Cocrystallization integrates the merits of high energy and insensitivity between energetic molecules to obtain energetics with satisfying performance.However,how to obtain supramolecular synthons accurately and rapidl...Cocrystallization integrates the merits of high energy and insensitivity between energetic molecules to obtain energetics with satisfying performance.However,how to obtain supramolecular synthons accurately and rapidly for predicting the structure and property of cocrystal remains a challenging problem.In this research,an efficient systematic search approach to predict CL-20/2,4-DNI cocrystal has been proposed that 2,4-DNI revolves around CL-20 with a stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 in accordance with the specified rules(hydrogen bond length:2.2-3.0 Å;search radius:6.5 Å;the number of hydrogen bond:1-3).Eight possible supramolecular synthons were obtained by combining quantum chemistry with molecular mechanics.Crystal structure prediction indicated that there are four structures in cocrystal,namely P21/c,P212121,Pbca and Pna21,and CL-20/2,4-DNI cocrystal is likely to be P21/c and the corresponding cell parameters are Z=4,a=8.28 Å,b=12.17 Å,c=20.42 Å,α=90°,β=96.94°,γ=90°,and ρ=1.9353 g/cm^(3).To further study the intermolecular interaction of CL-20/2,4-DNI cocrystal,a series of theoretical analyses were employed including intermolecular interaction energy,electrostatic potential(ESP),Density of State(DOS),Hirshfeld surface analysis.The C-H…O hydrogen bonds are demonstrated as the predominant driving forces in the cocrystal formation.The mechanical properties and detonation properties of CL-20/2,4-DNI cocrystal implies that the cocrystal shows better ductility and excellent detonation performances(9257 m/s,39.27 GPa)and can serve as a promising energetic material.Cocrystal structure predicted was compared with the experimental one to verify the accuracy of systematic search approach.There is a less than 8.8%error between experiment and predict results,indicating the systematic search approach has extremely high reliability and accuracy.The systematic search approach can be a new strategy to search supramolecular synthons and identify structures effectively and does have the potential to promote the development of energetic cocrystal by theoretical design.展开更多
Based on the metallogenetic geology conditions, the H, O, C and S isotopic compositions were measured by MAT-251 mass spectrometer, and Pb isotope and Rb-Sr dating were carried with MAT-261 multi-acceptor mass spectro...Based on the metallogenetic geology conditions, the H, O, C and S isotopic compositions were measured by MAT-251 mass spectrometer, and Pb isotope and Rb-Sr dating were carried with MAT-261 multi-acceptor mass spectrometer. The results show that the δ^180 values of gold-bearing vein quartz from different levels are 1.19%-1.42%. The calculated δ^180 values of ore fluids are 0.55%-0.78%, and 319 values are from -8.64% to -6.66%. The calculated values of δ^34SH2s by the δ^34Spy values in quartz veins display sulfur isotope compositions from -0.053% to +0.413%. Carbon isotope compositions of carbonates are from -0.612% to 0.140%. The mole ratios of ^206Pb to ^204Pb, ^207Pb to ^204Pb and ^208Pb to ^204Pb in auriferous quartz vein are 16.987-17.545, 15.342-15.623, and 38.254-38.744, respectively. The age of the Zhuanghe gold deposit determined by Rb-Sr isochron of the fluid inclusions in quartzes is (143.0±5.8) Ma. These isotopic data suggest that the metallogenetic fluids are generated from magmatic hydrotherm and the origin of ore-forming matters is related to the deep-derived magmatic activities. Meanwhile, the metallogenetic epoch of the Zhuanghe gold deposit is in Yanshanian period.展开更多

A special augmentationin the state space model is considered, in which both the systematicerror and the unknown input vector are attached to thestate vector. Then, an augmented state model and a measurementmodel are established in the case of systematic error, andthe corresponding filter formulas are also given. In the proposedscheme, the original state, the acceleration and the systematicerror vector can be estimated simultaneously. This method can notonly solve the maneuvering target adaptive tracking problem in thecase of systematic error, but also give the system error value inreal time. OBJECTIVE To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in treating acute tonsillitis,providing a reference for clinical decision-making.METHODS We searched PubMed,CENTRAL,Embase,Web of Science,China...OBJECTIVE To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in treating acute tonsillitis,providing a reference for clinical decision-making.METHODS We searched PubMed,CENTRAL,Embase,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastruc⁃ture,China Biomedical,clinical research registra⁃tion platforms,grey literature,and the reference lists of the selected studies from inception to Oct.30,2022.The risk of bias assessment used Rev⁃Man.Meta-analysis was performed using STATA with Hedges′g value.In addition,we performed subgroup analysis,meta-regression,and publica⁃tion bias detection with Harbord′s and Egger′s tests.RESULTS We included 19 randomized controlled trials comprising 1701 patients,of which 1 study was assessed high risk of bias.The primary outcome,the response rate,revealed that acupuncture was more effective than antibi⁃otics.The secondary outcomes showed that the difference in the reduction of the VAS scores,sore throat time,and white blood cell counts was statistically significant with acupuncture compared to antibiotics.However,the difference in modulat⁃ing neutrophil percentage and C-reactive protein was not statistically significant.Besides,acupuncture treatments showed a lower incidence of adverse events than antibiotics.CONCLUSION Acupuncture therapy on acute tonsillitis is safe,and the response rate is superior to antibiotics.For alleviating sore throat symptoms,shortening sore throat time,and improving immune in fl am mation index,acupuncture has positive signi fi cance.Nevertheless,because of the limitations of this study,our conclusions should be inter⁃preted with caution.Future efforts still need more high-quality trials to improve the methodology and reporting quality.展开更多

In the first variant, Markov chain Monte Carlo transition is integrated in the S-RS procedure to increase the diversity of particles with large importance weights. In the second one, all particles are first partitioned into two sets according to their importance weights, and then a double S-RS is introduced to increase the diversity of particles with small importance weights.
