It was found that after 9-11 Gy of radiation was given, the 90-daysurvival rate of the rats receiving BT(72%) and BMT was significantly higher than thatof those receiving BMT only(42%)(P<0.01).In those rats surviving over 100 days,cells of donor type could be found. In the first 30 days of surviving, the number of Tcells was significantly higher in the BMT alone group than in the group of BMT plusBT, but no difference In restoration of B cell was revealed. The findings suggest that BTcould promote the recipient's tolerance to BMT. The effects of BT on BMT are similarto those on skin grafting.展开更多

The important results are as follows:11. In the mouse, only 35% of the oocytes collected 15~16 h after hCG had a notable first polar body (FPb) and those without FPb were enucleated by removing cytoplasm from the PVS-wider side and the enucleation rate was similar to that in the oocytes with FPb, and the enucleation rate of removing 1/3 cytoplasm was remarkably higher than that of removing 1/4 cytoplasm. 2. Among the three fusion media tested, mannitol and sucrose solutions produced better results than M2 in electrofusion of mouse 2-cell embryos. Under favorable pulse conditions, the osmotic pressure of fusion medium had no motable effect on electrofusion, but as the conditions became so unfavorable that some embryos began to lyse, the fusion rates in hypertonie mannitol solution were significantly higher than those in isotonic or hypotonic solutions. A wide range of pulse strengths (0.31~2.04 by/ cm) and durations(10~1280 μs) were used and 100% of fusion were obtained in many cases. Optimal pulse durations were plotted for field strengths to obtain high fusion rates (96%~ 100%) in mouse2-cell embryos. 3. With one pulse of 0.45 by / cm, satisfactory results of mouse oocyte activation were obtained only when the duration increased to 160 μs or longer. The activation rate increased as the oocytes got older. Some of the oocytes ar. rested at metaphase Ⅲ after electrical stimulation and their proportion to the number of oocytes not activated increased with egg age. 4. 10% and 31% of the nuclear transplant embryos developed to morula or blastocyst stage in sheep and rabbits, respectively, with Chinese-made hormones and chemicals.展开更多
Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)support is used in severalclinical situations.To determine its efficacy in patients with severe heartfailure awaiting cardiac transplantation,the experience at the Universityof Pittsbur...Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)support is used in severalclinical situations.To determine its efficacy in patients with severe heartfailure awaiting cardiac transplantation,the experience at the Universityof Pittsburgh from May 1986 to October 1989 was reviewed.Of 392 patientson the waiting list,(16.3%) required IABP.All had previously been oninotropic support for varying periods of time.The ability to stabilize andto sustain the patient to cardiac transplantation was 75%.Twenty patients(31.3% of group) required and were provided more extensive mechanicalzsupport with either total artificial heart (n=ll) or left ventrieular assistdevice (n =9).Twenty-nine patients (45% of entire gronp) were able tohave the IABP removed prior to transplantation.Seventeen patients(26.6%)parameters demonstrated improvement with IABP.These data support IABPas a bridge to transplantation in patients with severe heart failure who havenot been stabilized on inotropie agents alone.These data also demonstratethat IABP support may only be required temporarily in a subgroup of pa-tients awaiting cardiac transplantation.展开更多

For this reason, we observe the feasibility and safety of PBSCs transplantation by intracoronory infusion in such patients.Method Fourty one patients with AMI were allocated to receive Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor (G-CSF:Filgrastim,300 μg) with the dose of 300 μg-600 μg/day to mobilize the stem cell, and the duration of applying G-CSF was 5 days . On the sixth day, PBSCs were separated by Baxter CS 3000 blood cell separator into suspend liquid 57 ml. Then the suspend liquid was infused into the infarct related artery (IRA)by occluding the over the wire balloon and infusing artery through balloon center lumen. In the process of the intracoronary infusion of PBSCs, the complications should be observed, which were arrhythmias including of bradycardia, sinus arrest or atrial ventricular block, premature ventricular beats ,ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation; and hypotention, etc. Results There were total 10 cases with complications during the intracoronary infusion of PBSCs. The incidence of complications was 24.4%(10/41), including bradycardia is 2.4 %(1/41), sinus arrest or atrial ventricular block is 4.9%(2/41), ventricular fibrillation is 2.4 %( 1/41), hypotention is14.6 % (6 /41).Conclusions In patients with AMI, intracoronary infusion of PBSCs is feasible and safe.展开更多

