The Majorana zero modes in vortex cores are of extensive interest in the context of topological quantum computing.However,a zero-energy bound state may arise accidentally but is not necessarily a Majorana zero mode.Su...The Majorana zero modes in vortex cores are of extensive interest in the context of topological quantum computing.However,a zero-energy bound state may arise accidentally but is not necessarily a Majorana zero mode.Such accidental zero modes should be carefully ruled out in experiment in order to identify the genuine Majorana zero modes.We show that in a spin-orbital coupled multi-band superconductor,such as the iron-selenide superconductor,accidental zero modes indeed arise in the vortex core if the pairing symmetry is the so-called nodeless d-wave(defined in the absence of spin-orbital coupling).Instead,if the pairing sym-metry is s_(++)or s_(+−)with respect to the Fermi pockets split by the spin-orbital coupling,the accidental zero modes do not appear in the limit of weak spin-orbital coupling.Our results are not only important in the experimental identification of Majorana zero modes,but also provide an avenue to pinpoint the pairing symmetry of the iron-selenide superconductor.展开更多
When the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)system is running,there will be a condition that does not require power output for a short time.In order to achieve zero power output under low power consumption,it is...When the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)system is running,there will be a condition that does not require power output for a short time.In order to achieve zero power output under low power consumption,it is necessary to consider the diversity of control targets and the complexity of dynamic models,which brings the challenge of high-precision tracking control of the stack output power and cathode intake flow.For system idle speed control,a modelbased nonlinear control framework is constructed in this paper.Firstly,the nonlinear dynamic model of output power and cathode intake flow is derived.Secondly,a control scheme combining nonlinear extended Kalman filter observer and state feedback controller is designed.Finally,the control scheme is verified on the PEMFC experimental platform and compared with the proportion-integration-differentiation(PID)controller.The experimental results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can realize the idle speed control of the fuel cell system and achieve the purpose of zero power output.Compared with PID controller,it has faster response speed and better system dynamics.展开更多
With the rapid development of cloud manufacturing technology and the new generation of artificial intelligence technology,the new cloud manufacturing system(NCMS)built on the connotation of cloud manufacturing 3.0 pre...With the rapid development of cloud manufacturing technology and the new generation of artificial intelligence technology,the new cloud manufacturing system(NCMS)built on the connotation of cloud manufacturing 3.0 presents a new business model of“Internet of everything,intelligent leading,data driving,shared services,cross-border integration,and universal innovation”.The network boundaries are becoming increasingly blurred,NCMS is facing security risks such as equipment unauthorized use,account theft,static and extensive access control policies,unauthorized access,supply chain attacks,sensitive data leaks,and industrial control vulnerability attacks.Traditional security architectures mainly use information security technology,which cannot meet the active security protection requirements of NCMS.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes an integrated cloud-edge-terminal security system architecture of NCMS.It adopts the zero trust concept and effectively integrates multiple security capabilities such as network,equipment,cloud computing environment,application,identity,and data.It adopts a new access control mode of“continuous verification+dynamic authorization”,classified access control mechanisms such as attribute-based access control,rolebased access control,policy-based access control,and a new data security protection system based on blockchain,achieving“trustworthy subject identity,controllable access behavior,and effective protection of subject and object resources”.This architecture provides an active security protection method for NCMS in the digital transformation of large enterprises,and can effectively enhance network security protection capabilities and cope with increasingly severe network security situations.展开更多

The robust design...To improve the robustness of high-precision servo systems, quantitative feedback theory (QFT) which aims to achieve a desired robust design over a specified region of plant uncertainty is proposed. The robust design problem can be solved using QFT but it fails to guarantee a high precision tracking. This problem is solved by a robust digital QFT control scheme based on zero phase error (ZPE) feed forward compensation. This scheme consists of two parts: a QFT controller in the closed-loop system and a ZPE feed-forward compensator. Digital QFT controller is designed to overcome the uncertainties in the system. Digital ZPE feed forward controller is used to improve the tracking precision. Simulation and real-time examples for flight simulator servo system indicate that this control scheme can guarantee both high robust performance and high position tracking precision.展开更多

Experiments were conducted to investigate the behavior of the sequential system of intensified zero-valent iron process(IZVI) and anaerobic filter and biological aerated filter(AF/BAF) reactors for advanced treatment ...Experiments were conducted to investigate the behavior of the sequential system of intensified zero-valent iron process(IZVI) and anaerobic filter and biological aerated filter(AF/BAF) reactors for advanced treatment of biologically pretreated coking wastewater. Particular attention was paid to the performance of the integrated system for the removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD), ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) and total nitrogen(TN). The average removal efficiencies of COD, NH3-N and TN were 76.28%, 96.76% and 59.97%, with the average effluent mass concentrations of 56, 0.53 and 18.83 mg/L, respectively, reaching the first grade of the national discharge standard. Moreover, the results of gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC/MS) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC) analysis demonstrated that the refractory organic compounds with high relative molecular mass were partly removed in IZVI process by the function of oxidation-reduction, flocculation and adsorption which could also enhance the biodegradability of the system effluent. The removal efficiencies of NH3-N and TN were achieved mainly in the subsequent AF/BAF reactors by nitrification and denitrification. Overall, the results obtained show that the application of IZVI in combination with AF/BAF is a promising technology for advanced treatment of biologically pretreated coking wastewater.展开更多
The research goal is to develop a new solar water heater system(SWHS) that uses a solar bubble pump instead of an electric pump.The pump is powered by the steam produced from an evacuated tube collector.Therefore,heat...The research goal is to develop a new solar water heater system(SWHS) that uses a solar bubble pump instead of an electric pump.The pump is powered by the steam produced from an evacuated tube collector.Therefore,heat could be transferred downward from the collector to a hot water storage tank.The designed system consists of two sets of heat-pipe evacuated tube collectors,a solar bubble pump installed at an upper level and a water storage tank with a heat exchanger at a lower level.Discharge heads of 1 and 5 m were tested.The bubble pump could operate at the collector temperature of about 90-100 ℃ and vapor gage pressure of 80-90 kPa.It is found that water circulation within the SWHS depends on the incident solar intensity and system discharge head.Experimental investigations are conducted to obtain the system thermal efficiencies from the hourly,daily and long-term performance tests.The thermal performance of the proposed system is compared with conventional solar water heaters.The results show that the proposed system achieves system characteristic efficiency of 10% higher than that of the conventional systems using electric pump if taking the consumption of electric power into account.And the former is a zero carbon system.展开更多
Foot-mounted pedestrian navigation system(PNS)is a common solution to pedestrian navigation using micro-electro mechanical system(MEMS)inertial sensors.The inherent problems of inertial navigation system(INS)by the tr...Foot-mounted pedestrian navigation system(PNS)is a common solution to pedestrian navigation using micro-electro mechanical system(MEMS)inertial sensors.The inherent problems of inertial navigation system(INS)by the traditional algorithm,such as the accumulated errors and the lack of observation of heading and altitude information,have become obstacles to the application and development of the PNS.In this paper,we introduce a heuristic heading constraint method.First of all,according to the movement characteristics of human gait,we use the generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT)detector and introduce a time threshold to classify the human gait,so that we can effectively identify the stationary state of the foot.In addition,based on zero velocity update(ZUPT)and zero angular rate update(ZARU),the cumulative error of the inertial measurement unit(IMU)is limited and corrected,and then a heuristic heading estimation is used to constrain and correct the heading of the pedestrian.After simulation and experiments with low-cost IMU,the method is proved to reduce the localization error of end-point to less than 1%of the total distance,and it has great value in application.展开更多
