Based on the definition of component ontology, an effective component classification mechanism and a facet named component relationship are proposed. Then an application domain oriented, hierarchical component organization model is established. At last a hierarchical component semantic network (HCSN) described by ontology interchange language(OIL) is presented and then its function is described. Using HCSN and cooperating with other components retrieving algorithms based on component description, other components information and their assembly or composite modes related to the key component can be found. Based on HCSN, component directory library is catalogued and a prototype system is constructed. The prototype system proves that component library organization based on this model gives guarantee to the reliability of component assembly during program mining. 展开更多

Accurate segmentation of camouflage objects in aerial imagery is vital for improving the efficiency of UAV-based reconnaissance and rescue missions.However,camouflage object segmentation is increasingly challenging due to advances in both camouflage materials and biological mimicry.Although multispectral-RGB based technology shows promise,conventional dual-aperture multispectral-RGB imaging systems are constrained by imprecise and time-consuming registration and fusion across different modalities,limiting their performance.Here,we propose the Reconstructed Multispectral-RGB Fusion Network(RMRF-Net),which reconstructs RGB images into multispectral ones,enabling efficient multimodal segmentation using only an RGB camera.Specifically,RMRF-Net employs a divergentsimilarity feature correction strategy to minimize reconstruction errors and includes an efficient boundary-aware decoder to enhance object contours.Notably,we establish the first real-world aerial multispectral-RGB semantic segmentation of camouflage objects dataset,including 11 object categories.Experimental results demonstrate that RMRF-Net outperforms existing methods,achieving 17.38 FPS on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin,with only a 0.96%drop in mIoU compared to the RTX 3090,showing its practical applicability in multimodal remote sensing. 展开更多

Semantic segmentation is a crucial step for document understanding.In this paper,an NVIDIA Jetson Nano-based platform is applied for implementing semantic segmentation for teaching artificial intelligence concepts and programming.To extract semantic structures from document images,we present an end-to-end dilated convolution network architecture.Dilated convolutions have well-known advantages for extracting multi-scale context information without losing spatial resolution.Our model utilizes dilated convolutions with residual network to represent the image features and predicting pixel labels.The convolution part works as feature extractor to obtain multidimensional and hierarchical image features.The consecutive deconvolution is used for producing full resolution segmentation prediction.The probability of each pixel decides its predefined semantic class label.To understand segmentation granularity,we compare performances at three different levels.From fine grained class to coarse class levels,the proposed dilated convolution network architecture is evaluated on three document datasets.The experimental results have shown that both semantic data distribution imbalance and network depth are import factors that influence the document’s semantic segmentation performances.The research is aimed at offering an education resource for teaching artificial intelligence concepts and techniques. 展开更多

Remote sensing data plays an important role in natural disaster management.However,with the increase of the variety and quantity of remote sensors,the problem of“knowledge barriers”arises when data users in disaster field retrieve remote sensing data.To improve this problem,this paper proposes an ontology and rule based retrieval(ORR)method to retrieve disaster remote sensing data,and this method introduces ontology technology to express earthquake disaster and remote sensing knowledge,on this basis,and realizes the task suitability reasoning of earthquake disaster remote sensing data,mining the semantic relationship between remote sensing metadata and disasters.The prototype system is built according to the ORR method,which is compared with the traditional method,using the ORR method to retrieve disaster remote sensing data can reduce the knowledge requirements of data users in the retrieval process and improve data retrieval efficiency. 展开更多

Discrete event system(DES)models promote system engineering,including system design,verification,and assessment.The advancement in manufacturing technology has endowed us to fabricate complex industrial systems.Consequently,the adoption of advanced modeling methodologies adept at handling complexity and scalability is imperative.Moreover,industrial systems are no longer quiescent,thus the intelligent operations of the systems should be dynamically specified in the model.In this paper,the composition of the subsystem behaviors is studied to generate the complexity and scalability of the global system model,and a Boolean semantic specifying algorithm is proposed for generating dynamic intelligent operations in the model.In traditional modeling approaches,the change or addition of specifications always necessitates the complete resubmission of the system model,a resource-consuming and error-prone process.Compared with traditional approaches,our approach has three remarkable advantages:(i)an established Boolean semantic can be fitful for all kinds of systems;(ii)there is no need to resubmit the system model whenever there is a change or addition of the operations;(iii)multiple specifying tasks can be easily achieved by continuously adding a new semantic.Thus,this general modeling approach has wide potential for future complex and intelligent industrial systems. 展开更多

