Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed control systems with conventional linear active disturbance rejection control(CLADRC)strategy encounter issues regarding the coupling between dynamic response and disturbance suppression and have poor performance in suppressing complex nonlinear disturbances.In order to address these issues,this paper proposes an improved two-degree-of-freedom LADRC(TDOF-LADRC)strategy,which can enhance the disturbance rejection performance of the system while decoupling entirely the system's dynamic and anti-disturbance performance to boost the system robustness and simplify controller parameter tuning.PMSM models that consider total disturbances are developed to design the TDOF-LADRC speed controller accurately.Moreover,to evaluate the control performance of the TDOF-LADRC strategy,its stability is proven,and the influence of each controller parameter on the system control performance is analyzed.Based on it,a comparison is made between the disturbance observation ability and anti-disturbance performance of TDOF-LADRC and CLADRC to prove the superiority of TDOF-LADRC in rejecting disturbances.Finally,experiments are performed on a 750 W PMSM experimental platform,and the results demonstrate that the proposed TDOF-LADRC exhibits the properties of two degrees of freedom and improves the disturbance rejection performance of the PMSM system. 展开更多

Neural networks require a lot of training to understand the model of a plant or a process. Issues such as learning speed, stability, and weight convergence remain as areas of research and comparison of many training algorithms. The application of neural networks to control interior permanent magnet synchronous motor using direct torque control (DTC) is discussed. A neural network is used to emulate the state selector of the DTC. The neural networks used are the back-propagation and radial basis function. To reduce the training patterns and increase the execution speed of the training process, the inputs of switching table are converted to digital signals, i.e., one bit represent the flux error, one bit the torque error, and three bits the region of stator flux. Computer simulations of the motor and neural-network system using the two approaches are presented and compared. Discussions about the back-propagation and radial basis function as the most promising training techniques are presented, giving its advantages and disadvantages. The system using back-propagation and radial basis function networks controller has quick parallel speed and high torque response. 展开更多

The synchronous tracking control problem of a hydraulic parallel manipulator with six degrees of freedom (DOF) is complicated since the inclusion of hydraulic elements increases the order of the system.To solve this problem,cascade control method with an inner/outer-loop control structure is used,which masks the hydraulic dynamics with the inner-loop so that the designed controller takes into account of both the mechanical dynamics and the hydraulic dynamics of the manipulator.Furthermore,a cross-coupling control approach is introduced to the synchronous tracking control of the manipulator.The position synchronization error is developed by considering motion synchronization between each actuator joint and its adjacent ones based on the synchronous goal.Then,with the feedback of both position error and synchronization error,the tracking is proven to guarantee that both the position errors and synchronization errors asymptotically converge to zero.Moreover,the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by the experimental results performed with a 6-DOF hydraulic parallel manipulator. 展开更多

The starting process was analyzed and the model of wound-field synchronous electric machine was established. The change of field current of the electric machine was described mathematically for simplified exciter and rotate rectifier. Based on the traditional field control, the flux linkage compensation was introduced in d-axis current to counteract the flux ripple. Some simulation and preliminary experiments were implemented. The present work focuses on the influence of various parameters, i.e., the dosage of cellulase, the inoculum concentration of yeast, the fermentation temperature and the fermentation time, on the alcohol content and sensory evaluation of the low-alcoholic health drink produced from corncob in a yeast-cellulase synchronous fermentation process. The fermentation was performed by inoculating the seed solution (containing corncob powder and yeast) and cellulase into the synchronous saccharification fermentation medium. Single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were performed, and the optimal processing conditions were obtained based on the characterizations of alcohol content and sensory evaluation. The results show that the alcohol content and sensory evaluation of the drink can reach 6.1 vol.% and 92, respectively, when the dosage of cellulase, inoculum concentration of yeast, the fermentation temperature and the fermentation time are 15 U/g, 7%, 32℃ and 84 h, respectively. 展开更多

Delay,as an inevitable real-world phenomenon,is usually ignored in transport network design.A model of urban hybrid transport system with stochastic delay was created on the basis of the idealized public transport system design.After formulating the total trip time cost composed of accessing time in the sub-region of the city,waiting time at the public transport station,and in-vehicle time in the public transit network,the analytical properties of the total trip time cost function were investigated.The results show that in the urban hybrid transport network design,the total trip time cost reaches its approximate minimum in a δ-neighbourhood of buffer time of 1.5 min,and that through modelling optimal delay in hybrid transport system,the maximal synchronization can be achieved and operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction can be improved.The proposed modelling and analytical investigations are attempts to contribute to more realistic modelling of future idealized public transport system that involves more practical constraints. 展开更多

A discontinuity of magnetic circuits according to the end effect is generated in the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). Due to the unbalanced back electro-motive force (EMF) and impedance produced, unbalanced current is generated. The cireulatin8 current, which is caused by a decrease in the thrust, is generated by the unbalanced current. The optimal design of auxiliary-teeth at the end of the mover was carried out to solve the unbalance of phase by using design of experiment (DOE), and compared with the basic model through finite element analysis (FEA). As a result, the auxiliary-teeth model compensates for the decrease of thrust caused by the unbalanced phase. Also, this model is proven to reduce the detent force by the vibration and noise of the PMLSM and copper loss caused by the circulating current. 展开更多

