Firstly, the linguistic weighted generalized mean (LWGM) and the linguistic generalized ordered weighted averaging (LGOWA) operator are introduced. These aggregation functions use linguistic information and generalized means in the weighted average (WA) and in the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) function. They are very useful for uncertain situations where the available information cannot be assessed with numerical values but it is possible to use linguistic assessments. These aggregation operators generalize a wide range of aggregation operators that use linguistic information such as the linguistic generalized mean (LGM), the linguistic OWA (LOWA) operator and the linguistic or- dered weighted quadratic averaging (LOWQA) operator. We also introduce a further generalization by using quasi-arithmetic means instead of generalized means obtaining the quasi-LWA and the quasi-LOWA operator. Finally, we develop an application of the new approach where we analyze a decision making problem regarding the selection of strategies.展开更多

The governing equations of fractional order generalized thermoelasticity with three-phase lag model for functionally graded materials(FGM)(i.e., material with spatially varying material properties) are established. The analytical solution in the transform domain is obtained by using the eigenvalue approach.The inversion of Laplace transform is done numerically. The graphical results indicate that the fractional parameter has significant effects on all the physical quantities. Thus, we can consider the theory of fractional order generalized thermoelasticity an improvement on studying elastic materials.展开更多

The p...A generalized multiple-mode prolate spherical wave functions (PSWFs) multi-carrier with index modulation approach is proposed with the purpose of improving the spectral efficiency of PSWFs multi-carrier systems. The proposed method,based on the optimized multi-index modulation, does not limit the number of signals in the first and second constellations and abandons the concept of limiting the number of signals in different constellations. It successfully increases the spectrum efficiency of the system while expanding the number of modulation symbol combinations and the index dimension of PSWFs signals. The proposed method outperforms the PSWFs multi-carrier index modulation method based on optimized multiple indexes in terms of spectrum efficiency, but at the expense of system computational complexity and bit error performance. For example, with n=10 subcarriers and a bit error rate of 1×10^(-5),spectral efficiency can be raised by roughly 12.4%.展开更多

由于水下环境的多样性和光在水中受到的散射及选择性吸收作用,采集到的水下图像通常会产生严重的质量退化问题,如颜色偏差、清晰度低和亮度低等,为解决以上问题,本文提出了一种基于Transformer和生成对抗网络的水下图像增强算法。以生...由于水下环境的多样性和光在水中受到的散射及选择性吸收作用,采集到的水下图像通常会产生严重的质量退化问题,如颜色偏差、清晰度低和亮度低等,为解决以上问题,本文提出了一种基于Transformer和生成对抗网络的水下图像增强算法。以生成对抗网络为基础架构,结合编码解码结构、基于空间自注意力机制的全局特征建模Transformer模块和通道级多尺度特征融合Transformer模块构建了TGAN(generative adversarial network with transformer)网络增强模型,重点关注水下图像衰减更严重的颜色通道和空间区域,有效增强了图像细节并解决了颜色偏差问题。此外,设计了一种结合RGB和LAB颜色空间的多项损失函数,约束网络增强模型的对抗训练。实验结果表明,与CLAHE(contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization)、UDCP(underwater dark channel prior)、UWCNN(underwater based on convolutional neural network)、FUnIE-GAN(fast underwater image enhancement for improved visual perception)等典型水下图像增强算法相比,所提算法增强后的水下图像在清晰度、细节纹理和色彩表现等方面都有所提升,客观评价指标如峰值信噪比、结构相似性和水下图像质量度量的平均值分别提升了5.8%、1.8%和3.6%,有效地提升了水下图像的视觉感知效果。展开更多
Reaction control system(RCS) is a powerful and efficient actuator for space vehicles attitude control, which is typically characterized as a pulsed unilateral effector only with two states(off/on). Along with inevitab...Reaction control system(RCS) is a powerful and efficient actuator for space vehicles attitude control, which is typically characterized as a pulsed unilateral effector only with two states(off/on). Along with inevitable internal uncertainties and external disturbances in practice, this inherent nonlinear character always hinders space vehicles autopilot from pursuing precise tracking performance. Compared to most of pre-existing methodologies that passively suppress the uncertainties and disturbances, a design based on predictive functional control(PFC) and generalized extended state observer(GESO) is firstly proposed for three-axis RCS control system to actively reject that with no requirement for additional fuel consumption. To obtain a high fidelity predictive model on which the performance of PFC greatly depends, the nonlinear coupling multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) flight dynamics model is parameterized as a state-dependent coefficient form. And based on that, a MIMO PFC algorithm in state space domain for a plant of arbitrary orders is deduced in this paper.The internal uncertainties and external disturbances are lumped as a total disturbance, which is estimated and cancelled timely to further enhance the robustness. The continuous control command synthesised by above controller-rejector tandem is finally modulated by pulse width pulse frequency modulator(PWPF) to on-off signals to meet RCS requirement. The robustness and feasibility of the proposed design are validated by a series of performance comparison simulations with some prominent methods in the presence of significant perturbations and disturbances, as well as measurement noise.展开更多