In order to study the epidemiological characteristics of cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection in allogeneichematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)recipients by means of plasma real time quantitative polymerasechai...In order to study the epidemiological characteristics of cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection in allogeneichematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)recipients by means of plasma real time quantitative polymerasechain reaction(RQ-PCR),141 adult patients undergoing allo-HSCT between January 2008 and June 2010 were seriallymonitored by RQ-PCR for detecting CMV and guiding the preemptive therapy followed up to 180 days post-HSCT.Theresults showed that the incidence of CMV infection and CMV pneumonia was 81.5%and 2.9%respectively,whichmainly occurred within 2 months post-HSCT.Single-therapy with ganciclovir(GCV)for 63 patients or foscarnet 6patients was performed for preemptive therapy.The total efficacy was 87.8%,and the response patterns were different.CMV infection was more frequent in female patients(P=0.044),and those with aGVHD(P=0.043),using ATG orbasiliximab in conditioning regimens(P=0.049),as well as earlier in patients using ATG or basiliximab or those withaGVHD(P=0.007;P=0.000).The aGVHD,maximum load,positive times of CMV-DNA detection and therapyduration all correlated with the efficacy(P<0.05).It is concluded that the incidence of CMV infection is still high afterHSCT.Plasma RQ-PCR assay for CMV-DNA shows a strong correlation with the clinical outcome of CMV infection,which is useful and suitable for management of CMV infection in HSCT.展开更多
Objective:Sleep quality in kidney transplant recipients is closely associated with symptoms of fatigue and depression.Although subjective assessment tools like the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Richards-Campb...Objective:Sleep quality in kidney transplant recipients is closely associated with symptoms of fatigue and depression.Although subjective assessment tools like the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ)are widely used to evaluate sleep quality,there is a lack of studies utilizing polysomnography for objective evaluation.This study aims to investigate the correlation between sleep quality,fatigue,and depression in kidney transplant recipients using both subjective and objective methods,providing scientific evidence for improving their quality of life.Methods:The cross-sectional study conveniently sampled 50 kidney transplant recipients from a transplant center in a general hospital between August 2018 and March 2020.Subjective and objective sleep parameters were evaluated using the RCQS and polysomnography,respectively.The Fatigue Severity Scale was used to assess fatigue,and the Hamilton Depression Scale was employed to measure depression levels.Results:A lower proportion of rapid eye movement(REM)sleep was associated with increased fatigue.Additionally,higher wake time percentages and poorer sleep quality were significantly correlated with greater depression severity.Conclusion:This study underscores the critical importance of effectively managing sleep quality in kidney transplant recipients and addressing their fatigue and depression symptoms.These findings lay a foundation for developing targeted nursing and therapeutic strategies.展开更多
Objective Diabetic patients pose a greater challenge in managing chronic wound healing,leading to a higher amputation risk compared to non-diabetic patients.Due to their paracrine function by secreting various cytokin...Objective Diabetic patients pose a greater challenge in managing chronic wound healing,leading to a higher amputation risk compared to non-diabetic patients.Due to their paracrine function by secreting various cytokines and angiogenic factors,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have been acknowledged to be a potential agent in modulating wound healing process.However,post-transplanted MSCs are vulnerable to death,indicating poor survival and migration ability in the wound site of the host,especially under hyperglycemia.As hyperglycemia induces reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and cellular apoptosis,improvement of MSCs survival and migration potentials under hyperglycemia could contribute to a more efficient MSCs-based wound healing therapy.Salidroside(Sa),a small-molecule drug derived from Rhodiola plant,has been proved to enhance the paracrine function of skeletal muscle cells,as well as their migration even under hypoxichyperglycemia.Herein,we investigated whether Sa could improve the survival and migration potentials of MSCs,subsequently enhance the wound healing process under hyperglycemia.Methods MSCs were cultured under three conditions:low glucose,high glucose,and high glucose+Sa.qPCR analysis and western blotting were done to examine the mRNA and protein expression level of several factors which are important in upregulating the wound healing process.MTT colorimetric assay,intracellular ROS detection,and flow cytometry assay were employed to examine the effect of Sa in MSCs survival.Transwell chamber assay,scratch assay,and phalloidin staining were done to elucidate the role of Sa in regulating MSCs migration potential.For in vivo experiment,diabetic wound healing mice model was generated to