A fuzzy sliding-mode control (FSMC) scheme based on T-S fuzzy models was proposed for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system to solve the speed tracking problem. A T-S fuzzy model was firstly formed to represent the nonlinear system of PMSM. For converting the tracking control into a stabilization problem, a new control design was proposed to define the internal desired states. Then, the FSMC controller for PMSM system with parameter variation and load disturbance was designed based on the fuzzy model. The performance of the proposed controller was verified by experimental results on PMSM system. The results show that the FSMC scheme can drive the dynamics of PMSM into a designated sliding surface in finite time and guarantee the property of asymptotical stability. The information of upper bound of modeling errors as well as perturbations is not required when using the FSMC controller. 展开更多

The use of design method considering a coil temperature to maximize the thrust density of a double side coreless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) was presented.The optimal current density where the coil temperature reaches an allowable temperature with heat analysis was applied to a magnetic circuit design.Changing optimal current density is verified whenever the design parameters of the motor are altered.The design parameters of the motor were applied to thrust calculation.In this way,the optimal model,which is a reversal of the existing design method,is deduced.The results were compared with the experimental data to verify their validity.When the convection heat transfer coefficient is applied to other models,the results of the analysis and test values show good concordance.The method proposed has some limitations. 展开更多

This article analyzes the shift factors of the descending node local time for sun-synchronous satellites and proposes a shift control method to keep the local time shift within an allowance range. It is found that the satellite orbit design and the orbit injection deviation are the causes for the initial shift velocity, whereas the atmospheric drag and the sun gravitational perturbation produce the shift acceleration. To deal with these shift factors, a shift control method is put forward, through such methods as orbit variation design, orbit altitude, and inclination keeping control. The simulation experiment and practical application have proved the effectiveness of this control method. 展开更多

To analyze the influence of time synchronization error,phase synchronization error,frequency synchronization error,internal delay of the transceiver system,and range error and angle error between the unit radars on the target detection performance,firstly,a spatial detection model of distributed high-frequency surface wave radar(distributed-HFSWR)is established in this paper.In this model,a method for accurate extraction of direct wave spectrum based on curve fitting is proposed to obtain accurate system internal delay and frequency synchronization error under complex electromagnetic environment background and low signal to noise ratio(SNR),and to compensate for the shift of range and Doppler frequency caused by time-frequency synchronization error.The direct wave component is extracted from the spectrum,the range estimation error and Doppler estimation error are reduced by the method of curve fitting,and the fitting accuracy of the parameters is improved.Then,the influence of frequency synchronization error on target range and radial Doppler velocity is quantitatively analyzed.The relationship between frequency synchronization error and radial Doppler velocity shift and range shift is given.Finally,the system synchronization parameters of the trial distributed-HFSWR are obtained by the proposed spectrum extraction method based on curve fitting,the experimental data is compensated to correct the shift of the target,and finally the correct target parameter information is obtained.Simulations and experimental results demonstrate the superiority and correctness of the proposed method,theoretical derivation and detection model proposed in this paper. 展开更多

This drawback can becircumvented by introducing a novel multi-fractal spectrum-basedmethod. Simulation results show that the new method has highrobustness and under the same conditions of bit error, the lowerthe code rate, the higher the recognition rate. 为了快速计算同步发电机负载运行时的稳态性能,希望在转子相对定子旋转的角度尽可能小的情况下就能够准确得到电枢绕组电动势波形。根据电机理论,针对分数槽绕组同步发电机负载运行时的气隙磁通密度进行分析,得到了准确计算电枢绕组电... 为了快速计算同步发电机负载运行时的稳态性能,希望在转子相对定子旋转的角度尽可能小的情况下就能够准确得到电枢绕组电动势波形。根据电机理论,针对分数槽绕组同步发电机负载运行时的气隙磁通密度进行分析,得到了准确计算电枢绕组电动势波形的转子最小旋转角。应用有限元法计算最小旋转角范围内定、转子不同位置下的电磁场,通过对电磁场计算结果进行后处理,得到了定子每个齿磁通在一个或者多个周期的变化波形,从而快速计算电枢绕组电动势波形。对两台不同电枢绕组形式的永磁同步发电机负载电动势波形进行了计算,通过对计算结果进行比较,验证了方法的正确性。在一台电机上进行了实验,计算结果和实验结果较吻合。该方法具有计算准确以及计算量小的优点。 展开更多

对于三相感应电动机的单相运行,学者们已经提出了多种实用的接线方式,比如Smith接法、SEMIHEX接法。然而,对于三相异步起动永磁同步电动机的单相运行,很少有合适的接法提出。将并联式接法应用于三相异步起动永磁同步电动机的单相运行,... 对于三相感应电动机的单相运行,学者们已经提出了多种实用的接线方式,比如Smith接法、SEMIHEX接法。然而,对于三相异步起动永磁同步电动机的单相运行,很少有合适的接法提出。将并联式接法应用于三相异步起动永磁同步电动机的单相运行,提出了一种新型三绕组并联式异步起动单相永磁同步电动机。分析了三相异步起动永磁同步电动机同步运行时以及起动瞬间的正序、负序阻抗,基于对称分量法,对该接法电机的对称运行条件进行分析,得出了电容的确定方法,并利用遗传算法对电容值进行优化。提出了该新型电机稳态性能的计算方法;设计了一台高功率因数和一台低功率因数三相异步起动永磁同步电动机作为样机,并分别将其改接为三绕组高效单相永磁同步电动机,进行实验研究。实验结果表明,低功率因数的异步起动永磁同步电动机更适合改接成新型三绕组并联式单相永磁同步电动机。由低功率因数三相永磁同步电动机改接成的单相异步起动永磁同步电动机在额定负载下运行时,具有与同容量三相永磁同步电动机相近的效率和更高的功率因数。 展开更多
