In order to deal with the more and more serious environmental problems,enhance the harmony and unity between human beings and nature and create ideal environmental conditions for various courses and tasks,the entire allocation of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics has been changed from "four in one"to "five in one",in which the ecological civilization becomes a new component.