elucidate the effect of Sa-pretreated MSCs transplantation in wound closure rate,as well as re-epithelization status,observed with hematoxylin and eosin staining.The diabetic wound healing mice model were divided into three groups:1)mice injected with PBS,2)mice transplanted with PBS-pretreated MSCs,and 3)mice transplanted with Sa-pretreated MSCs.Results(1)Hyperglycemic condition induced the generation of ROS and suppressed total cell number of MSCs,while Sa treatment into MSCs restored these hyperglycemia-induced alterations.In line with this,total apoptotic cells were also suppressed by treating MSCs with Sa.The expression level of cell survival factor,heme-oxygenase 1(HO-1),was enhanced in Sa-pretreated MSCs.Further treatment of HO-1 inhibitor into Sa-pretreated MSCs nullified the ROS level and total apoptotic cells,indica-ting the importance of HO-1 in mediating the Sa-induced survival of MSCs under hyperglycemia.(2)Transwell chamber and scratch assay results showed that Sa-pretreated MSCs have a higher migration potential under hyperglycemia,supported by higher F-actin polymerization fractal dimension.Fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)expression level,which are essential factors for cell migration,were also improved in Sa-pretreated MSCs under hyperglycemia.(3)In diabetic wound healing mice model,transplantation of Sa-pretreated MSCs resulted in significantly improved wound closure rate and re-epithelization.The protein levels of HO-1,FGF2,and HGF were also enhanced in the tissues obtained from the wound site of diabetic wound healing mice model which were transplanted with Sa-pretreated MSCs.Conclusions Salidroside pretreatment on MSCs could improve their survival and migration potentials,subsequently promoting wound healing process under hyperglycemia.This prospective MSC-based therapy could serve as a novel strategy to improve diabetic wound healing.展开更多
Precision planting is one key point of precision agriculture.A doorframe type swing seedling pick-up device for the automatic precise field transplanter was designed and tested in a laboratory.The seedling device coul...Precision planting is one key point of precision agriculture.A doorframe type swing seedling pick-up device for the automatic precise field transplanter was designed and tested in a laboratory.The seedling device could automatically extract seedlings from growing trays,transfer them,and release them into the planting unit where they were to be precisely transplanted into the ground.It consisted of a path manipulator and two grippers.The path manipulator for seedling extraction was constructed with creative design ofⅡ-type mechanism combination in series.It consisted of an oscillating guide linkage mechanism and a grooved globoidal cam mechanism.According to the planned seedling pick-up trajectory,the design of the path manipulator for seedling extraction was finished with a set of the closed loop vector equation.The gripper was a pincette-type mechanism using the pick-up pins to penetrate into the root mass for seedling extraction.It consisted of multiple pick-up pins,U-type pull rod,shaft,stop block,compression spring and frame.The mechanical dimensions of the gripper were determined by the tray size and plant characteristic with a set of rectangular equations and the boundary constraint conditions.The final gripper was developed on the basis of cultural practice for vegetable seedling in China.A prototype of the seedling pick-up device was constructed to examine whether its working efficacy was satisfactory or not.According to the analysis on the work process,the seedling pick-up device could precisely complete a work cycle of approaching,penetrating,extracting,transferring,erecting and discharging a seedling.Taking pepper seedlings,tomato seedlings and cucumber seedlings as the transplanting objects,the performance tests were conducted to evaluate the practicality and adaptability of the pick-up device.The laboratory evaluation showed that the pick-up device equipped with two grippers could extract 70 seedlings per minute with an average success ratio of 90.49%.The quality of extracting seedlings was satisfactory.展开更多
Objective:Compared with long-term renal replacement therapy,kidney transplantation is the ideal treatment for end-stage renal disease(ESRD),significantly extending patient life and improving quality of life.Kidney tra...Objective:Compared with long-term renal replacement therapy,kidney transplantation is the ideal treatment for end-stage renal disease(ESRD),significantly extending patient life and improving quality of life.Kidney transplant patients need to adhere to lifelong immunosuppressive medication regimens,but their medication adherence is generally poor compared with other organ transplant recipients.Medication adherence is closely related to medication literacy and psychological status,yet related studies are limited.This study aims to investigate the current status of medication adherence,inner strength,and medication literacy in kidney transplant patients,analyze the relationships among these 3 factors,and explore the mediating role of inner strength in the relationship between medication literacy and medication adherence.