科临床住院医师的临床思维能力,需要建立一套完善的、可以反映出其全方面能力的有效评价标准... 背景全科医学的临床思维基于全科医学专业的自身特点,有其独特性,要求全科医师具备“以患者为中心”的临床诊断和治疗技能。为了更好地反映出全科临床住院医师的临床思维能力,需要建立一套完善的、可以反映出其全方面能力的有效评价标准,目前尚无适用于衡量全科住院医师临床思维能力的评价体系。目的通过德尔菲法(Delphi法)构建全科住院医师以岗位胜任力为导向的临床思维能力评价体系。方法2021年12月—2022年2月,本课题组基于文献研究初步构建了全科住院医师临床思维能力指标体系框架,运用Delphi法,与12位专家进行了两轮深入沟通,就指标的重要性给出客观评估,筛选出合适的指标,并运用层次分析法确定每个指标的权重。结果通过两轮专家咨询,本课题组建立了一个综合性的评估体系,其中包括5个一级指标(临床知识学习和扩展、资料收集和利用、诊断分析和利用、治疗决策能力、沟通和合作能力)以及30个二级指标。两轮咨询问卷有效回收率达到100.0%,专家权威系数为0.85,一级和二级指标的专家协调系数分别达到了0.299和0.189(P<0.01),一级指标的权重分别为0.198、0.198、0.227、0.227、0.150。结论本研究使用Delphi法建立一个全面评价住院医师临床思维能力的评估体系。经过对结果数据分析可知该评估体系具有较高的权威性和科学性,为今后培养高质量全科住院医师,提升全科医学教学质量提供了参考。 展开更多

针对喀斯特地区输电线路工程中普遍存在的上覆4~7 m厚土、下卧硬岩的特殊地基条件,提出一种新型短桩斜锚复合基础。为了探究该复合基础的抗拔承载特性,完善其抗拔承载力的计算方法,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立了基于现场典型试验的抗拔承... 针对喀斯特地区输电线路工程中普遍存在的上覆4~7 m厚土、下卧硬岩的特殊地基条件,提出一种新型短桩斜锚复合基础。为了探究该复合基础的抗拔承载特性,完善其抗拔承载力的计算方法,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立了基于现场典型试验的抗拔承载模型,确定了复合基础的最优锚杆倾角和抗拔承载机制。在此基础上,研究了短桩直径、嵌岩深度、锚长及锚数等构造参数对基础的抗拔承载力和发挥系数的影响。结果表明:抗拔承载力随锚杆倾角的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,并在锚杆倾角为15°时达到峰值,较0°时承载力增加了46.5%;增大基础构造参数可有效提高基础的抗拔承载力,其中锚数对基础抗拔承载力的影响最大,嵌岩深度、锚长和桩径对基础抗拔承载力的影响依次减小,锚数由4根增至8根,承载力平均增长率达28.9%;在发挥系数方面,嵌岩深度对斜锚承载力发挥系数k 2的影响最为显著,可将其提升至0.85;结合基础的抗拔承载机制和上拔荷载与锚杆倾角的关系,提出考虑锚杆倾角的抗拔承载力理论计算方法,通过与数值结果进行对比,验证了方法的有效性,可为短桩斜锚复合基础的工程应用提供理论参考。 展开更多
