Excitation regulator has played an important role to ensure that generator run safely and stably. However, in some remote areas, the rural small generator excitation control system is very backward, and it has hindered the development of Chinese agriculture and the pace of new countryside construction. This paper introduced a kind of structure and basic principle of DSP-based automatic excitation regulator, which was applied to rural small generator. We chose TMS320LF2407A chip as the core of regulator control system; the regulator adjusted PWM based on PID control strategy to control the exciting current. The theoretical analysis showed that the regulator had the characteristics of simplicity and reliability, well dynamic and static characteristics, and it could also adjust its own state quickly. The result was applicable to small rural hydropower station. 展开更多

Earthquake is a kind of sudden and destructive random excitation in nature.It is significant to determine the probability distribution characteristics of the corresponding dynamic indicators to ensure the safety and the stability of structures when the intensive seismic excitation,the intensity of which is larger than 7,acts in train-bridge system.Firstly,the motion equations of a two-dimensional train-bridge system under the vertical random excitation of track irregularity and the vertical seismic acceleration are established,where the train subsystem is composed of 8 mutually independent vehicle elements with 48 degrees of freedom,while the single-span simple supported bridge subsystem is composed of 102D beam elements with 20 degrees of freedom on beam and 2 large mass degrees of freedom at the support.Secondly,Monte Carlo method and pseudo excitation method are adopted to analyze the statistical parameters of the system.The power spectrum density of random excitation is used to define a series of non-stationary pseudo excitation in pseudo excitation method and the trigonometric series of random vibration history samples in Monte Carlo method,respectively solved by precise integral method and Newmark-βmethod through the inter-system iterative procedure.Finally,the results are compared with the case under the weak seismic excitation,and show that the samples of vertical acceleration response of bridge and the offload factor of train obeys the normal distribution.In a high probability,the intensive earthquakes pose a greater threat to the safety and stability of bridges and trains than the weak ones. 展开更多

To study the stiffness distribution of girder and the method to identify modal parameters of cable-stayed bridge, a simplified dynamical finite element method model named three beams model was established for the girder with double ribs. Based on the simplified model four stiffness formulae were deduced according to Hamilton principle. These formulae reflect well the contribution of the flexural, shearing, free torsion and restricted torsion deformation, respectively. An identification method about modal parameters was put forward by combining method of peak value and power spectral density according to modal test under ambient excitation. The dynamic finite element method analysis and modal test were carried out in a long-span concrete cable-stayed bridge. The results show that the errors of frequencies between theoretical analysis and test results are less than 10% mostly, and the most important modal parameters for cable-stayed bridge are determined to be the longitudinal floating mode, the first vertical flexural mode and the first torsional mode, which demonstrate that the method of stiffness distribution for three beams model is accurate and method to identify modal parameters is effective under ambient excitation modal test. 展开更多

Optimization of passive control performance for different hard disk drives subjected to shock excitation

Laptop personal computers(LPCs) and their components are vulnerable devices in harsh mechanical environments. One of the most sensitive components of LPCs is hard disk drive(HDD) which needs to be protected against damages attributable to shock and vibration in order to have better magnetic read/write performance. In the present work, a LPC and its HDD are modeled as two degrees of freedom system and the nonlinear optimization method is employed to perform a passive control through minimizing peak of HDD absolute acceleration caused by a base shock excitation. The presented shock excitation is considered as half-sine pulse of acceleration. In addition, eleven inequality constraints are defined based on geometrical limitations and allowable intervals of lumped modal parameters. The target of the optimization is to reach optimum modal parameters of rubber mounts and rubber feet as design variables and subsequently propose new characteristics of rubber mounts and rubber feet to be manufactured for the HDD protection against shock excitation. The genetic algorithm and the modified constrained steepest descent algorithm are employed in order to solve the nonlinear optimization problem for three widely-used commercial cases of HDD. Finally, the results of both optimization methods are compared to make sure about their accuracy. 展开更多

Optimization of ultrasonic elastography by coded excitation and transmit-side multi-frequency compounding

To improve the quality of ultrasonic elastography, by taking the advantage of code excitation and frequency compounding, a transmitting-side multi-frequency with coded excitation for elastography (TFCCE) was proposed. TFCCE adopts the chirp signal excitation scheme and strikes a balance in the selection of sub-signal bandwidth, the bandwidth overlap and the number of sub-strain image based on theoretical derivation, so as to further improve the quality of elastic image. Experiments have proved that, compared with the other optimizing methods, the elastographyic signal-to-noise ratio(Re-SN) and contrast-to-noise ratio(Re-CN) are improved significantly with different echo signal-to-noise ratios (ReSN) and attenuation coefficients. When ReSN is 50 dB, compared with short pulse, Rc-SN and Re-CN obtained by TFCCE increase by 53% and 143%, respectively. Moreover, in a deeper investigation (85-95 mm), the image has lower strain noise and clear details. When the attenuation coefficient is in the range of 0-1 dB/(cm.MHz), Re-SN and Re-CN obtained by TFCCE can be kept in moderate ranges of 5〈Re-SN〈6.8 and 11.4〈Re-CN〈15.2, respectively. In particular, for higher tissue attenuation, the basic image quality cannot be ensured with short pulse excitation, while mediocre quality strain figure can be obtained by TFCCE. Therefore, the TFCCE technology can effectively improve the elastography quality and can be applied to ultrasonic clinical trials. 展开更多

