In modern active and passive sonar systems, broadband beamforming for acoustic arrays is widely used to suppress unwanted interference and to detect target signals of interest. A broadband low sidelobe beamforming scheme in time domain is proposed in this paper. The first step of this scheme is to delay the outputs of each element in the acoustic array by a tapped-delay-line (TDL) to accomplish the integer part of the time delay need to form a beam. Then, finite impulse response (FIR) digital filters are used to implement the fractional part of the time delay. The weighting coefficients for all array elements at different frequencies to realize the low sidelobe beams are also implemented with the FIR digital filters. Finally, the outputs of the digital filters are summed up to yield the time domain beam output. The design of low sidelobe beam pattern and that of the FIR digital filters are two crucial technical issues in this beamforming procedure. The low sidelobe beams of each sub-band are designed using the optimized beam synthesis approach based on the principle of MVDR beamforming. An improved adaptive approach are used for the design of FIR digital filters, and the design requirements of these filters were specified by the weights of low sidelobe beams of each sub-band over the broad frequency band. Results of computer simulation for a twelve-element arc array show that the beamforming scheme is very effective in forming low sidelobe broadband beam. 展开更多

But as to the forward of curl interface underground or “v” figure complex model, it is difficult to realize. So it is important to forward the complex geoelectricity model. This paper takes two Maxwell’s vorticity equations as departure point, makes use of the principles of Yee’s space grid model theory and the basic principle finite difference time domain method, and deduces a GPR forward system of equation of two dimensional spaces. The Mur super absorbed boundary condition is adopted to solve the super strong reflection on the interceptive boundary when there is the forward simulation. The relationship between multipath overlapping and the path loss is analyzed mathematically. Time-domain technique is introduced to compute reflection coefficient in a very short time interval. A 5 rays path loss calculation method, which is satisfactory accurate, is developed. 5 typical environments are involved to analyze and generalize the common path loss characteristics in vacancy indoor environment. The simulation result shows that the path loss can be characterized as 3 zones with different path loss exponent as distance between transmitter and receiver increasing. 展开更多

In order to achieve the information fusion in the time domain based on the evidence theory, an evidence combination method in the time domain based on reliability and importance is proposed according to the idea of evidence discount. Firstly, the distortion of the time-domain evidence is judged based on single exponential smoothing. The real-time reliability of the evidence at the adjacent time is obtained by the real-time reliability assessment method of the evidence based on the credibility decay model.Then, the relative importance of the evidence at the adjacent time is obtained by comprehensively considering improved conflict degree and uncertainty. Finally, based on the criterion of evidence discount and the Dempster’s rule of combination, the evidence combination is carried out to achieve the sequential combination of time-domain evidence. The numerical simulation and analysis show that this method has fully embodied the dynamic characteristics of time-domain evidence combination, and it has strong processing ability for conflict information and anti-disturbing ability.The proposed method has good applicability to information fusion in the time domain. 展开更多

A ravel methodology utilizing the direct data domain approach to space-time adaptive processing ( STAP ) in airbome radar non-homogeneous environments is presented. The deterministic least squares adaptive signal processing technique operates on a "snapshot-by-snapshot" basis to dethrone the adaptive adaptive weights for nulling interferences and estimating signal of interest (SOI). Furthermore, this approach eliminates the requirement for estimating the covariance through the data of neighboring range cell, which eliminates calculating the inverse of covariance, and can be implemented to operate in real-time. Simulation results illustrate the efficiency of interference suppression in non-homogeneous environment. 展开更多

This paper deals with the blind separation of nonstation-ary sources and direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation in the under-determined case, when there are more sources than sensors. We assume the sources to be time-frequency (TF) disjoint to a certain extent. In particular, the number of sources presented at any TF neighborhood is strictly less than that of sensors. We can identify the real number of active sources and achieve separation in any TF neighborhood by the sparse representation method. Compared with the subspace-based algorithm under the same sparseness assumption, which suffers from the extra noise effect since it can-not estimate the true number of active sources, the proposed algorithm can estimate the number of active sources and their cor-responding TF values in any TF neighborhood simultaneously. An-other contribution of this paper is a new estimation procedure for the DOA of sources in the underdetermined case, which combines the TF sparseness of sources and the clustering technique. Sim-ulation results demonstrate the validity and high performance of the proposed algorithm in both blind source separation (BSS) and DOA estimation. 展开更多

