With the increase of international trade activities and the gradual melting of the polar ice cap,the importance of the Arctic route for marine transportation has been emphasized.Prediction of the polar navigation wind...With the increase of international trade activities and the gradual melting of the polar ice cap,the importance of the Arctic route for marine transportation has been emphasized.Prediction of the polar navigation window period is crucial for navigating in the Arctic route,which is of great significance to the selection of the route and the optimization of navigation.This paper introduces the establishment of a risk index system,determination of risk index weight,establishment of a risk evaluation model,and prediction algorithm for the window period.In addition,data sources of both environmental factors and ship factors are introducted,and their shortcomings are analyzed,followed by introduction of various methods involved in window prediction and analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.The quantitative risk evaluation and window period algorithm can provide a reference for the research of polar navigation window period prediction.展开更多
Developing supercapacitors(SCs)with long cycling life and wide operative voltage window is a significant topic in the field of aqueous electrolytes.Although the design of water in salt(WIS)electrolytes has pushed the ...Developing supercapacitors(SCs)with long cycling life and wide operative voltage window is a significant topic in the field of aqueous electrolytes.Although the design of water in salt(WIS)electrolytes has pushed the development of aqueous electrolytes to a new height,the WIS electrolytes with an operative voltage window of up to 2.5 V is still very scarce.Herein,in order to enrich the type of aqueous electrolyte with high operative voltage,tetramethylammonium trifluoromethanesulfonate(TMAOTf)based WIS electrolyte was used as a model to construct WIS based hybrid electrolyte with acetonitrile(ACN)co-solvent and LiTFSI co-solute.In view of the coordination effect of ACN and Lit on free water in TMAOTf based WIS electrolyte,the TMAt-Lit-AWIS electrolyte has the electrochemical stabilization window of up to 3.35 V.Further coupled with the commercial YP-50F electrodes,TMAt-Lit-AWIS based SCs exhibited wide operative voltage window(2.5 V),long cycling life(45,000 cycles)and good low-temperature performance(99.99%capacitance retention after 2000 cycles at20℃).The design of this hybrid electrolyte will enrich the types of aqueous hybrid electrolytes with long cycling life and wide operative voltage window.展开更多

The goal of this paper is to find an excellent adaptive window function for extracting the weak vibration signal and high frequency vibration signal under strong noise.The relationship between windowing transform andf...The goal of this paper is to find an excellent adaptive window function for extracting the weak vibration signal and high frequency vibration signal under strong noise.The relationship between windowing transform andfiltering is analyzed first in the paper.The advantage of adjustable time-frequency window of wavelet transform is introduced.Secondly the relationship between harmonic wavelet and multiple analytic band-pass filter is analyzed.The coherence of the multiple analytic band-pass filter and harmonic wavelet base function is discussed,and the characteristic that multiple analytic band-pass filter included in the harmonic wavelet transform is founded.Thirdly,by extending the harmonic wavelet transform,the concept of the adaptive harmonic window and its theoretical equation without decomposition are put forward in this paper.Then comparing with the Hanning window,the good performance of restraining side-lobe leakage possessed by adaptive harmonic window is shown,and the adaptive characteristics of window width changing and analytical center moving of the adaptive harmonic window are presented.Finally,the proposed adaptive harmonic window is applied to weak signal extraction and high frequency orbit extraction of high speed rotor under strong noise,and the satisfactory results are achieved.The application results show that the adaptive harmonic window function can be successfully applied to the actual engineering signal processing.展开更多
The chemical components of the essential oils in the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were analyzed and compared by chromatograms and mass spectra technique, heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP), a...The chemical components of the essential oils in the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were analyzed and compared by chromatograms and mass spectra technique, heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP), alternative moving window factor analysis (AMWFA) algorithms and normalization method based on the peak areas; the flavones in the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were separated on an ODS column by gradient elution carried out with the flow phase consisting of water, methanol and phosphoric acid (0.1%), and their contents were quantitatively determined by standard curve method and diode array detection (DAD) at 362 nm. The results show that 68 and 73 compounds respectively from essential oils of the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver are identified, and there are 33 mutual compounds among 108 compounds determined. The total contents of these volatile components of the two samples possess 92.9% and 97.75% of the gross of the relevant essential oils, respectively; the contents of the rutin, quercetin and kaempferol in the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver are 0.016 9, 0.003 6, 0.002 1 and 0.064 4, 0.030 2, 0.010 0 mg/g, respectively, and the determination recoveries are 95.2%-106.2%. The comparative analysis shows that for the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, there are significant differences in their components of the relevant essential oils and flavones.展开更多
An explicit congestion notification (ECN)-based distributed transport protocol,ARROW-WTCP (AcceleRate tRansmission towards Optimal Window size TCP for Wireless network),was proposed.The ARROW-WTCP enables feasible dep...An explicit congestion notification (ECN)-based distributed transport protocol,ARROW-WTCP (AcceleRate tRansmission towards Optimal Window size TCP for Wireless network),was proposed.The ARROW-WTCP enables feasible deployment of ARROW-TCP from wired to wireless networks by providing a joint design of source and router algorithms.The protocol obtains the actual capacity of the wireless channel by calculating the queue variation in base station (BS) and adjusts the congestion window by using the feedback from its bottleneck link.The simulation results show that the ARROW-WTCP achieves strong stability,max-min fairness in dynamic networks,fast convergence to efficiency without introducing much excess traffic,and almost full link utilization in the steady state.It outperforms the XCP-B (eXplicit Control Protocol Blind),the wireless version of XCP,in terms of stability,fairness,convergence and utilization in wireless networks.展开更多
An innovative approach for the identification of cracks from the dynamic responses of girder bridges was proposed.One of the key steps of the approach was to transform the dynamical responses into the equivalent stati...An innovative approach for the identification of cracks from the dynamic responses of girder bridges was proposed.One of the key steps of the approach was to transform the dynamical responses into the equivalent static quantities by integrating the excitation and response signals over time.A sliding-window least-squares curve fitting technique was then utilized to fit a cubic curve for a short segment of the girder.The moment coefficient of the cubic curve can be used to detect the locations of multiple cracks along a girder bridge.To validate the proposed method,prismatic girder bridges with multiple cracks of various depths were analyzed.Sensitivity analysis was conducted on various effects of crack depth,moving window width,noise level,bridge discretization,and load condition.Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately detect cracks in a simply-supported or continuous girder bridges,the five-point equally weighted algorithm is recommended for practical applications,the spacing of two discernable cracks is equal to the window length,and the identified results are insensitive to noise due to integration of the initial data.展开更多
