High-alkali species in coal are notorious for causing ash slagging and fouling incidents.In this paper,four high-alkali coals were individually subject to hydrothermal pretreatment(HTP),within a batch-type autoclave a...High-alkali species in coal are notorious for causing ash slagging and fouling incidents.In this paper,four high-alkali coals were individually subject to hydrothermal pretreatment(HTP),within a batch-type autoclave at 300 -C for 1 h,and the treated coals were analyzed,along with the oxygen-containing functional groups determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).Then the alkali species and other components in the coal ash were quantified by X-ray fluorescence(XRF)for evaluating the ash slagging and fouling tendency.Apart from this,FactSage was adopted to simulate the occurrence and transformation of alkali species during coal thermal conversion ending at various temperatures.The findings indicate that the treated coals are superior to the parent ones in terms of certain remarkable changes via HTP.The moisture,oxygen and sulfur of the hydrothermally treated coals decline obviously,while the calorific value rises sharply.HTP could reduce the alkali species to less than 2%(%,by weight,equivalent to Na2O in dry ash),with a maximum removal ratio of 88.9%,lowering the ash slagging and fouling tendency.The proposed mechanism of HTP was that the alkali species in coal matrix became released due to the breakage of the coal functional groups and micropores during HTP.展开更多

The results show that Zn d-X p orbital interactions play an important role in the p-type doping tendency in zinc-based Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductors. In ZnX, with increasing atomic number of X, Zn d-X p orbital interactions decrease and Zn s-X p orbital interactions increase. Additionally, substituting group-V elements for X will reduce the Zn d-X p orbital interactions while substituting group-VII elements for X will increase the Zn d-X p orbital interactions. The results also show that group-V-doped ZnX and group-Ⅷ-doped ZnX exhibit different optical behaviours due to their different orbital interaction effects.展开更多

To evaluate the accuracy of rockburst tendency classification in coal-bearing sandstone strata,this study conducted uniaxial compression loading and unloading tests on sandstone samples with four distinct grain sizes....To evaluate the accuracy of rockburst tendency classification in coal-bearing sandstone strata,this study conducted uniaxial compression loading and unloading tests on sandstone samples with four distinct grain sizes.The tests involved loading the samples to 60%,70%,and 80%of their uniaxial compressive strength,followed by unloading and reloading until failure.Key parameters such as the elastic energy index and linear elasticity criteria were derived from these tests.Additionally,rock fragments were collected to calculate their initial ejection kinetic energy,serving as a measure of rockburst tendency.The classification of rockburst tendency was conducted using grading methods based on burst energy index(WET),pre-peak stored elastic energy(PES)and experimental observations.Multi-class classification and regression analyses were applied to machine learning models using experimental data to predict rockburst tendency levels.A comparative analysis of models from two libraries revealed that the Random Forest model achieved the highest accuracy in classification,while the Ada Boost Regressor model excelled in regression predictions.This study highlights that on a laboratory scale,integrating ejection kinetic energy with the unloading ratio,failure load,W_(ET)and PES through machine learning offers a highly accurate and reliable approach for determining rockburst tendency levels.展开更多

Knowing the current condition of the faults and fractures in a reservoir is crucial for production and injection activities.A good estimation of the fault reactivation potential in the current stress field is a useful...Knowing the current condition of the faults and fractures in a reservoir is crucial for production and injection activities.A good estimation of the fault reactivation potential in the current stress field is a useful tool for locating the appropriate spot to drill injection wells and to calculate the maximum sustainable pore pressure in enhanced oil recovery and geosequestration projects.In this study,after specifying the current stress state in the Gachsaran oilfield based on Anderson’s faulting theory,the reactivation tendency of four faults(F1,F2,F3,and F4)in the Asmari reservoir is analyzed using 3D Mohr diagrams and slip tendency factors.Results showed that all the faults are stable in the current stress state,and F2 has the potential to undergo the highest pore pressure build-up in the field.On the other hand,F3 has the proper conditions(i.e.,strike and dip referring to σHmax orientation)for reactivation.Stress polygons were also applied to show the effect of the pore pressure increase on fault stability,in a graphical manner.According to the results,the best location for drilling a new injection well in this part of the field is the NW side of F2,due to the lower risk of reactivation.It was found that both methods of 3D Mohr diagrams and slip tendency factors predict similar results,and with the lack of image logs for stress orientation determination,the slip tendency method can be applied.The results of such studies can also be used for locating safe injection points and determining the injection pressure prior to numerical modeling in further geomechanical studies.展开更多