Parameter estimation of the attributed scattering center(ASC) model is significant for automatic target recognition(ATR). Sparse representation based parameter estimation methods have developed rapidly. Construction of the separable dictionary is a key issue for sparse representation technology. A compressive time-domain dictionary(TD) for ASC model is presented. Two-dimensional frequency domain responses of the ASC are produced and transformed into the time domain. Then these time domain responses are cutoff and stacked into vectors. These vectored time-domain responses are amalgamated to form the TD. Compared with the traditional frequency-domain dictionary(FD), the TD is a matrix that is quite spare and can markedly reduce the data size of the dictionary. Based on the basic TD construction method, we present four extended TD construction methods, which are available for different applications. In the experiments, the performance of the TD, including the basic model and the extended models, has been firstly analyzed in comparison with the FD. Secondly, an example of parameter estimation from SAR synthetic aperture radar(SAR) measurements of a target collected in an anechoic room is exhibited. Finally, a sparse image reconstruction example is from two apart apertures. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed TD. 展开更多

随着载波频率的不断提高和大规模天线阵列的广泛部署,基于模拟移相器的波束赋形成为下一代无线通信的标志性技术之一。此时,波束管理被用于获取和维护基站和用户端具有最大接收功率的最优波束对,以保障可靠的无线通信服务。传统波束管... 随着载波频率的不断提高和大规模天线阵列的广泛部署,基于模拟移相器的波束赋形成为下一代无线通信的标志性技术之一。此时,波束管理被用于获取和维护基站和用户端具有最大接收功率的最优波束对,以保障可靠的无线通信服务。传统波束管理方法往往依赖于海量搜索。同时,传统数学模型无法全面的、准确刻画非线性的波束的内在关联和高维无线环境特征,因而难以取得令人满意的波束增益性能。近年来,得益于深度学习强大的自适应拟合能力,深度学习赋能波束管理得到了国内外广泛关注。本文总结了深度学习赋能波束管理的研究进展,并展望了未来的研究方向。首先,阐述了深度学习应用于波束管理的典型场景和潜在优势;随后,从空/时/频域切入,讨论当前深度学习赋能波束管理的主要研究路线和代表性工作;最后,面向更大规模的无线网络、更多元的波束管理功能和更鲁棒的深度学习模型,阐述未来的研究挑战与机遇。 展开更多

针对现有信道估计方案导致正交时频空间(Orthogonal Time Frequency Space,OTFS)调制系统峰均功率比(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio,PAPR)高或频谱效率(Spectral Efficiency,SE)低的问题,提出一种多叠加导频的低PAPR、高SE信道估计方法... 针对现有信道估计方案导致正交时频空间(Orthogonal Time Frequency Space,OTFS)调制系统峰均功率比(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio,PAPR)高或频谱效率(Spectral Efficiency,SE)低的问题,提出一种多叠加导频的低PAPR、高SE信道估计方法。发送端利用时域正交性和离散傅里叶域相位的随机性,在时延多普勒域中嵌入与数据相叠加的5导频符号的导频图案实现低PAPR,提高SE。接收端以数据符号与噪声之和的能量均值为基准,实现导频信号检测,同时根据每个导频的不同位置信息恢复出存在相位旋转的数据信号。基于能量准则,利用多个独立的接收信号进行联合信道估计,以降低数据符号的干扰,并采用消息传递算法进行数据恢复。仿真结果表明,该方法比单叠加导频信道估计的PAPR低,同时较嵌入式导频信道估计的SE提高约14.4%。 展开更多

针对现有多元长时间序列预测模型中存在的两个问题,一是仅利用单周期尺度时域信息无法捕捉序列的长期时间依赖关系,二是难以捕捉到有效的多元依赖关系。基于多层感知机,提出了一种基于多尺度时频域学习的多元长时间序列预测模型。模型... 针对现有多元长时间序列预测模型中存在的两个问题,一是仅利用单周期尺度时域信息无法捕捉序列的长期时间依赖关系,二是难以捕捉到有效的多元依赖关系。基于多层感知机,提出了一种基于多尺度时频域学习的多元长时间序列预测模型。模型首先基于傅里叶变换自适应寻找序列的不同周期作为多个尺度;然后针对每个尺度,通过序列分解,分别进行时域和频域两阶段的学习,获取序列的局部和全局时间依赖关系;随后再依据变量间的相关性分析结果,自适应建模多元序列的变量依赖关系;最后,对各尺度中不同的序列分解项应用不同的聚合方法,实现多尺度信息的互补融合。在七个真实数据集上的实验表明,该模型在超过90%的测试中位于最优或次优水平。与基于序列分解的线性模型DLinear相比,MSE实现了11%的平均降低和49.22%的最大降低,MAE实现了10%的平均降低和33.03%的最大降低。此外,模型在有效提升预测精度的同时,具有更高的运行效率。 展开更多

