As a solution to the breaking of pipeline under high axial force,carbon fiber composite pipe with low density and high intensity is applied to deep-sea mining transporting system.Based on the fact that the transportin...As a solution to the breaking of pipeline under high axial force,carbon fiber composite pipe with low density and high intensity is applied to deep-sea mining transporting system.Based on the fact that the transporting pipe is under the forces of gravity,inner liquid,buoyancy as well as hydrodynamic force,geometric nonlinear finite element theory has been applied to analyzing the transporting system.Conclusions can be drawn as follows.Under the interaction of waves and currents,node forces FX and FZ acted by the transporting pipe on the mining vehicle are less than 2 kN,which indicates that waves and currents have little influence on the spatial shape of the transporting pipe and the mining vehicle movement.On the other hand,the horizontal force acting on the mining ship could be as large as 106 830 N,which has great influence on the mining system.展开更多
Lithium-oxygen batteries attract considerable attention due to exceptionally high theoretical energy density,while the development remains in its early stage.As is widely suggested,the solution mechanism induces great...Lithium-oxygen batteries attract considerable attention due to exceptionally high theoretical energy density,while the development remains in its early stage.As is widely suggested,the solution mechanism induces greater discharge capacity,while the surface mechanism induces greater cycle stability.Therefore,battery performance can be improved by adjusting the reaction mechanism.Previous studies predominantly focus on extremely thin or flat electrodes.In contrast,this work utilizes thick electrodes,emphasizing the importance of mass transport.Given that the electrolyte solvent is the main site of mass transport,the effects of two typical solvents on mass transport and battery performance are investigated:dimethyl sulfoxide with low viscosity and a high O_(2) diffusion rate and tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether with high O_(2) solubility and high Li+transport capability.The results reveal a novel pathway for reaction mechanism induction where the mechanism varies with the spatial position of the electrode.As the spatial distribution of the electrode progresses,a layered appearance of solution mechanism products,transition state products,and surface mechanism products emerges,which is attributed to the increase in the mass transfer resistance.This work presents a distinct perspective on the way solvents influence reaction pathways and offers a new approach to regulating reaction pathways.展开更多
Mesoporous carbon supports mitigate platinum(Pt)sulfonic poisoning through nanopore-confined Pt deposition,yet their morphological impacts on oxygen transport remain unclear.This study integrates carbon support morpho...Mesoporous carbon supports mitigate platinum(Pt)sulfonic poisoning through nanopore-confined Pt deposition,yet their morphological impacts on oxygen transport remain unclear.This study integrates carbon support morphology simulation with an enhanced agglomerate model to establish a mathematical framework elucidating pore evolution,Pt utilization,and oxygen transport in catalyst layers.Results demonstrate dominant local mass transport resistance governed by three factors:(1)active site density dictating oxygen flux;(2)ionomer film thickness defining shortest transport path;(3)ionomer-to-Pt surface area ratio modulating practical pathway length.At low ionomer-to-carbon(I/C)ratios,limited active sites elevate resistance(Factor 1 dominant).Higher I/C ratios improve the ionomer coverage but eventually thicken ionomer films,degrading transport(Factors 2–3 dominant).The results indicate that larger carbon particles result in a net increase in local transport resistance by reducing external surface area and increasing ionomer thickness.As the proportion of Pt situated in nanopores or the Pt mass fraction increases,elevated Pt density inside the nanopores exacerbates pore blockage.This leads to the increased transport resistance by reducing active sites,and increasing ionomer thickness and surface area.Lower Pt loading linearly intensifies oxygen flux resistance.The model underscores the necessity to optimize support morphology,Pt distribution,and ionomer content to prevent pore blockage while balancing catalytic activity and transport efficiency.These insights provide a systematic approach for designing high-performance mesoporous carbon catalysts.展开更多

