A new method is presented to analyze multi-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) dynamic systems subjected to an external shock excitation. A two-degree-of-freedom theoretical system with linear characteristics is exemplified to illustrate the procedure of this method. The equations of motion of the dynamic system are established via matrix method. The dynamic responses of the dynamic system under an external shock excitation of a half-sine type are obtained by MATLAB and ANSYS. It is proved that the new method is helpful to analyze MDOF dynamic systems. 展开更多

Running safety assessment and tracking irregularity parametric sensitivity analysis of high-speed maglev train-bridge system are of great concern,especially need perfect refinement models in which all properties can be well characterized based on various stochastic excitations.A three-dimensional refined spatial random vibration analysis model of high-speed maglev train-bridge coupled system is established in this paper,in which multi-source uncertainty excitation can be considered simultaneously,and the probability density evolution method(PDEM)is adopted to reveal the system-specific uncertainty dynamic characteristic.The motion equation of the maglev vehicle model is composed of multi-rigid bodies with a total 210-degrees of freedom for each vehicle,and a refined electromagnetic force-air gap model is used to account for the interaction and coupling effect between the moving train and track beam bridges,which are directly established by using finite element method.The model is proven to be applicable by comparing with Monte Carlo simulation.By applying the proposed stochastic framework to the high maglev line,the random dynamic responses of maglev vehicles running on the bridges are studied for running safety and stability assessment.Moreover,the effects of track irregularity wavelength range under different amplitude and running speeds on the coupled system are investigated.The results show that the augmentation of train speed will move backward the sensitive wavelength interval,and track irregularity amplitude influences the response remarkably in the sensitive interval. 展开更多

The coupling effect of steel lift pipe and f... 3D dynamic analysis models of 1000 m deep-ocean mining pipeline, including steel lift pipe, pump, buffer and flexible hose, were established by finite element method (FEM). The coupling effect of steel lift pipe and flexible hose, and main external loads of pipeline were considered in the models, such as gravity, buoyancy, hydrodynamic forces, internal and external fluid pressures, concentrated suspension buoyancy on the flexible hose, torsional moment and axial force induced by pump working. Some relevant FEM models and solution techniques were developed, according to various 3D transient behaviors of integrated deep-ocean mining pipeline, including towing motions of track-keeping operation and launch process of pipeline. Meanwhile, an experimental verification system in towing water tank that had similar characteristics of designed mining pipeline was developed to verify the accuracy of the FEM models and dynamic simulation. The experiment results show that the experimental records and simulation results of stress of pipe are coincided. Based on the further simulations of 1 000 m deep-ocean mining pipeline, the simulation results show that, to form configuration of a saddle shape, the total concentrated suspension buoyancy of flexible hose should be 95%?105% of the gravity of flexible hose in water, the first suspension point occupies 1/3 of the total buoyancy, and the second suspension point occupies 2/3 of the total buoyancy. When towing velocity of mining system is less than 0.5 m/s, the towing track of buffer is coincided with the setting route of ship on the whole and the configuration of flexible hose is also kept well. 展开更多

In order to describe and control the stress distribution and total deformation of bladed disk assemblies used in the aeroengine, a highly efficient and precise method of probabilistic analysis which is called extremum response surface method(ERSM) is produced based on the previous deterministic analysis results with the finite element model(FEM). In this work, many key nonlinear factors, such as the dynamic feature of the temperature load, the centrifugal force and the boundary conditions, are taken into consideration for the model. The changing patterns with time of bladed disk assemblies about stress distribution and total deformation are obtained during the deterministic analysis, and at the same time, the largest deformation and stress nodes of bladed disk assemblies are found and taken as input target of probabilistic analysis in a scientific and reasonable way. Not only their reliability, historical sample, extreme response surface(ERS) and the cumulative probability distribution function but also their sensitivity and effect probability are obtained. Main factors affecting stress distribution and total deformation of bladed disk assemblies are investigated through the sensitivity analysis of the model. Finally, compared with the response surface method(RSM) and the Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), the results show that this new approach is effective. 展开更多