Word Net-based lexical semantic classification for text corpus analysis

Many text classifications depend on statistical term measures to implement document representation. Such document representations ignore the lexical semantic contents of terms and the distilled mutual information, leading to text classification errors.This work proposed a document representation method, Word Net-based lexical semantic VSM, to solve the problem. Using Word Net,this method constructed a data structure of semantic-element information to characterize lexical semantic contents, and adjusted EM modeling to disambiguate word stems. Then, in the lexical-semantic space of corpus, lexical-semantic eigenvector of document representation was built by calculating the weight of each synset, and applied to a widely-recognized algorithm NWKNN. On text corpus Reuter-21578 and its adjusted version of lexical replacement, the experimental results show that the lexical-semantic eigenvector performs F1 measure and scales of dimension better than term-statistic eigenvector based on TF-IDF. Formation of document representation eigenvectors ensures the method a wide prospect of classification applications in text corpus analysis. 展开更多

With the development of underwater sonar detection technology,simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)approach has attracted much attention in underwater navigation field in recent years.But the weak detection ability of a single vehicle limits the SLAM performance in wide areas.Thereby,cooperative SLAM using multiple vehicles has become an important research direction.The key factor of cooperative SLAM is timely and efficient sonar image transmission among underwater vehicles.However,the limited bandwidth of underwater acoustic channels contradicts a large amount of sonar image data.It is essential to compress the images before transmission.Recently,deep neural networks have great value in image compression by virtue of the powerful learning ability of neural networks,but the existing sonar image compression methods based on neural network usually focus on the pixel-level information without the semantic-level information.In this paper,we propose a novel underwater acoustic transmission scheme called UAT-SSIC that includes semantic segmentation-based sonar image compression(SSIC)framework and the joint source-channel codec,to improve the accuracy of the semantic information of the reconstructed sonar image at the receiver.The SSIC framework consists of Auto-Encoder structure-based sonar image compression network,which is measured by a semantic segmentation network's residual.Considering that sonar images have the characteristics of blurred target edges,the semantic segmentation network used a special dilated convolution neural network(DiCNN)to enhance segmentation accuracy by expanding the range of receptive fields.The joint source-channel codec with unequal error protection is proposed that adjusts the power level of the transmitted data,which deal with sonar image transmission error caused by the serious underwater acoustic channel.Experiment results demonstrate that our method preserves more semantic information,with advantages over existing methods at the same compression ratio.It also improves the error tolerance and packet loss resistance of transmission. 展开更多

[目的/意义]Alpha Go战胜李世石后,人工智能的研究与发展备受关注。在此之前不久,基于深度学习的Semantic Scholar免费学术搜索引擎的问世,也为科研工作者们搜索和筛选学术文献资源带来了新的体验。[方法 /过程]在介绍人工智能、机器学习和深度学习之间关系的基础上,介绍了Semantic Scholar的检索功能,重点就该引擎基于系统在理解文献内容基础上的学术影响力评价功能作了分析,并将Semantic Scholar与现行主流学术搜索引擎Google Scholar、Microsoft Academic、必应学术和百度学术进行比较研究。[结果/结论]Semantic Scholar通过机器学习可以使系统理解不同引用之间的影响力差异,提出了基于引用内容分析的学术影响力评价指标,但在信息来源、学科范围、检索功能和个性化服务功能方面还有待进一步完善。最后提出今后学术搜索引擎的发展展望。 展开更多

In recent years,the concept of digital human has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life,and the modelling of high-fidelity human bodies,heads,and hands has been intensively studied.This paper focuses on head modelling and proposes a generic head parametric model based on neural radiance fields.Specifically,we first use face recognition networks and 3D facial expression database FaceWarehouse to parameterize identity and expression semantics,respectively,and use both as conditional inputs to build a neural radiance field for the human head,thereby improving the head model’s representation ability while ensuring editing capabilities for the identity and expression of the rendered results;then,through a combination of volume rendering and neural rendering,the 3D representation of the head is rapidly rendered into the 2D plane,producing a high-fidelity image of the human head.Thanks to the well-designed loss functions and good implicit representation of the neural radiance field,our model can not only edit the identity and expression independently,but also freely modify the virtual camera position of the rendering results.It has excellent multi-view consistency,and has many applications in novel view synthesis,pose driving and more. 展开更多

