Then an application domain oriented, hierarchical component organization model is established. At last a hierarchical component semantic network (HCSN) described by ontology interchange language(OIL) is presented and then its function is described. Using HCSN and cooperating with other components retrieving algorithms based on component description, other components information and their assembly or composite modes related to the key component can be found. Based on HCSN, component directory library is catalogued and a prototype system is constructed. The prototype system proves that component library organization based on this model gives guarantee to the reliability of component assembly during program mining.展开更多
Accurate segmentation of camouflage objects in aerial imagery is vital for improving the efficiency of UAV-based reconnaissance and rescue missions.However,camouflage object segmentation is increasingly challenging du...Accurate segmentation of camouflage objects in aerial imagery is vital for improving the efficiency of UAV-based reconnaissance and rescue missions.However,camouflage object segmentation is increasingly challenging due to advances in both camouflage materials and biological mimicry.Although multispectral-RGB based technology shows promise,conventional dual-aperture multispectral-RGB imaging systems are constrained by imprecise and time-consuming registration and fusion across different modalities,limiting their performance.Here,we propose the Reconstructed Multispectral-RGB Fusion Network(RMRF-Net),which reconstructs RGB images into multispectral ones,enabling efficient multimodal segmentation using only an RGB camera.Specifically,RMRF-Net employs a divergentsimilarity feature correction strategy to minimize reconstruction errors and includes an efficient boundary-aware decoder to enhance object contours.Notably,we establish the first real-world aerial multispectral-RGB semantic segmentation of camouflage objects dataset,including 11 object categories.Experimental results demonstrate that RMRF-Net outperforms existing methods,achieving 17.38 FPS on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin,with only a 0.96%drop in mIoU compared to the RTX 3090,showing its practical applicability in multimodal remote sensing.展开更多
Semantic segmentation is a crucial step for document understanding.In this paper,an NVIDIA Jetson Nano-based platform is applied for implementing semantic segmentation for teaching artificial intelligence concepts and...Semantic segmentation is a crucial step for document understanding.In this paper,an NVIDIA Jetson Nano-based platform is applied for implementing semantic segmentation for teaching artificial intelligence concepts and programming.To extract semantic structures from document images,we present an end-to-end dilated convolution network architecture.Dilated convolutions have well-known advantages for extracting multi-scale context information without losing spatial resolution.Our model utilizes dilated convolutions with residual network to represent the image features and predicting pixel labels.The convolution part works as feature extractor to obtain multidimensional and hierarchical image features.The consecutive deconvolution is used for producing full resolution segmentation prediction.The probability of each pixel decides its predefined semantic class label.To understand segmentation granularity,we compare performances at three different levels.From fine grained class to coarse class levels,the proposed dilated convolution network architecture is evaluated on three document datasets.The experimental results have shown that both semantic data distribution imbalance and network depth are import factors that influence the document’s semantic segmentation performances.The research is aimed at offering an education resource for teaching artificial intelligence concepts and techniques.展开更多

Such document representations ignore the lexical semantic contents of terms and the distilled mutual information, leading to text classification errors.This work proposed a document representation method, Word Net-based lexical semantic VSM, to solve the problem. Using Word Net,this method constructed a data structure of semantic-element information to characterize lexical semantic contents, and adjusted EM modeling to disambiguate word stems. Then, in the lexical-semantic space of corpus, lexical-semantic eigenvector of document representation was built by calculating the weight of each synset, and applied to a widely-recognized algorithm NWKNN. On text corpus Reuter-21578 and its adjusted version of lexical replacement, the experimental results show that the lexical-semantic eigenvector performs F1 measure and scales of dimension better than term-statistic eigenvector based on TF-IDF. Formation of document representation eigenvectors ensures the method a wide prospect of classification applications in text corpus analysis.展开更多
With the development of underwater sonar detection technology,simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)approach has attracted much attention in underwater navigation field in recent years.But the weak detection abil...With the development of underwater sonar detection technology,simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)approach has attracted much attention in underwater navigation field in recent years.But the weak detection ability of a single vehicle limits the SLAM performance in wide areas.Thereby,cooperative SLAM using multiple vehicles has become an important research direction.The key factor of cooperative SLAM is timely and efficient sonar image transmission among underwater vehicles.However,the limited bandwidth of underwater acoustic channels contradicts a large amount of sonar image data.It is essential to compress the images before transmission.Recently,deep neural networks have great value in image compression by virtue of the powerful learning ability of neural networks,but the existing sonar image compression methods based on neural network usually focus on the pixel-level information without the semantic-level information.In this paper,we propose a novel underwater acoustic transmission scheme called UAT-SSIC that includes semantic segmentation-based sonar image compression(SSIC)framework and the joint source-channel codec,to improve the accuracy of the semantic information of the reconstructed sonar image at the receiver.The SSIC framework consists of Auto-Encoder structure-based sonar image compression network,which is measured by a semantic segmentation network's residual.Considering that sonar images have the characteristics of blurred target edges,the semantic segmentation network used a special dilated convolution neural network(DiCNN)to enhance segmentation accuracy by expanding the range of receptive fields.The joint source-channel codec with unequal error protection is proposed that adjusts the power level of the transmitted data,which deal with sonar image transmission error caused by the serious underwater acoustic channel.Experiment results demonstrate that our method preserves more semantic information,with advantages over existing methods at the same compression ratio.It also improves the error tolerance and packet loss resistance of transmission.展开更多