Accurate 3-D fracture network model for rock mass in dam foundation is of vital importance for stability,grouting and seepage analysis of dam foundation.With the aim of reducing deviation between fracture network model and measured data,a 3-D fracture network dynamic modeling method based on error analysis was proposed.Firstly,errors of four fracture volume density estimation methods(proposed by ODA,KULATILAKE,MAULDON,and SONG)and that of four fracture size estimation methods(proposed by EINSTEIN,SONG and TONON)were respectively compared,and the optimal methods were determined.Additionally,error index representing the deviation between fracture network model and measured data was established with integrated use of fractal dimension and relative absolute error(RAE).On this basis,the downhill simplex method was used to build the dynamic modeling method,which takes the minimum of error index as objective function and dynamically adjusts the fracture density and size parameters to correct the error index.Finally,the 3-D fracture network model could be obtained which meets the requirements.The proposed method was applied for 3-D fractures simulation in Miao Wei hydropower project in China for feasibility verification and the error index reduced from 2.618 to 0.337. 展开更多

To make the dynamic assembly reliability analysis more effective for complex machinery of multi-object multi-discipline(MOMD),distributed collaborative extremum response surface method(DCERSM)was proposed based on extremum response surface method(ERSM).Firstly,the basic theories of the ERSM and DCERSM were investigated,and the strengths of DCERSM were proved theoretically.Secondly,the mathematical model of the DCERSM was established based upon extremum response surface function(ERSF).Finally,this model was applied to the reliability analysis of blade-tip radial running clearance(BTRRC)of an aeroengine high pressure turbine(HPT)to verify its advantages.The results show that the DCERSM can not only reshape the possibility of the reliability analysis for the complex turbo machinery,but also greatly improve the computational speed,save the computational time and improve the computational efficiency while keeping the accuracy.Thus,the DCERSM is verified to be feasible and effective in the dynamic assembly reliability(DAR)analysis of complex machinery.Moreover,this method offers an useful insight for designing and optimizing the dynamic reliability of complex machinery. 展开更多

Random dynamic responses caused by the uncertainty of structural parameters of the coupled train-ballasted track-subgrade system under train loading can pose safety concerns to the train operation.This paper introduced a computational model for analyzing probabilistic dynamic responses of three-dimensional(3D)coupled train-ballasted track-subgrade system(TBTSS),where the coupling effects of uncertain rail irregularities,stiffness and damping properties of ballast and subgrade layers were simultaneously considered.The number theoretical method(NTM)was employed to design discrete points for the multi-dimensional stochastic parameters.The time-histories of stochastic dynamic vibrations of the TBSS with systematically uncertain structural parameters were calculated accurately and efficiently by employing the probability density evolution method(PDEM).The model-predicted results were consistent with those by the Monte Carlo simulation method.A sensitivity study was performed to assess the relative importance of those uncertain structural parameters,based on which a case study was presented to explore the stochastic probability evolution mechanism of such train-ballasted track-subgrade system. 展开更多

A four-bar linkage mechanism with links fabricated from symmetric laminates was studied. The mass matrix of the beam dement was obtained in light of the mass distribution characteristics of composite materials. The stiffness matrix of the beam element was derived from the constitutive equations of each layer and the relationship between the strain distribution and the node displacement of the beam element. The specific damping capacity of the beam element was analyzed according to the strain distribution of the beam element and the strain energy dissipation caused by vibration in each direction of each layer; and the damping coefficients were obtained according to the principle that the total energy dissipation of the beam element was equal to the work done by the equivalent damping force during a cycle of vibration, from which the damping matrix of the dynamic equations was obtained. Using the finite element method, the dynamic analytic model of the mechanism was obtained. The dynamic responses and natural frequency of the mechanism were obtained by simulation, respectively, and those of the simulation obtained by the proposed model were analyzed and compared with the results obtained by the conventional model. The work provides theoretical basis to a certain extent for the further research on nonlinear vibration characteristics and optimum design of this kind of mechanism. 展开更多

