Random dynamic responses caused by the uncertainty of structural parameters of the coupled train-ballasted track-subgrade system under train loading can pose safety concerns to the train operation.This paper introduced a computational model for analyzing probabilistic dynamic responses of three-dimensional(3D)coupled train-ballasted track-subgrade system(TBTSS),where the coupling effects of uncertain rail irregularities,stiffness and damping properties of ballast and subgrade layers were simultaneously considered.The number theoretical method(NTM)was employed to design discrete points for the multi-dimensional stochastic parameters.The time-histories of stochastic dynamic vibrations of the TBSS with systematically uncertain structural parameters were calculated accurately and efficiently by employing the probability density evolution method(PDEM).The model-predicted results were consistent with those by the Monte Carlo simulation method.A sensitivity study was performed to assess the relative importance of those uncertain structural parameters,based on which a case study was presented to explore the stochastic probability evolution mechanism of such train-ballasted track-subgrade system. 展开更多

In order to improve the strength and stiffness of shield cutterhead, the method of fuzzy mathematics theory in combination with the finite element analysis is adopted. An optimal design model of structural parameters for shield cutterhead is formulated,based on the complex engineering technical requirements. In the model, as the objective function of the model is a composite function of the strength and stiffness, the response surface method is applied to formulate the approximate function of objective function in order to reduce the solution scale of optimal problem. A multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the cutterhead structure design problem and the change rule of the stress-strain with various structural parameters as well as their optimal values were researched under specific geological conditions. The results show that compared with original cutterhead structure scheme, the obtained optimal scheme of the cutterhead structure can greatly improve the strength and stiffness of the cutterhead, which can be seen from the reduction of its maximum equivalent stress by 21.2%, that of its maximum deformation by 0.75%, and that of its mass by 1.04%. 展开更多

The cross-sectional and configurational parameters are optimized simultaneously. The numerical simulation of a 4R spatial manipulator is performed. Nitrogen-rich heterocyclic energetic compounds(NRHECs)and their salts have witnessed widespread synthesis in recent years.The substantial energy-density content within these compounds can lead to potentially dangerous explosive reactions when subjected to external stimuli such as electrical discharge.Therefore,developing a reliable model for predicting their electrostatic discharge sensitivity(ESD)becomes imperative.This study proposes a novel and straightforward model based on the presence of specific groups(-NH_(2) or-NH-,-N=N^(+)-O^(-)and-NNO_(2),-ONO_(2) or-NO_(2))under certain conditions to assess the ESD of NRHECs and their salts,employing interpretable structural parameters.Utilizing a comprehensive dataset comprising 54 ESD measurements of NRHECs and their salts,divided into 49/5 training/test sets,the model achieves promising results.The Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Mean Absolute Error(MAE),and Maximum Error for the training set are reported as 0.16 J,0.12 J,and 0.5 J,respectively.Notably,the ratios RMSE(training)/RMSE(test),MAE(training)/MAE(test),and Max Error(training)/Max Error(test)are all greater than 1.0,indicating the robust predictive capabilities of the model.The presented model demonstrates its efficacy in providing a reliable assessment of ESD for the targeted NRHECs and their salts,without the need for intricate computer codes or expert involvement. 展开更多

Based on a simplified 3-DOF model of twin-tower structure linked by a sky-bridge,the frequency response functions,the displacement power spectral density(PSD)functions,and the time-averaged total vibration energy were derived,by assuming the white noise as the earthquake excitation.The effects of connecting parameters,such as linking stiffness ratio and linking damping ratio,on the structural vibration responses were then studied,and the optimal connecting parameters were obtained to minimize the vibration energy of either the independent monomer tower or the integral structure.The influences of sky-bridge elevation position on the optimal connecting parameters were also discussed.Finally,the distribution characteristics of the top displacement PSD and the structural responses,excited by El Centro,Taft and artificial waves,were compared in both frequency and time domain.It is found that the connecting parameters at either end of connection interactively affect the responses of the towers.The optimal connecting parameters can greatly improve the damping connections on their seismic reduction effectiveness,but are unable to reduce the seismic responses of the towers to the best extent simultaneously.It is also indicated that the optimal connecting parameters derived from the simplified 3-DOF model are applicable for two multi-story structures linked by a sky-bridge with dampers.The seismic reduction effectiveness obtained varies from 0.3 to 1.0 with different sky-bridge mass ratio.The displacement responses of the example structures are reduced by approximately 22% with sky-bridge connections. 展开更多