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted from March to October 2023 involving 421 patients aged≥18 years who visited kidney transplantation outpatient clinics at 4 tertiary hospitals in Hunan Province.The inner strength,medication literacy,and medication adherence of kidney transplant patients were investigated using the Inner Strength Scale(ISS),the Chinese version of the Medication Literacy Assessment in Spanish and English(MedLitRxSE),and the Chinese version of the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8(C-MMAS-8),respectively.Univariate analysis was performed to examine the effects of demographic and clinical data on medication adherence.Correlation analysis was conducted to explore the relationships among medication literacy,medication adherence,and inner strength.Significant variables from univariate and correlation analyses were further analyzed using multiple linear regression,and the mediating effect of inner strength was explored.Results:Among the 421 questionnaires collected,408 were valid,with an effective rate of 96.91%.The scores of C-MMAS-8,MedLitRxSE,and ISS were 6.64±1.16,100.63±14.67,and 8.47±4.03,respectively.Among the 408 patients,only 86(21.08%)patients had a high level of medication adherence,whereas 230(56.37%)patients had a medium level of medication adherence,and 92(22.55%)patients had poor medication adherence.Univariate analysis indicated that the kidney transplant patients’age,marital status,education levels,years since their kidney transplant operation,number of hospitalizations after the kidney transplant,and adverse drug reactions showed significant differences in medication adherence(all P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that inner strength positively correlated with both medication literacy(r=0.183,P<0.001)and medication adherence(r=0.201,P<0.001).Additionally,there was a positive correlation between medication adherence and medication literacy(r=0.236,P<0.001).Inner strength accounted for 13.22%of the total effect in the mediating role between medication literacy and medication adherence.Conclusion:The level of medication adherence among kidney transplant patients needs improvement,and targeted intervention measures are essential.Inner strength mediates the relationship between medication literacy and medication adherence in these patients.Healthcare professionals should focus on enhancing medication literacy and supporting patients’inner strength to improve medication adherence.展开更多
To improve the efficiency of fetching and transplanting seedlings for the mechanization of strawberry planting,an integrated transplanting mechanism was designed with protruding,fetching and planting performance to ac...To improve the efficiency of fetching and transplanting seedlings for the mechanization of strawberry planting,an integrated transplanting mechanism was designed with protruding,fetching and planting performance to achieve rapid fetching and pushing bowl movements.According to the working principle of the slewing mechanism,a kinematics model and the optimization goal were established,respectively.Based on visual auxiliary analysis software,optimal parameters were obtained.A three-dimensional model was established to obtain a simulation trajectory by means of a virtual simulation design analysis.Three-dimensional printing technology was used to manufacture the test prototype,and the actual working trajectories of the test prototype were extracted using high-speed photography technology,which verified the consistency of the actual trajectory with the theoretical and simulated trajectories.A prototype transplanting experiment was performed with the success rate of seedling extraction of 91.2%and excellent planting rate of 82.8%,which met the requirements for integrated strawberry harvesting,planting and transplanting.The experimental results verified the correctness and feasibility of the design of integrated transplanting mechanism.展开更多

文摘Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)support is used in severalclinical situations.To determine its efficacy in patients with severe heartfailure awaiting cardiac transplantation,the experience at the Universityof Pittsburgh from May 1986 to October 1989 was reviewed.Of 392 patientson the waiting list,(16.3%) required IABP.All had previously been oninotropic support for varying periods of time.The ability to stabilize andto sustain the patient to cardiac transplantation was 75%.Twenty patients(31.3% of group) required and were provided more extensive mechanicalzsupport with either total artificial heart (n=ll) or left ventrieular assistdevice (n =9).Twenty-nine patients (45% of entire gronp) were able tohave the IABP removed prior to transplantation.Seventeen patients(26.6%)parameters demonstrated improvement with IABP.These data support IABPas a bridge to transplantation in patients with severe heart failure who havenot been stabilized on inotropie agents alone.These data also demonstratethat IABP support may only be required temporarily in a subgroup of pa-tients awaiting cardiac transplantation.