针对大型复杂系统存在的共因失效问题,为能够更真实反映系统的可靠性状况,提出基于概率共因失效(PCCF)的连续时间T-S动态故障树(DFT)分析方法。采用模块化方法对系统进行可靠性分析,静态故障树部分采用隐式方法,动态故障树部分采用连续... 针对大型复杂系统存在的共因失效问题,为能够更真实反映系统的可靠性状况,提出基于概率共因失效(PCCF)的连续时间T-S动态故障树(DFT)分析方法。采用模块化方法对系统进行可靠性分析,静态故障树部分采用隐式方法,动态故障树部分采用连续时间T-S动态故障树方法。利用隐式方法计算考虑PCCF的子系统故障概率,得出在不同概率共因失效组发生情况下顶事件的可靠性情况。将子系统的顶事件作为系统的底事件,构建考虑PCCF的组合连续时间T-S动态故障树,最后利用连续时间T-S动态故障树算法对整个系统进行可靠性分析。以柴油机润滑系统可靠性分析为例,通过分析考虑PCCF的连续时间T-S动态故障树并与不考虑概率共因失效的方法进行对比,验证提出方法的有效性。 展开更多

黄河流域资源型城市水资源承载力评价相关研究缺失,亟待填补以支撑黄河流域的生态保护与高质量发展战略。以油气资源城市庆阳市为例,其油气开发面临水资源短缺问题。结合庆阳市实际,融合动静评价法构建油气开发区水资源承载力评估体系,... 黄河流域资源型城市水资源承载力评价相关研究缺失,亟待填补以支撑黄河流域的生态保护与高质量发展战略。以油气资源城市庆阳市为例,其油气开发面临水资源短缺问题。结合庆阳市实际,融合动静评价法构建油气开发区水资源承载力评估体系,在静态评估中通过主成分分析法追溯历史变化并分析关键影响因素,动态评估则是采用系统动力学提出了4种优化方案,并对庆阳市2022—2035年水资源承载力趋势进行了预测。结果表明:2012—2022年,由于社会经济发展、水资源利用和生态建设等多方面因素的共同影响,庆阳市水资源承载力总体呈逐年下降趋势,年均下降幅度为18.78%;考虑节水、治污、经济调节等方面形成综合发展方案,认为可通过采取供需双向调整策略缓解水资源压力。研究成果可为庆阳市水资源调控提供参考。 展开更多

基于组合模态推覆法的高层建筑地震动有限元模拟分析

由于地震动的随机性,高层建筑在地震作用下的响应也变得复杂多样。不同楼层、不同方向的结构构件可能会受到不同的地震力作用,导致结构产生复杂的内力和变形。为更加准确地评估高层住宅建筑在地震作用下的响应性能,以某实际工程为例,利... 由于地震动的随机性,高层建筑在地震作用下的响应也变得复杂多样。不同楼层、不同方向的结构构件可能会受到不同的地震力作用,导致结构产生复杂的内力和变形。为更加准确地评估高层住宅建筑在地震作用下的响应性能,以某实际工程为例,利用组合模态推覆法进行地震响应的有限元模拟分析。运用ABAQUS软件建立高层住宅建筑钢筋混凝土框架结构有限元模型,选取El-Centro、Northridge、Taft、Kobe地震波及人工地震波作为地震动输入,利用组合模态推覆法模拟和评价高层建筑结构的非线性行为;根据结构动力学平衡理论获取静态荷载作用下的结构位移和基底剪力,计算动态荷载作用下的结构延性系数、抵抗水平力。结果表明,通过静力弹塑性分析得到的高层住宅建筑层间最大位移为56.2 mm,多发生在结构中部和上部;基底剪力最大值为10540 kN。通过动力弹塑性分析得到该建筑的残余变形多发生在结构中部和上部。通过滞回性能分析可知,随着荷载和循环次数的增加,底部楼层结构发生了一定的刚度退化;中部楼层结构变形逐渐增大,但抵抗变形能力存在一定程度的减弱;上部楼层结构刚度发生明显退化,影响了整体结构稳定性。 展开更多