Background Verticillium dahliae,a soil-borne fungi,can cause Verticillium wilt,and seriously diminish the yield and quality of cotton.However,the pathogenic mechanism of V.dahliae is complex and not clearly understood...Background Verticillium dahliae,a soil-borne fungi,can cause Verticillium wilt,and seriously diminish the yield and quality of cotton.However,the pathogenic mechanism of V.dahliae is complex and not clearly understood at the moment.This study aimed to identify the high-affinity nicotinic acid transporter genes in V.dahliae.The gene expression profiles in V.dahliae following sensing of root exudates from susceptible and resistant cotton varieties were analyzed.The function of VdNAT1 in the pathogenic process of V.dahliae was studied using the tobacco rattle virus(TRV)-based host-induced gene silencing(HIGS)technique.Results Eight high-affinity nicotinic acid transporter genes were identified from V.dahliae through the bioinformatics method.Each protein contains a conserved major facilitator superfamily(MFS)domain,which belongs to the MFS superfamily.Evolutionary relationship analysis revealed that all 8 genes belong to the anion:cation symporter(ACS)subfamily.All proteins have transmembrane domains,ranging from 7 to 12.The expression levels of most VdNAT genes were significantly increased after induction by root exudates from susceptible cotton varieties.Silencing VdNAT1 gene by HIGS significantly inhibited the accumulation of fungal biomass in cotton plants,and alleviated the disease symptoms of cotton.Conclusions Eight VdNAT genes were identified from V.dahliae,and most VdNAT genes was up-regulated after induced by root exudates from susceptible cotton variety.In addition,VdNAT1 is required for the pathogenicity of V.dahliae.Overall,these findings will facilitate the pathogenic molecular mechanism of V.dahliae and provide candidate genes.展开更多

In this paper, a mixed stochastic user equilibrium model was proposed to describe the interactive route choice behaviors between ATIS equipped and unequipped drivers on a degradable transport network. In the proposed model the information accessibility of equipped drivers was reflected by lower degree of uncertainty in their stochastic equilibrium flow distributions, and their behavioral adaptability was captured by multiple equilibrium behaviors over the stochastic network state set. The mixed equilibrium model was formulated as a fixed point problem defined in the mixed route flows, and its solution was achieved by executing an iterative algorithm. Numerical experiments were provided to verify the properties of the mixed network equilibrium model and the efficiency of the iterative algorithm.展开更多

The spatial and temporal effectiveness of carrier system is identified according to the relevance of hydrocarbon show, hydrocarbon inclusion and sealing ability of fault to hydrocarbons distribution, together with matching relation of activity history of fault and hydrocarbon generation history of source rock. On the basis of the above considerations, transporting ability of effective carrier system can be evaluated using parameters such as fluid potential, porosity and permeability, spatial coefficient of effective pathway as well as activity rate of fault. Additionally, a new concept of"transporting threshold porosity" was proposed. Five styles of effective carrier systems were established in Gaoyou Sag, displaying either layered or zonal distribution characteristics, and transporting time ranges from the sedimentary time of Ezdz to early stage of sanduo uplift. Effective carrier systems can be described to be lowly-efficient and highly-efficient. Major faults (convex or steep fault plane) with activity rate greater than 20 m/Ma and structure ridges of sand layers with spatial coefficient of effective pathway greater than 25% are defined to be highly-efficient carrier beds. Hydrocarbons are concentrated around high-efficient carrier beds and E1 f traps of northern shanian area are predicted to have great potential.展开更多

With the performance evaluation theory,the performance evaluation model of waste collection and transportation system was constructed,which quantified the grading standard of index and determined the index weight in analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After evaluating the waste collection and transportation system of the main districts of Chongqing city,the results show that the it has an excellent performance evaluation grade with very high performance level of three indices involving evaluation of management and society,environmental impact assessment,evaluation of security and emergency and quite low performance level of two indices that include high efficient evaluation and economic evaluation.展开更多

文摘Nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)are mineral nutrients essential for plant growth and development,playing a crucial role throughout the plant life cycle.Cotton,a globally significant textile crop,has a particularly high demand for N fertilizer across its developmental stages.This review explores the effects of adequate or deficient N and P levels on cotton growth phases,focusing on their influence on physiological processes and molecular mechanisms.Key topics include the regulation of N-and P-related enzymes,hormones,and genes,as well as the complex interplay of N-and P-related signaling pathways from the aspects of N-P signaling integration to regulate root development,N-P signaling integration to regulate nutrient uptake,and regulation of N-P interactions—a frontier in current research.Strategies for improving N and P use efficiency are also discussed,including developing high-efficiency cotton cultivars and identifying functional genes to enhance productivity.Generally speaking,we take model plants as a reference in the hope of coming up with new strategies for the efficient utilization of N and P in cotton.

文摘New-old concrete composite system usually exists in concrete repairing structure.In the present work,series of experiments were carried out to investigate permeability and ion diffusion properties of new-old concrete composite by measuring 6-hour coulomb charge and chloride diffusivity.The interrelation among transport properties of new-old composites,new,and old concretes was also discussed.Results indicate that the permeability and chloride diffusivity of new-old concrete composite system closely interrelate to the corresponding new concrete and old concrete.The interfacial transition zone between new concrete and old concrete greatly influences the transport property of new-old concrete system.Compared with the corresponding new concrete and old concrete lower permeability and diffusivity values for the new-old concrete composites can be achieved by choosing suitable new concrete.It is possible to design the tailor-made new-old concrete composite system for repair given the transport property.