文摘Objective Bone-marrow stem-cell transplantation has been shown to improve cardiac function in patients with AMI, but the safety of intracoronory infusion of autologous peripheral blood stem-cell(PBSCs) in patients with AMI is unknown. For this reason, we observe the feasibility and safety of PBSCs transplantation by intracoronory infusion in such patients.Method Fourty one patients with AMI were allocated to receive Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor (G-CSF:Filgrastim,300 μg) with the dose of 300 μg-600 μg/day to mobilize the stem cell, and the duration of applying G-CSF was 5 days . On the sixth day, PBSCs were separated by Baxter CS 3000 blood cell separator into suspend liquid 57 ml. Then the suspend liquid was infused into the infarct related artery (IRA)by occluding the over the wire balloon and infusing artery through balloon center lumen. In the process of the intracoronary infusion of PBSCs, the complications should be observed, which were arrhythmias including of bradycardia, sinus arrest or atrial ventricular block, premature ventricular beats ,ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation; and hypotention, etc. Results There were total 10 cases with complications during the intracoronary infusion of PBSCs. The incidence of complications was 24.4%(10/41), including bradycardia is 2.4 %(1/41), sinus arrest or atrial ventricular block is 4.9%(2/41), ventricular fibrillation is 2.4 %( 1/41), hypotention is14.6 % (6 /41).Conclusions In patients with AMI, intracoronary infusion of PBSCs is feasible and safe.
文摘Objective To study on the role of thymus transplantation for heart allograft in rats. Methods Vascularized heart-thymus combined transplantation was performed with microsurgical technique. Graft survival, histopathology, level of IL-2, IL-4 and its mRNA expression in serum and cardiac grafts were investigated. Results Heart-thymus combined transplantation achieved effect in the prolongation of cardiac graft survival with short-term administration of cyclosporine. Conclusions Vascularized thymus transplantation induced immune tolerance in thymectomized rats.

文摘In order to study the epidemiological characteristics of cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection in allogeneichematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)recipients by means of plasma real time quantitative polymerasechain reaction(RQ-PCR),141 adult patients undergoing allo-HSCT between January 2008 and June 2010 were seriallymonitored by RQ-PCR for detecting CMV and guiding the preemptive therapy followed up to 180 days post-HSCT.Theresults showed that the incidence of CMV infection and CMV pneumonia was 81.5%and 2.9%respectively,whichmainly occurred within 2 months post-HSCT.Single-therapy with ganciclovir(GCV)for 63 patients or foscarnet 6patients was performed for preemptive therapy.The total efficacy was 87.8%,and the response patterns were different.CMV infection was more frequent in female patients(P=0.044),and those with aGVHD(P=0.043),using ATG orbasiliximab in conditioning regimens(P=0.049),as well as earlier in patients using ATG or basiliximab or those withaGVHD(P=0.007;P=0.000).The aGVHD,maximum load,positive times of CMV-DNA detection and therapyduration all correlated with the efficacy(P<0.05).It is concluded that the incidence of CMV infection is still high afterHSCT.Plasma RQ-PCR assay for CMV-DNA shows a strong correlation with the clinical outcome of CMV infection,which is useful and suitable for management of CMV infection in HSCT.

文摘Objective:Sleep quality in kidney transplant recipients is closely associated with symptoms of fatigue and depression.Although subjective assessment tools like the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ)are widely used to evaluate sleep quality,there is a lack of studies utilizing polysomnography for objective evaluation.This study aims to investigate the correlation between sleep quality,fatigue,and depression in kidney transplant recipients using both subjective and objective methods,providing scientific evidence for improving their quality of life.Methods:The cross-sectional study conveniently sampled 50 kidney transplant recipients from a transplant center in a general hospital between August 2018 and March 2020.Subjective and objective sleep parameters were evaluated using the RCQS and polysomnography,respectively.The Fatigue Severity Scale was used to assess fatigue,and the Hamilton Depression Scale was employed to measure depression levels.Results:A lower proportion of rapid eye movement(REM)sleep was associated with increased fatigue.Additionally,higher wake time percentages and poorer sleep quality were significantly correlated with greater depression severity.Conclusion:This study underscores the critical importance of effectively managing sleep quality in kidney transplant recipients and addressing their fatigue and depression symptoms.These findings lay a foundation for developing targeted nursing and therapeutic strategies.