动态特性评估对于交流接触器的可靠性和优化设计至关重要,数字样机模型与实验测量相结合的方法为评估动态特性提供了新方案。然而,现有商用有限元软件在求解数字样机模型时存在耗时长、收敛性差等诸多问题。对此,该文提出一种基于传输... 动态特性评估对于交流接触器的可靠性和优化设计至关重要,数字样机模型与实验测量相结合的方法为评估动态特性提供了新方案。然而,现有商用有限元软件在求解数字样机模型时存在耗时长、收敛性差等诸多问题。对此,该文提出一种基于传输线法的交流接触器动态特性有限元并行计算方法,可实现交流接触器动态特性的加速求解。首先,利用有限元法和场路耦合建立交流接触器电磁-力耦合的数字样机模型。然后,基于传输线法将有限元模型的三角形单元等效成电路模型和传输线模型,从而将非线性问题解耦为线性网络和非线性网络。非线性网络等效成多个独立的电路,可以进行单元的大规模并行计算。通过与商用有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics?以及实验测量结果进行对比,验证了传输线法在交流接触器动态特性计算方面的准确性。与COMSOL Multiphysics?求解动态特性的时间相比,传输线法的计算速度比COMSOL Multiphysics?提升了2.46倍。 展开更多

为科学管控高支模施工安全风险,降低高支模施工事故发生概率,首先基于高支模事故调查报告,采用社会网络分析法(SNA)筛选风险因素,从人员、施工技术、管理、机械设备及材料、环境5个维度构建高支模施工安全风险指标体系;其次建立系统动力... 为科学管控高支模施工安全风险,降低高支模施工事故发生概率,首先基于高支模事故调查报告,采用社会网络分析法(SNA)筛选风险因素,从人员、施工技术、管理、机械设备及材料、环境5个维度构建高支模施工安全风险指标体系;其次建立系统动力学(SD)模型,并利用序关系分析法(G1)计算各风险指标权重;最后以山西浑源抽水蓄能电站主副厂房高支模施工为研究背景,进行风险演化规律研究。结果表明:施工人员违章作业的绝对中心度和相对中心度最高,更容易和其他风险因素组合导致事故的发生;随着安全投入和风险管控措施的实施,高支模施工安全风险开始呈现出先快速上升,到达峰值后快速下降,再次上升到达次高值后下降,最终趋于平缓的变化趋势,与现场实际情况基本相符,验证了模型的有效性;施工中需加强对管理和环境两方面的防控,两者对各个风险初值的敏感性较高。 展开更多

与传统框架结构相比,摇摆框架结构在地震作用下具有损伤小、残余变形小等优异的抗震韧性性能,体现出可恢复功能结构的典型特征。因此,需要匹配更高标准的抗震性能目标,并建立相应目标下的设计方法。首先,在传统建筑结构“三水准”抗震... 与传统框架结构相比,摇摆框架结构在地震作用下具有损伤小、残余变形小等优异的抗震韧性性能,体现出可恢复功能结构的典型特征。因此,需要匹配更高标准的抗震性能目标,并建立相应目标下的设计方法。首先,在传统建筑结构“三水准”抗震设防目标和可恢复功能结构“四水准”抗震设防目标的基础之上,完成符合摇摆框架结构基于性能的抗震设计的具体韧性性能水准的划分、目标的定义以及指标的量化。然后,在明确摇摆框架结构弹塑性地震响应基本规律与抗震韧性性能的基础之上,给出基于性能的抗震设计流程,并以一幢四层钢筋混凝土框架结构为例,展示四水准抗震设防目标下基于性能设计方法的工程算例。最后,选用6条天然地震波对其进行动力弹塑性时程分析,模拟建筑物遭遇罕遇地震时的结构响应。研究结果表明,摇摆框架结构在罕遇地震作用下,最大层间位移角满足设计要求的性能目标,并表现出损伤程度低、残余变形小、复位能力好等优异的抗震韧性性能特点。验证了摇摆钢筋混凝土框架结构在四水准抗震设防目标下性能化抗震设计方法的可行性。 展开更多

