Amino acid composition analysis of PM2 showed that Lys content was on the high level of 18.22%. Protein encoded by PM'2 also belonged to the family of late embryogenesis abundant (LEA) proteins, which was considered that it had a strong relation with the abiotic stress resistance. In this experiment, PM2 gene was obtained from dry soybean seeds by RT-PCR, plant expression vector pEMTPM2 was constructed, and then transformed into tobacco by using agrobacterium-mediated method. Eight salt and drought tolerant lines were obtained from 31 differentiated lines. Real-time PCR showed that PM2 gene overexpressed in all four PCR positive lines with the osmotic stress resistance. These results confirmed that the overexpression of PM2 gene enhanced the osmotic stress resistance of transgenic tobacco.展开更多

The results show that the...The CaO-doped Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anodes were prepared by the cold isostatie pressing-sintering process, and their corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-Al203 melt was studied. The results show that the relative density of 5Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet sintered at 1 200 ℃ increases from 82.83% to 97.63% when 2% CaO (mass fraction) is added. During the electrolysis, the relative density of cermet inert anode descends owing to the chemical dissolution of additive CaO at ceramic grain boundary, which accelerates the penetration of electrolyte. Thus, the corrosion resistance to melts of Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anode is reduced. To improve the corrosion resistance of the cermet inert anode, the content of CaO doped should be decreased and the technology of cleaning the ceramic grain boundary should be applied.展开更多
Aiming at determining the thermal contact resistance of ball screws,a new analytical method combining the minimum excess principle with the MB fractal theory is proposed to estimate thermal contact resistance of ball ...Aiming at determining the thermal contact resistance of ball screws,a new analytical method combining the minimum excess principle with the MB fractal theory is proposed to estimate thermal contact resistance of ball screws considering microscopic fractal characteristics of contact surfaces.The minimum excess principle is employed for normal stress analysis.Moreover,the MB fractal theory is adopted for thermal contact resistance.The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by self-designed experiment.The comparison between theoretical and experimental results demonstrates that thermal contact resistance of ball screws can be obtained by the proposed method.On this basis,effects of fractal parameters on thermal contact resistance of ball screws are discussed.Moreover,effects of the axial load on thermal contact resistance of ball screws are also analyzed.The conclusion can be drawn that the thermal contact resistance decreases along with the fractal dimension D increase and it increases along with the scale parameter G increase,and thermal contact resistance of ball screws is retained almost constant along with axial load increase before the preload of the right nut turns into zero in value.The application of the proposed method is also conducted and validated by the temperature measurement on a self-designed test bed.展开更多

(IrlVHA-c), the transgenic tobacco seedlings harboring lrlVHA-c gene from Iris lactea (To), the self-crossed progeny (T1), and the non-transgenic lines of tobacco seedlings were grown in Hoagland nutrient solutions supplemented with 0, 100, 200, 300, 400 mmol.L^-1 NaHCO3. The MDA content, CAT, POD and SOD activity, electrical conductivity, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, proline content and polyphenol oxidase activity of the seedlings were determined. The results showed that the transgenic lines of tobacco maintained a high activity up to 200 mmol.L^-1 NaHCO3, and activity was slightly lower at 300 mmol.L^-1 NaHCOa. When the concentration of NaHCO3 was as high as 400 mmol.L^-1 the seedlings were badly hurt. In addition, the activity of To and T1 transgentic tobacoo was maintained more or less. While the non- transgenic lines of tobacco could maintain viably up to 100 mmol. L^-1 NaHCO3, and they could not survive at 400 mmol. L^-1 NaHCO3. The conclusion was drawn that the alkali resistance of the tobacoo transformed IrlVHA-c was noticeably improved.展开更多