文摘Objective Diabetic patients pose a greater challenge in managing chronic wound healing,leading to a higher amputation risk compared to non-diabetic patients.Due to their paracrine function by secreting various cytokines and angiogenic factors,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have been acknowledged to be a potential agent in modulating wound healing process.However,post-transplanted MSCs are vulnerable to death,indicating poor survival and migration ability in the wound site of the host,especially under hyperglycemia.As hyperglycemia induces reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and cellular apoptosis,improvement of MSCs survival and migration potentials under hyperglycemia could contribute to a more efficient MSCs-based wound healing therapy.Salidroside(Sa),a small-molecule drug derived from Rhodiola plant,has been proved to enhance the paracrine function of skeletal muscle cells,as well as their migration even under hypoxichyperglycemia.Herein,we investigated whether Sa could improve the survival and migration potentials of MSCs,subsequently enhance the wound healing process under hyperglycemia.Methods MSCs were cultured under three conditions:low glucose,high glucose,and high glucose+Sa.qPCR analysis and western blotting were done to examine the mRNA and protein expression level of several factors which are important in upregulating the wound healing process.MTT colorimetric assay,intracellular ROS detection,and flow cytometry assay were employed to examine the effect of Sa in MSCs survival.Transwell chamber assay,scratch assay,and phalloidin staining were done to elucidate the role of Sa in regulating MSCs migration potential.For in vivo experiment,diabetic wound healing mice model was generated to elucidate the effect of Sa-pretreated MSCs transplantation in wound closure rate,as well as re-epithelization status,observed with hematoxylin and eosin staining.The diabetic wound healing mice model were divided into three groups:1)mice injected with PBS,2)mice transplanted with PBS-pretreated MSCs,and 3)mice transplanted with Sa-pretreated MSCs.Results(1)Hyperglycemic condition induced the generation of ROS and suppressed total cell number of MSCs,while Sa treatment into MSCs restored these hyperglycemia-induced alterations.In line with this,total apoptotic cells were also suppressed by treating MSCs with Sa.The expression level of cell survival factor,heme-oxygenase 1(HO-1),was enhanced in Sa-pretreated MSCs.Further treatment of HO-1 inhibitor into Sa-pretreated MSCs nullified the ROS level and total apoptotic cells,indica-ting the importance of HO-1 in mediating the Sa-induced survival of MSCs under hyperglycemia.(2)Transwell chamber and scratch assay results showed that Sa-pretreated MSCs have a higher migration potential under hyperglycemia,supported by higher F-actin polymerization fractal dimension.Fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)expression level,which are essential factors for cell migration,were also improved in Sa-pretreated MSCs under hyperglycemia.(3)In diabetic wound healing mice model,transplantation of Sa-pretreated MSCs resulted in significantly improved wound closure rate and re-epithelization.The protein levels of HO-1,FGF2,and HGF were also enhanced in the tissues obtained from the wound site of diabetic wound healing mice model which were transplanted with Sa-pretreated MSCs.Conclusions Salidroside pretreatment on MSCs could improve their survival and migration potentials,subsequently promoting wound healing process under hyperglycemia.This prospective MSC-based therapy could serve as a novel strategy to improve diabetic wound healing.

文摘Precision planting is one key point of precision agriculture.A doorframe type swing seedling pick-up device for the automatic precise field transplanter was designed and tested in a laboratory.The seedling device could automatically extract seedlings from growing trays,transfer them,and release them into the planting unit where they were to be precisely transplanted into the ground.It consisted of a path manipulator and two grippers.The path manipulator for seedling extraction was constructed with creative design ofⅡ-type mechanism combination in series.It consisted of an oscillating guide linkage mechanism and a grooved globoidal cam mechanism.According to the planned seedling pick-up trajectory,the design of the path manipulator for seedling extraction was finished with a set of the closed loop vector equation.The gripper was a pincette-type mechanism using the pick-up pins to penetrate into the root mass for seedling extraction.It consisted of multiple pick-up pins,U-type pull rod,shaft,stop block,compression spring and frame.The mechanical dimensions of the gripper were determined by the tray size and plant characteristic with a set of rectangular equations and the boundary constraint conditions.The final gripper was developed on the basis of cultural practice for vegetable seedling in China.A prototype of the seedling pick-up device was constructed to examine whether its working efficacy was satisfactory or not.According to the analysis on the work process,the seedling pick-up device could precisely complete a work cycle of approaching,penetrating,extracting,transferring,erecting and discharging a seedling.Taking pepper seedlings,tomato seedlings and cucumber seedlings as the transplanting objects,the performance tests were conducted to evaluate the practicality and adaptability of the pick-up device.The laboratory evaluation showed that the pick-up device equipped with two grippers could extract 70 seedlings per minute with an average success ratio of 90.49%.The quality of extracting seedlings was satisfactory.