At the same time the requirement of the customers becomes mo re and more diverse and complex. The capability of the develop unit is limited b ecause of the existence of heterogeneous systems and distributed environments. I n this paper, we bring forward a new approach to solve the problem in product de velopment process. We also settle part key technologies in it. A great deal of information from all kinds of sources in the distributed develop ment process is interweaved. The solution to organize the workflow and manage th e information in the process is called for anxiously. We use a new approach that is asynchronous and synchronous coupling product development approach based on the network. The approach extends the develop process from the time axis. Then t he activities in the process are organized from the asynchronous and synchronous aspects. The state of every activity projects at the ASN (active semantic netwo rk). The ASN includes decision system, intelligent agent, user interface and net work. The ASN decides the types and states of the activities and deals with the couple relationship among them. The knowledge stored in ASN is open to all users through the relative interfaces. Every specialist keeps contact with their user s relying on collaborative platform implements CSCW (computer support collaborat ive work) that integrated product/process design and development. The lack of gl obal communication in product development process can be prevented in the most d egree. The key technologies that exist in the asynchronous and synchronous coupling pro duct develop approach include: integrated development structure, orderly organiz ation of information, transparent management of process, agile transfer of infor mation and rapid prototype. The development process can be completed quickly by these technologies. The technologies involve wide content. In this paper, we dis cuss some key technologies. We validate the approach by the projectrapid response manufacturing a pplication in the distributed environment. The expensive device, high technology and low using lead to RE (Rapid engineering) and RP (Rapid prototype) service a pplication by the network. With the wide application of Web-2.0 and social software, there are more and more tag-related studies and applications. Because of the randomness and the personalization in users' tagging, tag research continues to encounter data space and semantics obstacles. With the min-max similarity (MMS) to establish the initial centroids, the traditional K-means clustering algorithm is firstly improved to the MMSK-means clustering algorithm, the superiority of which has been tested; based on MMSK-means and combined with latent semantic analysis (LSA), here secondly emerges a new tag clustering algorithm, LMMSK. Finally, three algorithms for tag clustering, MMSK-means, tag clustering based on LSA (LSA-based algorithm) and LMMSK, have been run on Matlab, using a real tag-resource dataset obtained from the Delicious Social Bookmarking System from 2004 to 2009. LMMSK's clustering result turns out to be the most effective and the most accurate. Thus, a better tag-clustering algorithm is found for greater application of social tags in personalized search, topic identification or knowledge community discovery. In addition, for a better comparison of the clustering results, the clustering corresponding results matrix (CCR matrix) is proposed, which is promisingly expected to be an effective tool to capture the evolutions of the social tagging system. © 2017 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. 展开更多

Recently,the ontological metamodel plays an increasingly important role to specify systems in two forms:ontology and metamodel.Ontology is a descriptive model representing reality by a set of concepts,their interrelations,and constraints.On the other hand,metamodel is a more classical,but more powerful model in which concepts and relationships are represented in a prescriptive way.This study firstly clarifies the difference between the two approaches,then explains their advantages and limitations,and attempts to explore a general ontological metamodeling framework by integrating each characteristic,in order to implement semantic simulation model engineering.As a proof of concept,this paper takes the combat effectiveness simulation systems as a motivating case,uses the proposed framework to define a set of ontological composable modeling frameworks,and presents an underwater targets search scenario for running simulations and analyzing results.Finally,this paper expects that this framework will be generally used in other fields. 展开更多

To improve motion graph based motion synthesis,semantic control was introduced.Hybrid motion features including both numerical and user-defined semantic relational features were extracted to encode the characteristic aspects contained in the character's poses of the given motion sequences.Motion templates were then automatically derived from the training motions for capturing the spatio-temporal characteristics of an entire given class of semantically related motions.The data streams of motion documents were automatically annotated with semantic motion class labels by matching their respective motion class templates.Finally,the semantic control was introduced into motion graph based human motion synthesis.Experiments of motion synthesis demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach which enables users higher level of semantically intuitive control and high quality in human motion synthesis from motion capture database. 展开更多

The quick response code based artificial labels are applied to provide semantic concepts and relations of surroundings that permit the understanding of complexity and limitations of semantic recognition and scene only with robot's vision.By imitating spatial cognizing mechanism of human,the robot constantly received the information of artificial labels at cognitive-guide points in a wide range of structured environment to achieve the perception of the environment and robot navigation.The immune network algorithm was used to form the environmental awareness mechanism with "distributed representation".The color recognition and SIFT feature matching algorithm were fused to achieve the memory and cognition of scenario tag.Then the cognition-guide-action based cognizing semantic map was built.Along with the continuously abundant map,the robot did no longer need to rely on the artificial label,and it could plan path and navigate freely.Experimental results show that the artificial label designed in this work can improve the cognitive ability of the robot,navigate the robot in the case of semi-unknown environment,and build the cognizing semantic map favorably. 展开更多