The initial efficiency is a very important criterion for carbon anode material of Li-ion battery.The relationship between initial efficiency and structure parameters of carbon anode material of Li-ion battery was investigated by an artificial intelligence approach called Random Forests using D10,D50,D90,BET specific surface area and TP density as inputs,initial efficiency as output.The results give good classification performance with 91%accuracy.The variable importance analysis results show the impact of 5 variables on the initial efficiency descends in the order of D90,TP density,BET specific surface area,D50 and D10;smaller D90 and larger TP density have positive impact on initial efficiency.The contribution of BET specific surface area on classification is only 18.74%,which indicates the shortcoming of BET specific surface area as a widely used parameter for initial efficiency evaluation. 展开更多

Free abrasive particle machining in simple machine such as: honing, polishing can get higher surface finish mirror, but surface error, and working procedure is hard to control. Therefore, the vertical disposed ultra-precision plane honing method by ultra-particle diamond honing wheel is put forward to. The results of experiments indicate: plane-honing wheel has higher machining accuracy and machining efficiency. But at the same time the structure parameters of honing wheel effects on machining accuracy. By analyzing the relation of honing wheel structure parameters and workpiece machining accuracy, the relation of honing wheel and wear coefficient, then this paper gets honing wheel structure parameters in the condition of best accuracy coefficient and wear coefficient, and resolve the problem of choosing honing wheel structure parameters in ultra-precision plane honing at last. This paper analyses the relation of honing wheel structure parameters and workpiece machining accuracy coefficient and wear coefficient, by building relative movement math model of honing wheel and workpiece in plane honing. Through theory calculating, the result indicate: about honing machine tools for large volume manufacture, honing wheel wear is main effect factor, so honing wheel should adopt obverse triangle radial structure. About honing machining for high accuracy and low-batch quantities, machining accuracy coefficient is main factors; so honing wheel should adopt reverse triangle radial structure. Neglected the manufacturing factors of honing wheel, then we can design honing wheel with high power curve structure to meet the need of machining accuracy coefficient and honing wheel wear coefficient in higher accuracy honing. 展开更多

The microscopic response characteristics of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) are widely used for characterizing complex pore structures of rocks. Due to the prohibitive NMR experiment cost, numerical simulation was employed as an alternative approach to verify some theoretical aspects of NMR responses. Firstly, the basic principles of pore-scale NMR simulation based on random-walk method(RWM) were introduced. The RWM-simulated results were benchmarked with the analytical results for an ideal spherical pore model. Then, the effects of two numerical parameters, namely diffusion radius and walk numbers, were studied on the simulation accuracy. The simulation method is then applied to various pore models with different pore sizes and pore shapes filled with different fluids to study the microscopic NMR response characteristics. The numerical experiments are useful for understanding and interpreting NMR measurements and the simulation code provides a numerical tool to perform pixel-based digital rock analysis. 展开更多

Several antennas based on cylindrical array and uniform hexagonal array are designed and fabricated on flexible substrate-Teflon.To validate the designed prototypes,the antennas are fabricated and their performance is analyzed.The highlight scheme is to improve the signal performance and electromagnetic field distribution by appropriately changing the parameters of the antennas array,signal frequencies,and steering angles.The proposed antennas array is capable of applying shaping radiation band technique to generate tunable power and radiation domain.The distribution of the field,and the bit-error-rate transmigration coefficient characteristics are measured.The results show that the proposed scheme can achieve better performance by searching the optimal parameters of antenna array. 展开更多

针对长水平井疏松砂岩油气藏井底出砂以及冲砂液携砂上返时,砂粒受重力影响容易二次沉积,造成卡钻、砂堵等问题,设计了一种可前冲和后冲的旋流冲砂工具。对工具的结构组成及结构原理进行了介绍,结合工具原理,建立了旋流冲砂工具冲砂作... 针对长水平井疏松砂岩油气藏井底出砂以及冲砂液携砂上返时,砂粒受重力影响容易二次沉积,造成卡钻、砂堵等问题,设计了一种可前冲和后冲的旋流冲砂工具。对工具的结构组成及结构原理进行了介绍,结合工具原理,建立了旋流冲砂工具冲砂作业三维仿真模型,确定了冲砂边界条件,开展了冲砂效果数值仿真分析;通过改变前后、后向喷嘴的倾角和直径,并结合仿真分析对工具结构参数进行了优选。研究结果发现:前向喷嘴倾角为45°、后向喷嘴倾角为135°、前向喷嘴和后向喷嘴直径均为8 mm的条件下,砂粒的悬浮效果最好,悬浮的大部分砂粒可以由冲砂液携带至较远距离,冲砂作业效率较高,冲砂效果较好。研究结果可为长水平井冲砂洗井作业效率的提高提供参考。 展开更多