文摘Objective:Compared with long-term renal replacement therapy,kidney transplantation is the ideal treatment for end-stage renal disease(ESRD),significantly extending patient life and improving quality of life.Kidney transplant patients need to adhere to lifelong immunosuppressive medication regimens,but their medication adherence is generally poor compared with other organ transplant recipients.Medication adherence is closely related to medication literacy and psychological status,yet related studies are limited.This study aims to investigate the current status of medication adherence,inner strength,and medication literacy in kidney transplant patients,analyze the relationships among these 3 factors,and explore the mediating role of inner strength in the relationship between medication literacy and medication adherence.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted from March to October 2023 involving 421 patients aged≥18 years who visited kidney transplantation outpatient clinics at 4 tertiary hospitals in Hunan Province.The inner strength,medication literacy,and medication adherence of kidney transplant patients were investigated using the Inner Strength Scale(ISS),the Chinese version of the Medication Literacy Assessment in Spanish and English(MedLitRxSE),and the Chinese version of the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8(C-MMAS-8),respectively.Univariate analysis was performed to examine the effects of demographic and clinical data on medication adherence.Correlation analysis was conducted to explore the relationships among medication literacy,medication adherence,and inner strength.Significant variables from univariate and correlation analyses were further analyzed using multiple linear regression,and the mediating effect of inner strength was explored.Results:Among the 421 questionnaires collected,408 were valid,with an effective rate of 96.91%.The scores of C-MMAS-8,MedLitRxSE,and ISS were 6.64±1.16,100.63±14.67,and 8.47±4.03,respectively.Among the 408 patients,only 86(21.08%)patients had a high level of medication adherence,whereas 230(56.37%)patients had a medium level of medication adherence,and 92(22.55%)patients had poor medication adherence.Univariate analysis indicated that the kidney transplant patients’age,marital status,education levels,years since their kidney transplant operation,number of hospitalizations after the kidney transplant,and adverse drug reactions showed significant differences in medication adherence(all P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that inner strength positively correlated with both medication literacy(r=0.183,P<0.001)and medication adherence(r=0.201,P<0.001).Additionally,there was a positive correlation between medication adherence and medication literacy(r=0.236,P<0.001).Inner strength accounted for 13.22%of the total effect in the mediating role between medication literacy and medication adherence.Conclusion:The level of medication adherence among kidney transplant patients needs improvement,and targeted intervention measures are essential.Inner strength mediates the relationship between medication literacy and medication adherence in these patients.Healthcare professionals should focus on enhancing medication literacy and supporting patients’inner strength to improve medication adherence.

文摘To improve the efficiency of fetching and transplanting seedlings for the mechanization of strawberry planting,an integrated transplanting mechanism was designed with protruding,fetching and planting performance to achieve rapid fetching and pushing bowl movements.According to the working principle of the slewing mechanism,a kinematics model and the optimization goal were established,respectively.Based on visual auxiliary analysis software,optimal parameters were obtained.A three-dimensional model was established to obtain a simulation trajectory by means of a virtual simulation design analysis.Three-dimensional printing technology was used to manufacture the test prototype,and the actual working trajectories of the test prototype were extracted using high-speed photography technology,which verified the consistency of the actual trajectory with the theoretical and simulated trajectories.A prototype transplanting experiment was performed with the success rate of seedling extraction of 91.2%and excellent planting rate of 82.8%,which met the requirements for integrated strawberry harvesting,planting and transplanting.The experimental results verified the correctness and feasibility of the design of integrated transplanting mechanism.