To describe traveler’s risk-taking behaviors under uncertain...The traffic equilibrium assignment problem under tradable credit scheme(TCS) in a bi-modal stochastic transportation network is investigated in this paper. To describe traveler’s risk-taking behaviors under uncertainty, the cumulative prospect theory(CPT) is adopted. Travelers are assumed to choose the paths with the minimum perceived generalized path costs, consisting of time prospect value(PV) and monetary cost. At equilibrium with a given TCS, the endogenous reference points and credit price remain constant, and are consistent with the equilibrium flow pattern and the corresponding travel time distributions of road sub-network. To describe such an equilibrium state, the CPT-based stochastic user equilibrium(SUE) conditions can be formulated under TCS. An equivalent variational inequality(VI) model embedding a parameterized fixed point(FP) model is then established, with its properties analyzed theoretically. A heuristic solution algorithm is developed to solve the model, which contains two-layer iterations. The outer iteration is a bisection-based contraction method to find the equilibrium credit price, and the inner iteration is essentially the method of successive averages(MSA) to determine the corresponding CPT-based SUE network flow pattern. Numerical experiments are provided to validate the model and algorithm.展开更多

For matrix polytopes, new conditions via the affine parameter-dependent Lyapunov function of uncertain systems are developed with the benefit of the scalar multi-convex function. To be convenient for applications, such conditions are simplified into new linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions, which can be solved by the powerful LMI toolbox. Numerical examples are provided to indicate that this new approach is less conservative than previous results for Hurwitz stability, Schur stability and D-stability of uncertain systems under certain circumstances.展开更多

At equilibrium with a given TCS, the endogenous reference points and credit price remain constant, and are consistent with the equilibrium flow pattern and the corresponding travel time distributions of road sub-network. To describe such an equilibrium state, the CPT-based stochastic user equilibrium(SUE) conditions can be formulated under TCS. An equivalent variational inequality(VI) model embedding a parameterized fixed point(FP) model is then established, with its properties analyzed theoretically. A heuristic solution algorithm is developed to solve the model, which contains two-layer iterations. The outer iteration is a bisection-based contraction method to find the equilibrium credit price, and the inner iteration is essentially the method of successive averages(MSA) to determine the corresponding CPT-based SUE network flow pattern. Numerical experiments are provided to validate the model and algorithm.

文摘The problem of the robust D-stability analysis for linear systems with parametric uncertainties is addressed. For matrix polytopes, new conditions via the affine parameter-dependent Lyapunov function of uncertain systems are developed with the benefit of the scalar multi-convex function. To be convenient for applications, such conditions are simplified into new linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions, which can be solved by the powerful LMI toolbox. Numerical examples are provided to indicate that this new approach is less conservative than previous results for Hurwitz stability, Schur stability and D-stability of uncertain systems under certain circumstances.

Although such a fact often appears, some unknown law breaks into the system and leads it into turbulence. Using function one direction S-rough sets, this article gives the concept of the F-generation law in the system, the generation model of the F-generation law and the recognition method of the system law. Function one direction singular rough sets is a new theory and method in recognizing the disturbance law existing in the system and recognizing the system law.