鼻咽癌是一种多发于鼻咽腔顶部和侧壁的恶性肿瘤,我国南方地区较为高发,早期治疗对提高患者生存率至关重要。由于其发病位置隐蔽,早期症状类似于鼻部炎症性疾病,容易被忽视,被发现时往往已经处于中晚期。近年来,太赫兹技术因其具有低能... 鼻咽癌是一种多发于鼻咽腔顶部和侧壁的恶性肿瘤,我国南方地区较为高发,早期治疗对提高患者生存率至关重要。由于其发病位置隐蔽,早期症状类似于鼻部炎症性疾病,容易被忽视,被发现时往往已经处于中晚期。近年来,太赫兹技术因其具有低能量、强穿透和指纹谱等特性,在生物医学癌症检测领域备受关注。以鼻咽癌组织和鼻咽炎组织为研究对象,初步探索太赫兹光谱技术在鉴别鼻咽癌与鼻咽炎症方面的应用。采用太赫兹时域光谱系统采集鼻咽组织在0.6~5.0 THz范围内的光谱,通过参数提取到其吸收光谱,基于光谱数据分析对比鼻咽癌组织与鼻咽炎组织的频谱特征,结合病理学苏木精-伊红(H&E)染色结果图分析两种鼻咽组织的光谱差异来源。采用主成分分析(PCA),对实验采集到的原始功率谱数据进行降维和特征提取,获得样品在第一、二、三主成分构成的三维坐标空间中的散点图。基于该散点图的分析,可以观察到鼻咽癌组织与鼻咽炎组织在特征空间中的显著区分。结果表明,在1.3~3.4 THz内,鼻咽癌组织对太赫兹波的吸收明显高于鼻咽炎组织,2.7 THz是鉴别鼻咽癌组织与鼻咽炎组织的最佳潜在诊断频率。通过主成分分析进一步降维处理,前4个主成分的累计方差贡献率达到了87.45%,对两组鼻咽组织样品具有良好的聚类作用,主成分散点图可以明显区分鼻咽癌组织与鼻咽炎组织。结合K-最近邻算法(KNN)和支持向量机(SVM)构建分类模型,实现了对两种鼻咽组织太赫兹光谱的鉴别分类。相比KNN算法,SVM分类模型的平均分类准确率达到92%。本研究初步验证了太赫兹光谱技术用于鉴别鼻咽癌与鼻咽炎症的有效性,为进一步探讨其临床价值奠定了基础。 展开更多

近年来深度学习因其在各个场景下的优异性能而受到越来越多研究者的重视,但是这些方法通常依赖独立同分布假设.领域自适应则是为了缓解分布偏移带来的影响而提出的问题,它利用带标签的源域数据和不带标签的目标域数据能够训练得到在目... 近年来深度学习因其在各个场景下的优异性能而受到越来越多研究者的重视,但是这些方法通常依赖独立同分布假设.领域自适应则是为了缓解分布偏移带来的影响而提出的问题,它利用带标签的源域数据和不带标签的目标域数据能够训练得到在目标域数据上性能较好的模型.现有的领域自适应方法大多针对静态数据,而时间序列数据的方法需要捕捉变量之间的依赖关系.现有的方法虽然采用针对时间序列数据的特征提取器,例如递归神经网络,以学习变量间的依赖关系,但是往往将冗余的信息也一同提取.这些冗余信息容易和语义信息耦合,进而影响模型的预测性能.基于上述问题,提出一种基于路径签名的时间序列领域自适应方法(path-signaturebased time-series domain adaptation,PSDA).该方法一方面利用路径签名变换来捕捉变量间的稀疏依赖关系,排除冗余相关关系的同时保留语义相关关系,从而有利于提取时序数据中具有判别力的特征;另一方面通过约束源域和目标域之间的依赖关系一致性来保留领域之间不变的依赖关系,排除领域变化的依赖关系,从而有利于提取时序数据中具有泛化性的特征.基于以上方法,进一步提出一个距离度量标准和泛化性边界理论,并且在多个时间序列领域自适应标准数据集上获得了最好的实验效果. 展开更多