文摘This paper describes the beam measurement system for the accelerator of the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (NSRL). The design considerations of the beam measurement instrumentation system for the NSRL are aided by the commissioning of the machine and provide sufficient machine parameters for machine study as well as the common operation. The beam measurement system includes the part for the linac and transport line and the part for the storage ring. The measurement results are presented in the paper.

文摘A novel maglev transportation system was proposed for large travel range ultra precision motion.The system consists of a levitation subsystem and a propulsion subsystem.During the propulsion subsystem driving the moving platform along the guideway,the levitation subsystem uses six pairs of electromagnets to steadily suspend the moving platform over the guideway.The model of the levitation system,which is a typical nonlinear multi-input multi-output coupling system and has many inner nonlinear coupling characteristics,was deduced.For testifying the model,the levitation mechanism was firstly controlled by proportional-integral-differential(PID) control,and then a lot of input-output data were collected for model parameter identification.The least-square parameter identification method was used.The identification results prove that the model is feasible and suitable for the real system.

文摘Based on characteristics of deep sea flexible mining system,a new pump-lockage ore transportation system was designed.According to Bernoulli equation and two-phase hydrodynamics theory,parameters of the new system were obtained and four ore transportation systems were analyzed.The results indicate that the pump head of 1 000 m mining system is 100-150 m and that of 5 000 m mining system is 660-750 m.In addition,based on similarity theory,a model of the new transportation system was made,which can simulate more than 5 000 m actual ore transportation system.So both theory and experiment prove that the new pump-lockage ore transportation system is an ideal design for deep sea flexible mining system.

文摘Advanced traveler information systems (ATIS) can not only improve drivers' accessibility to the more accurate route travel time information, but also can improve drivers' adaptability to the stochastic network capacity degradations. In this paper, a mixed stochastic user equilibrium model was proposed to describe the interactive route choice behaviors between ATIS equipped and unequipped drivers on a degradable transport network. In the proposed model the information accessibility of equipped drivers was reflected by lower degree of uncertainty in their stochastic equilibrium flow distributions, and their behavioral adaptability was captured by multiple equilibrium behaviors over the stochastic network state set. The mixed equilibrium model was formulated as a fixed point problem defined in the mixed route flows, and its solution was achieved by executing an iterative algorithm. Numerical experiments were provided to verify the properties of the mixed network equilibrium model and the efficiency of the iterative algorithm.

文摘Effective carrier system comprises carrier beds which transport hydrocarbons. The spatial and temporal effectiveness of carrier system is identified according to the relevance of hydrocarbon show, hydrocarbon inclusion and sealing ability of fault to hydrocarbons distribution, together with matching relation of activity history of fault and hydrocarbon generation history of source rock. On the basis of the above considerations, transporting ability of effective carrier system can be evaluated using parameters such as fluid potential, porosity and permeability, spatial coefficient of effective pathway as well as activity rate of fault. Additionally, a new concept of"transporting threshold porosity" was proposed. Five styles of effective carrier systems were established in Gaoyou Sag, displaying either layered or zonal distribution characteristics, and transporting time ranges from the sedimentary time of Ezdz to early stage of sanduo uplift. Effective carrier systems can be described to be lowly-efficient and highly-efficient. Major faults (convex or steep fault plane) with activity rate greater than 20 m/Ma and structure ridges of sand layers with spatial coefficient of effective pathway greater than 25% are defined to be highly-efficient carrier beds. Hydrocarbons are concentrated around high-efficient carrier beds and E1 f traps of northern shanian area are predicted to have great potential.

文摘On the basis of analyzing the typical waste collection and transportation mode,the evaluation index system for performance of the waste collection and transportation system was proposed with three grades,which related to six factors,such as economic evaluation,high efficient evaluation,environmental impact assessment,resource evaluation,evaluation of security and emergency,evaluation of management and society. With the performance evaluation theory,the performance evaluation model of waste collection and transportation system was constructed,which quantified the grading standard of index and determined the index weight in analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After evaluating the waste collection and transportation system of the main districts of Chongqing city,the results show that the it has an excellent performance evaluation grade with very high performance level of three indices involving evaluation of management and society,environmental impact assessment,evaluation of security and emergency and quite low performance level of two indices that include high efficient evaluation and economic evaluation.
