According to the virtual prototyping technology and the theory of dynamics of multi-rigid-body system, a virtual prototyping of ocean mining vehicle was constructed by using 3-dimensional entity modeling software ((Pro/E),) automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS) and advanced visual software(AVS). After 32 new modules were developed with C++ at AVS platform, the interface problems of the 3 types of software were solved effectively and a visual environment for ocean mining subsystem was constructed. Based on the similarity (theory) and similarity experiments, the validity and reliability of the virtual prototyping were verified. By using the (constructed) virtual prototyping, the relevant parameters, such as cutting depth, rotation speed of roller,marching speed of mining vehicle can be adjusted one by one. After repeatable virtual tests and analysis its corresponding dynamic characteristics, the structure parameter of mining vehicle and the parameter of mining process can be optimized fast and accurately. The experiment and simulation results show that, under the controlled mining parameters, 4 function expressions between the average force of single pick,average torque,average cutting power,energy consumption ratio and cutting depth are obtained. The maximum force of a single pick is less than (11090N) and the maximum torque of the roller is less than 3600N·m. 展开更多

Companies are not limited to physical locatio ns for providing products and services. Networked information systems are allowi ng companies to coordinate their geographically distributed capabilities as virt ual organizations. In order for organizations to succeed, they must be able to r espond with agility in a geographically dispersed environment. The core for a vi rtual organization to increase the utilization rate of resources to the maxi mum and to make full use of the transient market opportunities lies in how to br ing the potential of information technology into play. Based on the philosophy o f agile manufacturing, this paper analyses the basic concepts and connotation of Virtual Organization Information systems(VOIS). VOIS is an information system composed of some independent information subsystems that are autonomous, collab orative and belong to umpty organizations respectively. VOIS support the operati on of virtual organization, and automate the information flow across organizatio nal boundaries. Such systems have capabilities as rapid construction, quick oper ation, and agile reengineering and swift adaptability. Differences between VOIS and traditional enterprise information systems are analyzed. On the basis of ana lyzing the structure of VOIS, an abstract hierarchical structure of VOIS is prop osed using object-oriented method. The problem of track control is studied for a class of strict-feedback stochastic nonlinear systems in which unknown virtual control gain function is the main feature. First, the so-called stochastic LaSalle theory is extended to some extent, and accordingly, the results of global ultimate boundedness for stochastic nonlinear systems are developed. Next, a new design scheme of fuzzy adaptive control is proposed. The advantage of it is that it does not require priori knowledge of virtual control gain function sign, which is usually demanded in many designs. At the same time, the track performance of closed-loop systems is improved by adaptive modifying the estimated error upper bound. By theoretical analysis, the signals of closed-loop systems are globally ultimately bounded in probability and the track error converges to a small residual set around the origin in 4th-power expectation. 展开更多

This paper presents a method of multicopter intercep-tion control based on visual servo and virtual tube in a cluttered environment.The proposed hybrid heuristic function improves the efficiency of the A*algorithm.The revised objective function makes the virtual tube generating curve not only smooth but also close to the path points generated by the A*algorithm.In six dif-ferent simulation scenarios,the efficiency of the modified A*algorithm is 6.2%higher than that of the traditional A*algorithm.The efficiency of path planning and virtual tube planning is veri-fied by simulations.The effectiveness of interception control is verified by a software-in-loop(SIL)simulation. 展开更多

How multi-unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)carrying a payload pass an obstacle-dense environment is practically important.Up to now,there have been few results on safe motion planning for the multi-UAVs cooperative transportation system(CTS)to pass through such an environment.The prob-lem is challenging because it is difficult to analyze and explicitly take into account the swing motion of the payload in planning.In this paper,a modeling method of virtual tube is proposed by fus-ing the advantages of the existing modeling algorithm for regu-lar virtual tube and the expansion environment method.The pro-posed method can not only generate a safe and smooth tube for UAVs,but also ensure the payload stays away from the dense obstacles.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method and the safety of the planned tube. 展开更多