压缩空气储能(CAES)系统具有规模大、效率高等特点,被认为是最具发展潜力的大规模储能技术之一。整体齿式压缩机作为CAES系统的核心装备之一,其双悬臂转子的稳定性越来越受到人们的重视。为解决转子两端悬挂叶轮不平衡量引起的转子振动... 压缩空气储能(CAES)系统具有规模大、效率高等特点,被认为是最具发展潜力的大规模储能技术之一。整体齿式压缩机作为CAES系统的核心装备之一,其双悬臂转子的稳定性越来越受到人们的重视。为解决转子两端悬挂叶轮不平衡量引起的转子振动报警,通常选用多平衡面现场动平衡,而多平面平衡操作复杂且启停次数多,为简化平衡过程、延长双悬臂转子使用寿命,本工作对CAES系统双悬臂转子不平衡特性及动平衡方法进行了研究。首先,基于有限元分析软件对压缩机双悬臂转子进行了建模分析,研究表明对于双悬臂转子的双端不平衡,可解耦为单端不平衡进行平衡,从而避免生产过程中复杂的动平衡过程。然后,通过现场一端叶轮进行现场动平衡实验,对比了不同试重对轴系动平衡效果的影响,实验结果表明添加试重产生的振动幅值与相位变化量越大,计算所得配重的平衡效果越好。最后,在另一端叶轮完全模拟现场实际情况对叶轮出厂原始不平衡量进行盲平,验证了本研究方法的有效性和普适性,平衡效率达到84.01%。 展开更多

某城市交通上盖建筑的结构高度为119.1m,具有刚度突变、构件中断等不规则项,为满足功能需求,采用厚板转换全框支剪力墙结构。通过5个算例模型的振型分解反应谱法计算,分析了转换板厚度对结构抗震性能的影响规律,进而确定了板厚。在PERFO... 某城市交通上盖建筑的结构高度为119.1m,具有刚度突变、构件中断等不规则项,为满足功能需求,采用厚板转换全框支剪力墙结构。通过5个算例模型的振型分解反应谱法计算,分析了转换板厚度对结构抗震性能的影响规律,进而确定了板厚。在PERFORM-3D中采用深梁划分转换板,用深梁非线性行为来模拟板厚的受力状态,对结构进行了罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,找到该结构的薄弱部位,检验结构是否满足设计时既定的性能目标,综合评价该类结构的抗震性能。分析结果表明:转换板厚度的增加对结构的抗震性能有一定影响,但增加到一定程度时,影响效率降低;在罕遇地震下,该结构的破坏次序为连梁-剪力墙-柱,符合预期破坏模式,具有较好的抗震性能。 展开更多

边坡在地震作用下极易发生失稳,并常常伴随着明显的三维特征。基于极限分析上限原理和一维稳定入渗模型,对非饱和土边坡三维稳定性进行了研究。提出一种新的三维水平切片法,有效考虑了非饱和土重度、地震加速度和表观黏聚力的非线性分... 边坡在地震作用下极易发生失稳,并常常伴随着明显的三维特征。基于极限分析上限原理和一维稳定入渗模型,对非饱和土边坡三维稳定性进行了研究。提出一种新的三维水平切片法,有效考虑了非饱和土重度、地震加速度和表观黏聚力的非线性分布特征。地震惯性力采用考虑土体阻尼和共振的修正拟动力法(MPDM)表示。通过重度加大法推导出边坡安全系数的显式表达式。与已有研究成果进行对比验证,并进行了一系列参数研究。结果表明:当边坡受到与土体固有频率接近的地震波作用时,会发生共振现象,边坡安全系数迅速降低;在同一地震频率作用下,安全系数随地震加速度系数的增大而减小;当B/H<3时,三维效应明显,在边坡设计时应考虑三维效应;吸力的存在有助于提高边坡的稳定性。 展开更多