以苯甲酸和山梨酸为研究对象,采用太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)分别测得二者的单质与混合样片在0.5~2.2 THz的实验光谱,将光谱数据进行预处理后获得两种物质的太赫兹(THz)吸收光谱,根据吸收光谱中特征吸收峰峰位可以精准实现对上述两种... 以苯甲酸和山梨酸为研究对象,采用太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)分别测得二者的单质与混合样片在0.5~2.2 THz的实验光谱,将光谱数据进行预处理后获得两种物质的太赫兹(THz)吸收光谱,根据吸收光谱中特征吸收峰峰位可以精准实现对上述两种物质的定性鉴别。利用Genmer组件自行构建了苯甲酸和山梨酸的混合物二聚体团簇构型,结合密度泛函理论(DFT)对其单分子、晶胞及混合物团簇的构型进行了结构优化、频率计算和筛选。采用势能分布分析了特征吸收峰的振动模式,获取模拟光谱后结合基于Hirshfeld原子空间划分的独立梯度模型(IGMH)和相互作用区域指示函数(IRI)两种相互作用可视化分析方法针对混合样片中异常吸收峰的振动模式进行识别,并分析了分子内化学键和分子间相互作用的可视化特征。研究发现,基于混合物团簇构型的模拟谱中的特殊吸收峰是由于分子之间的氢键振动引起的,进一步说明了苯甲酸和山梨酸及其混合物在THz频段的特征吸收峰主要源于分子间氢键作用和分子内化学键作用引起的集体振动模式。通过混合体系的团簇构型构建及筛选深入解析了混合物太赫兹吸收谱中特征吸收峰的成因,重点探讨了分子内外相互作用、氢键效应等因素对吸收峰的影响,为晶体结构的表征拓展了一种新的方法,显著提升了混合体系吸收光谱在谱图解析中的准确性和可靠性,为后续进一步基于光谱数据的定量分析提供了保障。 展开更多

针对基于深度学习的调制识别方法存在的未利用原始信号顺序信息、识别率低、参数量大的问题,提出一种基于时空卷积网络(Spatiotemporal Convolutional Network,SCN)的调制识别算法。为防止信号的顺序信息的丢失,该网络先提取信号的时域... 针对基于深度学习的调制识别方法存在的未利用原始信号顺序信息、识别率低、参数量大的问题,提出一种基于时空卷积网络(Spatiotemporal Convolutional Network,SCN)的调制识别算法。为防止信号的顺序信息的丢失,该网络先提取信号的时域特征,再提取信号的空间特征,其中时域特征提取采用时序卷积网络(Temporal Convolutional Network,TCN)结构,空间特征提取采用二维卷积神经网络(Two-Dimensional Convolution Neural Network,2D-CNN),最后的分类识别采用全局平均池化(Global Average Pooling,GAP)替代展平(Flatten)层。由于TCN中因果膨胀卷积和GAP的应用使网络高识别率的同时参数大幅减少。在未经预处理的IQ信号调制识别中,与传统的CNN2、ResNet、DenseNet、CLDNN和LSTM2相比,参数量最少,平均识别精度提升4.9%~16.5%。 展开更多

不同粗糙度岩石界面断层滑移失稳过程电荷感应信号特征分析

为探究岩石界面粗糙度对断层滑移过程电荷感应信号特征的影响,研究了不同粗糙度岩石组合结构在不同竖向荷载下双面剪切试验滑移全过程多通道电荷感应信号波形、电荷累计速度、分形维数和主频区-次主频区指标的时频特征。研究结果表明:(1... 为探究岩石界面粗糙度对断层滑移过程电荷感应信号特征的影响,研究了不同粗糙度岩石组合结构在不同竖向荷载下双面剪切试验滑移全过程多通道电荷感应信号波形、电荷累计速度、分形维数和主频区-次主频区指标的时频特征。研究结果表明:(1)弹性变形阶段断层面出现的局部微破裂成核导致电荷感应信号波形表现为多次电荷感应簇并出现最大值,这种电荷感应簇随着界面粗糙度和竖向荷载的提高而增多,进入启滑阶段则变为密集的小幅信号。(2)随断层界面粗糙度和竖向荷载增加,电荷累计速度和分形维数波动更为明显,且与电荷感应信号波形变化高度关联。弹性变形阶段电荷累计速度表现为“主体慢增,多点突增”,每次电荷感应簇都伴随着分形维数的“先升维,后降维”现象,主频区位于低频域,次主频区位于高频域;启滑阶段电荷累计速度转变为全面快速增加,分形维数整体不断降维,主频区和次主频区表现出“平移互换”现象,主频区右移至高频域,次主频区则左移至低频域,且各滑移阶段电荷信号主频均落于滑移全过程共有频率混叠域内。(3)对比小波变换、短时傅里叶变换和S变换3种时频变换方法在滑移失稳前的时频分辨率与时频聚焦性发现,在低频域,小波变换表现最好,短时傅里叶变换次之,S变换最差,而在高频域,S变换表现最好,小波变换次之,短时傅里叶变换最差。(4)断层滑移失稳过程中不同位置传感器电荷信号的差异在启滑阶段前主要与局部集中微破裂引起的电荷特定区域聚集有关,在启滑阶段后则主要由滑移面与传感器之间相对位置的错动变化引起。 展开更多
