The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the...The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the sample data of A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2021,we apply a multi-period difference-in-differences model to analyze whether the implementation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies plays a leverage effect or a crowd out effect on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and systematically test the regulatory mechanism of government grants and media attention in the process of this influence.The empirical results show that the imple-mentation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies has a positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and that the green innovation induced by this reform is not the leverage effect of additional R&D investment on the basis of the existing innovation activities of enterprises but rather the result of the reallocation of resources to crowd out existing non-green innovation.It is further found that government grants and media attention positively moderate the positive driving effect of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises.展开更多
Resource management must attach importance to effective resource deployment.Aiming at the research of resource deployment system,firstly,as an important factor of resource deployment system,corporate technological inn...Resource management must attach importance to effective resource deployment.Aiming at the research of resource deployment system,firstly,as an important factor of resource deployment system,corporate technological innovation social responsibility(CISR)is analyzed.Based on this,this paper constructs a system dynamics model to analyze the changes in resource deployment system affected by CISR.The simulation model is developed using Venism personal learning edition(PLE).The results show that CISR,acted as a new factor affecting the resource deployment system,has a positive effect on resource deployment system performance.Moreover,when CISR exceeds the threshold value,the resource deployment system performance increases significantly faster,reflecting that the resource deployment system becomes more efficient.The results show that the method proposed in this paper is feasible and efficient.This research provides theoretical and practical implications for resource deployment system research.展开更多
In complex environments such as high dynamics and weak signals,a satellite signal compensation method based on prefabricated trajectory assistance and an improved adaptive Kalman filter is proposed for a 155 mm differ...In complex environments such as high dynamics and weak signals,a satellite signal compensation method based on prefabricated trajectory assistance and an improved adaptive Kalman filter is proposed for a 155 mm differential rotating rear-body control-guided projectile to address the situation of satellite signal flickering and loss in projectile navigation systems due to environmental limitations.First,establish the system state and measurement equation when receiving satellite signals normally.Second,a seven-degree-of-freedom external ballistic model is constructed,and the ideal trajectory output from the ballistic model is used to provide the virtual motion state of the projectile,which is input into a filter as a substitute observation when satellite signals are lost.Finally,an adaptive Kalman filter(AKF)is designed,the proposed adaptive Kalman filter can accurately adjust the estimation error covariance matrix and Kalman gain in real-time based on information covariance mismatch.The simulation results show that compared to the classical Kalman filter,it can reduce the average positioning error by more than 38.21%in the case of short-term and full-range loss of satellite signals,providing a new idea for the integrated navigation of projectiles with incomplete information under the condition of satellite signal loss.展开更多
Since social media increasingly infiltrates the workplace,it may affect employee innovation.However,how so-cial media use(SMU)affects employee innovation performance remains controversial.Therefore,this study explores...Since social media increasingly infiltrates the workplace,it may affect employee innovation.However,how so-cial media use(SMU)affects employee innovation performance remains controversial.Therefore,this study explores the underlying mechanisms and boundary conditions in the relationship between SMU and employee innovation performance.The research model was tested through a survey of 221 Chinese employees.The results show that SMU is positively re-lated to employee innovation performance,with work engagement acting as a mediator in this relationship.Employee tra-ditionality positively moderates the positive impact of work-related SMU on work engagement,while traditionality has no moderating effect on the relationship between social-related SMU and work engagement.This study focuses on the rela-tionship between SMU and innovation performance based on conservation of resources theory,offering insights into the intrinsic mechanism by which SMU affects employee innovation.Furthermore,this study considers the moderating effect of employee traditionality based on social cognitive theory,enriching the knowledge of how traditionality influences the impacts of SMU.This study has theoretical implications for future research and practical guidance for enterprises regard-ing the proper use of social media.展开更多

Totally four levels of indices, namely the strategy level, the mechanism level, the carrier level and the comment level, were introduced to construct the county innovation appraisal system. How to alleviate the pressure of resources and the environ-ment and to achieve the sustainable development of the economy has become a global agenda.China＇ s economy growth has been rapid for decades since the reform and opening up policy,but this has also been a great drain on China＇ s resources and the environment, which is an ur-gent problem to tackle. In recently years, the Chinese government has launched many environ-mental policies in the hope of encouraging technological innovation to guarantee the sustain-able development of the economy. However, research suggested that technological innovationis negatively correlated with environmental policies in most scenarios. In some cases, the num-ber of technological innovation decreases after policies take effect and increases after a whilelike a U - curve. In order to solve this problem, I decided to analyze the panel data from 80provinces in China between 2008 and 2014 and conclude that local governance can implementenvironmental regulations while having a positive impact on the technological innovation inenterprises. In the conclusion, suggestions are given to local governments on how to better en-force environmental policies.展开更多

Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform o...Cloud manufacturing is a specific implementation form of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy. Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform operators and users. A microscopic model is proposed to investigate advantages and diffusion forces of CMP through exploration of its diffusion process and mechanism. Specifically, a three-stage basic evolution process of CMP is innovatively proposed. Then, based on this basic process, a more complex CMP evolution model has been established in virtue of complex network theory, with five diffusion forces identified. Thereafter, simulations on CMP diffusion have been conducted. The results indicate that, CMP possesses better resource utilization,user satisfaction, and enterprise utility. Results of simulation on impacts of different diffusion forces show that both the time required for CMP to reach an equilibrium state and the final network size are affected simultaneously by the five diffusion forces. All these analyses indicate that CMP could create an open online cooperation environment and turns out to be an effective implementation of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy.展开更多

The crux of the problem herein is to developinnovation capability and offer a good environment for those creation-driven persons in order to facilitate themto play their roles. The creativity hence is equated with a technical, instrumental existence, and innovationcapability therefore is understood as something with creativity for ever. This kind of research cannot wellunderstand the social nature of innovation, and would lead to our over-dependence on those technical factorsin the matter of innovation of education. In our opinion, the longing for innovation is not only the need of theknowledge-based society, but the need of the whole modern society. As Schumpeter argues, between the growthand the development there is not an absolute gap, where seemingly insignificant may exit a truly earthshakingpower. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.
文摘Based on the analysis of the connotation of regional economic development,this paper constructed an assessment criteria system of Chinese economic development,and made a comparative analysis of the overall situation of Chinese regional economic development and its performance in terms of supply,demand,development efficiency,economical operation,and opening up.According to the results,the sample provinces were divided into leading regions,superior regions,medium regions,and catch-up regions,and measures were proposed to improve regional economic development from the perspectives of bench marking with leading regions,releasing regional potentials,and upgrading the quality of innovative elements,which provided new ideas for the construction of economic development assessment criteria system and certain reference for the thrust of high quality regional development.

文摘Small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly under the guidance and support of the national industrial policy.Because of the influence of the post financial crisis,the rate of the global economy development decreased and the market competition increased,the profit of small and medium-sized enterprises is on the decline or even in a loss.The paper,based on the value creation logic of Balanced Score Card,put forward that we should,with the Differentiation Strategy as the basis,using Strategy Map and Cascade Strategy,integrate the key internal procedures to increase the strategic preparation of intangible assets to guide the business model innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

文摘Cloud manufacturing is a specific implementation form of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy. Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform operators and users. A microscopic model is proposed to investigate advantages and diffusion forces of CMP through exploration of its diffusion process and mechanism. Specifically, a three-stage basic evolution process of CMP is innovatively proposed. Then, based on this basic process, a more complex CMP evolution model has been established in virtue of complex network theory, with five diffusion forces identified. Thereafter, simulations on CMP diffusion have been conducted. The results indicate that, CMP possesses better resource utilization,user satisfaction, and enterprise utility. Results of simulation on impacts of different diffusion forces show that both the time required for CMP to reach an equilibrium state and the final network size are affected simultaneously by the five diffusion forces. All these analyses indicate that CMP could create an open online cooperation environment and turns out to be an effective implementation of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy.

文摘Knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams helps to maximally gather knowledge sources and promote knowledge dissemination,exchange and digestion among different disciplines. T he effect of transfer directly affects the team's capacity of knowledge innovation and its outcomes. In this paper,a WSB-based research framework for the influencing factors of knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams is established by means of grounded theory with help of in-depth interviews,in which five fundamental categories that affect knowledge transfer within teams,namely,knowledge source,knowledge receiver,knowledge transfer context,knowledge characteristics and knowledge transfer medium,are proposed to elaborate on the relationship between the fundamental categories and the effect of knowledge transfer within teams.Finally,a theoretical saturation test is conducted to verify the rationality and scientific tenability of this theoretical framework.
文摘There is almost universal faith in ＂innovation capability＂, which can realize creations with obvioussocial values, and a knowledge-based needs such creation. The crux of the problem herein is to developinnovation capability and offer a good environment for those creation-driven persons in order to facilitate themto play their roles. The creativity hence is equated with a technical, instrumental existence, and innovationcapability therefore is understood as something with creativity for ever. This kind of research cannot wellunderstand the social nature of innovation, and would lead to our over-dependence on those technical factorsin the matter of innovation of education. In our opinion, the longing for innovation is not only the need of theknowledge-based society, but the need of the whole modern society. As Schumpeter argues, between the growthand the development there is not an absolute gap, where seemingly insignificant may exit a truly earthshakingpower. Our ultimate aim is to build an educational theory of innovation based upon the social nature of innovation,that is, to build a meta-theory of the sharing framework of the action of educational innovation.