针对高阶补偿拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统的谐振参数较多且相互关联,从而导致系统设计时各个元件具体参数难以确定的问题,提出了一种适用于一次侧LCC、二次侧LC串联拓扑(LCC-S)的WPT系统参数优化设计方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建WPT... 针对高阶补偿拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统的谐振参数较多且相互关联,从而导致系统设计时各个元件具体参数难以确定的问题,提出了一种适用于一次侧LCC、二次侧LC串联拓扑(LCC-S)的WPT系统参数优化设计方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建WPT系统仿真平台并进行理论分析,评估了谐振参数、耦合系数和等效负载对该系统输出特性的影响,选择影响程度最复杂的变量作为决策变量,构建系统非线性优化模型;以提高WPT系统的传输效率为目标,在遗传算法基础上加入非线性优化策略,并设计新的突变函数,利用改进后的遗传算法(IGA)给出了系统参数的优化设计方案。仿真结果表明:IGA使系统传输效率达到98.34%,相较遗传算法提高了2.52%,且收敛速度显著提高。搭建WPT系统实验平台并进行测试,结果表明:该系统能够以97.98%的传输效率保持300 W的功率输出;当负载电阻处于6~46Ω时,系统传输效率能够维持在90%以上。研究结果可为LCC-S型WPT系统参数设计提供参考。 展开更多

【目的】获得烤烟烟叶在打叶风分中的最佳工艺参数,进一步优化叶片结构。【方法】选取打叶复烤工艺中的前5级打叶转速和第7、第8风机频率共7个因素,每个因素设3个水平开展正交试验,以正交试验结果确定较优的工艺参数组合为数据样本集构... 【目的】获得烤烟烟叶在打叶风分中的最佳工艺参数,进一步优化叶片结构。【方法】选取打叶复烤工艺中的前5级打叶转速和第7、第8风机频率共7个因素,每个因素设3个水平开展正交试验,以正交试验结果确定较优的工艺参数组合为数据样本集构建GA-BP神经网络模型,并结合NSGA-Ⅱ的方法对工艺参数进一步优化。【结果】正交试验确定较高的大中片率最佳工艺参数为:第1至5级打叶转速分别为493、471、620、798、794 r·min^(-1),第7、第8级风机频率分别为49、45 Hz,较低的碎片率和叶中含梗率的最优工艺参数为:第1至5级打叶转速分别为503、489、621、792、792 r·min^(-1),第7、第8级风机频率分别为50、46 Hz。经GA-BP神经网络模型优化后为第1至5级打叶转速分别为485、474、620、796、794 r·min^(-1),第7、第8级风机频率分别为49、46 Hz,在此条件下,大中片率提升了1.52个百分点,叶中含梗率、碎片率分别降低了0.09和0.08个百分点。【结论】在正交试验的基础上,通过GA-BP神经网络模型优化多工艺参数,叶片结构更为合理,可为提升烟叶叶片加工质量提供参考。 展开更多

为探究轨道用中空薄壁大小幅铝型材的挤压规律,采用HyperXtrude仿真软件对型材的挤压过程进行了详细的数值模拟,分析模具结构和工艺参数的影响,并对比了2个形状相似的大幅型材和小幅型材的成型规律。结果表明:在模具结构方面,焊合室与... 为探究轨道用中空薄壁大小幅铝型材的挤压规律,采用HyperXtrude仿真软件对型材的挤压过程进行了详细的数值模拟,分析模具结构和工艺参数的影响,并对比了2个形状相似的大幅型材和小幅型材的成型规律。结果表明:在模具结构方面,焊合室与引流槽对大小幅型材的影响最为明显,其中焊合室的变化对小幅型材的最大变形量有更明显的降低效果,降幅达42.82%,而大幅型材的降幅为25.34%;引流槽的变化则表现出不同的影响趋势,引流槽变化后,大幅型材的最大变形量降幅为40.88%,而小幅型材的为24.72%,其原因是小幅型材的引流槽较短,大幅型材引流槽的修改则更为复杂,故引流槽变化对大幅型材的影响更为显著。在工艺参数方面,分析了不同条件下型材金属变形量、金属流速和型材出口截面流速均方差的变化,发现挤压速度和模具温度对大幅型材的影响更为显著,而坯料直径对小幅型材的影响更为显著。该文研究结果为优化铝型材的挤压工艺提供了理论依据。 展开更多