由于泥浆泵曲轴受到复杂的交变应力,导致曲轴曲柄销过渡圆角处因受到过大应力而疲劳失效。采用LMS Virtual.Lab和AMESim分别建立了泥浆泵动力端系统和液力端系统模型,并将2个子模型集成一体化模型,最终实现机械、液力系统的联合仿真对... 由于泥浆泵曲轴受到复杂的交变应力,导致曲轴曲柄销过渡圆角处因受到过大应力而疲劳失效。采用LMS Virtual.Lab和AMESim分别建立了泥浆泵动力端系统和液力端系统模型,并将2个子模型集成一体化模型,最终实现机械、液力系统的联合仿真对泥浆泵曲轴应力进行分析,得到曲轴运行时的应力分布。为了降低曲柄梢过渡圆角处的应力,设计优化阶梯形圆角来代替泥浆泵曲轴曲柄销圆角。再基于响应面法建立以曲柄梢圆角应力最小为优化目标的模型,通过优化前后的应力对比可得:当设计因子为R_1=4 mm,R_2=3.2 mm,H=122 mm时,优化后的应力较优化前降低了20.29%,优化模型可为泥浆泵曲轴的设计提供参考。 展开更多

特高压直流输变电工程以其输送距离长、送电容量大、传输稳定性优良、可以灵活控制等各种优势在电力传输领域具有广阔的应用前景。其中,调相机作为直流输变电工程的重要组成部分,可以改善电网功率因数,维持电网电压水平。目前,调相机本... 特高压直流输变电工程以其输送距离长、送电容量大、传输稳定性优良、可以灵活控制等各种优势在电力传输领域具有广阔的应用前景。其中,调相机作为直流输变电工程的重要组成部分,可以改善电网功率因数,维持电网电压水平。目前,调相机本体的噪声问题影响着电网工人、周边居民的身心健康,对周边声环境造成污染,已经成为直流电网建设快速发展的重要挑战。因此研究调相机机房内外声场的分布对于噪声控制意义重大。根据声场有限元方法,在LMS Virtual.Lab中建立调相机机房声场仿真模型,并计算得到换流站调相机机房声场分布。之后通过与实测数据进行对比,验证仿真方法的准确性,并对模型进行优化改良,研究成果可以对调相机机房的后续降噪措施提供相应理论模型基础。 展开更多

利用Virtual Quake地震模拟器研究鲜水河断裂带地震活动性与地震复发周期

2022年9月5日四川泸定6.8级地震发生在鲜水河断裂带磨西断裂上。本文依据鲜水河断裂带的断层几何形态、断层面物理力学参数、断层滑移速率等基础资料,构建断裂带三维模型,基于Virtual Quake地震模拟器开展鲜水河断裂带准静态数值模拟。... 2022年9月5日四川泸定6.8级地震发生在鲜水河断裂带磨西断裂上。本文依据鲜水河断裂带的断层几何形态、断层面物理力学参数、断层滑移速率等基础资料,构建断裂带三维模型,基于Virtual Quake地震模拟器开展鲜水河断裂带准静态数值模拟。对七条分支断裂独立模拟的结果显示模拟结果与历史地震的最大震级和复发周期具有较好的一致性。结果表明模型长度影响震级大小,滑移速率影响地震复发周期。断层面几何弯曲展布使得断层面应力分布不均匀,在弯曲处出现应力积累的现象,易触发地震,并出现了地震分段破裂现象,降低了几何弯曲断层的地震频次,为强震的孕育创造了条件。联合模拟的10000年时间内,鲜水河断裂带共发生了33次M≥7.0地震,最大震级为M7.6,地震活动性呈现一定的活跃期与平静期。断层系统地震间的相互应力作用和复杂的断层几何结构影响着地震迁移的复杂性。道孚断裂上相距40年发生两次M≥7.0地震,乾宁断裂北端相距5.8年发生M≥7.0双震,此类现象与历史地震有一定的相似性。 展开更多