The results show that parameter x can be used to indicate the disordering tendencies within a given pyrochlore family. Bond type, cohesive energy and defect-formation energies can be used to explain some experimental observations, but they are not determined exclusively by radiation "resistance" for a different pyrochlore family.展开更多

Stability is the key issue for kinetic-energy supercavitating projectiles.Our previous work established a six degrees of freedom(DOF)dynamic model for supercavitating projectiles.However,the projectile’s structure di...Stability is the key issue for kinetic-energy supercavitating projectiles.Our previous work established a six degrees of freedom(DOF)dynamic model for supercavitating projectiles.However,the projectile’s structure did not meet our current design specifications(its sailing distance could reach 100 m at an initial speed of 500 m/s).The emphasis of this study lies in optimizing the projectile’s configuration.Therefore,a program was developed to optimize the projectile’s structure to achieve an optimal design or the largest sailing distance.The program is a working optimal method based on the genetic algorithm(GA).Additionally,the convergence standard and population producing strategy were improved,which greatly elevated the calculation speed and precision.To meet design specifications,the improved GA was combined with the 6DOF model,which establishes a dynamic optimization problem.The new projectile’s structure was obtained by solving this problem.Then,the new structures’dynamic features were compared with the ideals proposed in this paper.The criterion of stability,which is called weakened self-stability,was redefined based on the results.The weakened self-stability is the optimal stability for an actual kinetic projectile motion,and it is instructive for the design of supercavitating projectiles in the future.展开更多

文摘This paper performs the density functional theory calculations to obtain some factors influencing the response of pyrochlores Gd2B207 (B = Ti, Sn, Zr) to ion irradiation-induced amorphization. The 48f oxygen position parameter x, cohesive energy, bond type and defect-formation energy are discussed. The results show that parameter x can be used to indicate the disordering tendencies within a given pyrochlore family. Bond type, cohesive energy and defect-formation energies can be used to explain some experimental observations, but they are not determined exclusively by radiation "resistance" for a different pyrochlore family.
文摘Language and gender are always the focus in the field of foreign language teaching since modern times.In the 1970s,after the occurrence of women status and language theory model proposed by Lakoff,the research on the field of language gender difference begin to develop prosperously and present in a multilevel and interdisciplinary way.Since then,the research on the field of gender and language gradually expand into the teaching area especially in foreign language teaching.And gender has also become an significant variable in the field.This paper aims to find out the reason why gender inequality occurs in foreign language teaching.To understand the factors causing this tendency,a questionnaire is also designed to find out teachers'perception of the relevant gender issues in the foreign language classroom and of their own gender-differentiated treatment of boys and girls.The following three questions are to be explored in the research.(1)In what way do teachers give boys or girls more attention,more opportunities to participate in the English class?(2)What role do teachers'gender-specific practice play in students'language learning?(3)Girls have better command of English because they are better bestowed than boys or because they are expected to.It is believed that teachers are reliable agent in foreign language teaching,if equipped with proper gender equity training.Attempts should be made by some parties such as Education Department,normal universities,to tackle this problem as to offer both boys and girls an optimal foreign language learning experience.

文摘The physical trend of group-I/tellurides is unexpected and contrary to the conventional wisdom. The present firstprinciples calculations give fundamental insights into the extent to which group-Ⅱ telluride compounds present special properties upon mixing the d valence character. Our results provide explanations for the unexpected experimental observations based on the abnormal binding ordering of metal d electrons and their strong perturbation to the band edge states. The insights into the binary tellurides are useful for the study and control of the structural and chemical perturbation in their ternary alloys and heterostructures.

文摘Stability is the key issue for kinetic-energy supercavitating projectiles.Our previous work established a six degrees of freedom(DOF)dynamic model for supercavitating projectiles.However,the projectile’s structure did not meet our current design specifications(its sailing distance could reach 100 m at an initial speed of 500 m/s).The emphasis of this study lies in optimizing the projectile’s configuration.Therefore,a program was developed to optimize the projectile’s structure to achieve an optimal design or the largest sailing distance.The program is a working optimal method based on the genetic algorithm(GA).Additionally,the convergence standard and population producing strategy were improved,which greatly elevated the calculation speed and precision.To meet design specifications,the improved GA was combined with the 6DOF model,which establishes a dynamic optimization problem.The new projectile’s structure was obtained by solving this problem.Then,the new structures’dynamic features were compared with the ideals proposed in this paper.The criterion of stability,which is called weakened self-stability,was redefined based on the results.The weakened self-stability is the optimal stability for an actual kinetic projectile motion,and it is instructive for the design of supercavitating projectiles in the future.