In recent years,the concept of digital human has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life,and the modelling of high-fidelity human bodies,heads,and hands has been intensively studied.This paper focuses on...In recent years,the concept of digital human has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life,and the modelling of high-fidelity human bodies,heads,and hands has been intensively studied.This paper focuses on head modelling and proposes a generic head parametric model based on neural radiance fields.Specifically,we first use face recognition networks and 3D facial expression database FaceWarehouse to parameterize identity and expression semantics,respectively,and use both as conditional inputs to build a neural radiance field for the human head,thereby improving the head model’s representation ability while ensuring editing capabilities for the identity and expression of the rendered results;then,through a combination of volume rendering and neural rendering,the 3D representation of the head is rapidly rendered into the 2D plane,producing a high-fidelity image of the human head.Thanks to the well-designed loss functions and good implicit representation of the neural radiance field,our model can not only edit the identity and expression independently,but also freely modify the virtual camera position of the rendering results.It has excellent multi-view consistency,and has many applications in novel view synthesis,pose driving and more.展开更多

I n this paper, we bring forward a new approach to solve the problem in product de velopment process. We also settle part key technologies in it. A great deal of information from all kinds of sources in the distributed develop ment process is interweaved. The solution to organize the workflow and manage th e information in the process is called for anxiously. We use a new approach that is asynchronous and synchronous coupling product development approach based on the network. The approach extends the develop process from the time axis. Then t he activities in the process are organized from the asynchronous and synchronous aspects. The state of every activity projects at the ASN (active semantic netwo rk). The ASN includes decision system, intelligent agent, user interface and net work. The ASN decides the types and states of the activities and deals with the couple relationship among them. The knowledge stored in ASN is open to all users through the relative interfaces. Every specialist keeps contact with their user s relying on collaborative platform implements CSCW (computer support collaborat ive work) that integrated product/process design and development. The lack of gl obal communication in product development process can be prevented in the most d egree. The key technologies that exist in the asynchronous and synchronous coupling pro duct develop approach include: integrated development structure, orderly organiz ation of information, transparent management of process, agile transfer of infor mation and rapid prototype. 文摘Recently,the ontological metamodel plays an increasingly important role to specify systems in two forms:ontology and metamodel.Ontology is a descriptive model representing reality by a set of concepts,their interrelations,and constraints.On the other hand,metamodel is a more classical,but more powerful model in which concepts and relationships are represented in a prescriptive way.This study firstly clarifies the difference between the two approaches,then explains their advantages and limitations,and attempts to explore a general ontological metamodeling framework by integrating each characteristic,in order to implement semantic simulation model engineering.As a proof of concept,this paper takes the combat effectiveness simulation systems as a motivating case,uses the proposed framework to define a set of ontological composable modeling frameworks,and presents an underwater targets search scenario for running simulations and analyzing results.Finally,this paper expects that this framework will be generally used in other fields.

文摘To improve motion graph based motion synthesis,semantic control was introduced.Hybrid motion features including both numerical and user-defined semantic relational features were extracted to encode the characteristic aspects contained in the character's poses of the given motion sequences.Motion templates were then automatically derived from the training motions for capturing the spatio-temporal characteristics of an entire given class of semantically related motions.The data streams of motion documents were automatically annotated with semantic motion class labels by matching their respective motion class templates.Finally,the semantic control was introduced into motion graph based human motion synthesis.Experiments of motion synthesis demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach which enables users higher level of semantically intuitive control and high quality in human motion synthesis from motion capture database.

文摘The quick response code based artificial labels are applied to provide semantic concepts and relations of surroundings that permit the understanding of complexity and limitations of semantic recognition and scene only with robot's vision.By imitating spatial cognizing mechanism of human,the robot constantly received the information of artificial labels at cognitive-guide points in a wide range of structured environment to achieve the perception of the environment and robot navigation.The immune network algorithm was used to form the environmental awareness mechanism with "distributed representation".The color recognition and SIFT feature matching algorithm were fused to achieve the memory and cognition of scenario tag.Then the cognition-guide-action based cognizing semantic map was built.Along with the continuously abundant map,the robot did no longer need to rely on the artificial label,and it could plan path and navigate freely.Experimental results show that the artificial label designed in this work can improve the cognitive ability of the robot,navigate the robot in the case of semi-unknown environment,and build the cognizing semantic map favorably.