The understanding of the excitation mechanism of ultra high frequency (UHF) electromagnetic waves (EW) is essential for ap- plying UHF method to partial discharge (PD) detection. Since the EW induced by PD in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) contains not only transverse electromagnetic (TEM) wave, but also high-order transverse electric (TE) and high-order transverse magnetic (TM) waves, we analyzed the proportions between the TEM wave and the high order waves, as well as the influence of the PD position on this proportion, using the finite different time domain (FDTD) method. According to the unique characteristics of the waves, they are separated only ap- proximately. It is found that the high-order mode is the main component, more than 70%, of the electric field around the enclosure of GIS, and that with the increasing distance between PD source and inner conductors, the low frequency ( below about 800 MHz) component of EW decreases, but the high frequency component (above 1 GHz) increases, meanwhile the proportion of high-order components in EW could reach 77% from 70%. It concluded that the closer the PD source to the enclosure is, the easier high order EW may be excited. 展开更多

To improve the microcrystalline silicon thin film deposition in quality and to increase its microcrystalline silicon content,we numerically investigated the characteristics of homogeneous discharges in hydrogen diluted silane and argon mixed gases at atmospheric pressure using a two-dimensional fluid model.The model takes into account the primary processes of excitation and ionization,sixteen reactions of radicals with radicals in silane/hydrogen/argon discharges,so this model can adequately describe the discharge plasma.The effects of very high frequency(VHF)excitation on the electron density in such discharges are analyzed.The simulation results show that the electron density does not linearly vary with the excitation frequency within from 90150 MHz.he maximum value occurs at an appropriate excitation frequency i.e.the transition frequency.Increasof the excitation frequency would effectively increase the electron density before the transition frequency,but decreases the density afterwards.is.Moreover,the densities of involved particle species,including H2+,H,Ar*,Ar+,SiH3+,SiH3,SiH3,SiH2are closely interrelated. 展开更多

废弃黏土砖中含有大量SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)等活性矿物成分,将其破碎、研磨加工后可制得再生砖粉(RBP)。通过有效的激发方式提高RBP火山灰活性,可将RBP运用到工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)中充当部分胶凝材料,具有极大的经济效益和环境效益... 废弃黏土砖中含有大量SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)等活性矿物成分,将其破碎、研磨加工后可制得再生砖粉(RBP)。通过有效的激发方式提高RBP火山灰活性,可将RBP运用到工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)中充当部分胶凝材料,具有极大的经济效益和环境效益。试验通过对物理激发后RBP的活性指标、微观结构和XRD谱进行分析,确定了RBP的最佳物理激发时间。在此基础上利用活性激发后RBP制备再生砖粉工程水泥基复合材料(RBP-ECC),对RBP-ECC进行抗折、抗压、单轴拉伸和四点弯曲试验,研究RBP取代率对RBP-ECC力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着物理激发后RBP取代率的增加,RBP-ECC各强度指标均有所下降,而极限拉应变和弯曲跨中挠度逐渐增大,最大分别可达5.22%和55.53 mm。RBP取代率为20%(质量分数)时,RBP-ECC弯曲韧性指标提升最大,较基准ECC提高约59%,各强度指标下降幅度较低,RBP-ECC仍能保持较高的强度和韧性。综合考虑RBP-ECC的强度、韧性与可持续性指标,选取20%为RBP-ECC最佳砖粉取代率,并对该取代率下RBP-ECC纤维-基体界面进行了微观分析,结果表明20%的RBP取代率下RBP-ECC中存在纤维拔出破坏模式和纤维拉断破坏模式,相较于基准ECC,RBP-ECC仍能表现出较高的拉伸韧性和适宜的抗拉强度。 展开更多

原始J-A(Jiles-Atherton)模型及其现有改进模型均不能准确模拟软磁材料在非正弦激励下含偏置小磁滞回环的复杂磁滞回线,因此,提出一种通用改进J-A模型已成为国际电磁场领域研究的热点与难点。为此,该文首先分析J-A模型不能准确模拟不同... 原始J-A(Jiles-Atherton)模型及其现有改进模型均不能准确模拟软磁材料在非正弦激励下含偏置小磁滞回环的复杂磁滞回线,因此,提出一种通用改进J-A模型已成为国际电磁场领域研究的热点与难点。为此,该文首先分析J-A模型不能准确模拟不同类型磁滞回环的问题,得到其根本原因为J-A模型中的不可逆磁化分量变化率未进行矫正,由此引入2个比例因子,控制其不可逆磁化分量满足要求;其次,发现J-A模型的钉扎系数和磁畴内耦合平均场参数随磁滞回线磁密幅值大小而变化,进一步提出改进J-A模型;另外,提出该改进模型参数的更新方法,弥补了传统方法须预知磁滞回线下一转折点数据的缺陷,需要指出的是,所提改进J-A模型所有参数通过实测对称磁滞回线即可辨识;最后,利用所提改进J-A模型与现有2种改进J-A模型分别模拟软磁材料在不同磁密下的对称磁滞回线与含偏置小回环的复杂磁滞回线,并对比实测值,验证所提改进J-A模型具有更高精度。 展开更多

链路预测是在图结构中预测未知或潜在的边,对挖掘图中的隐含信息、补全图中的缺失数据和发现图中的新知识都具有重要意义。图神经网络(Graph Neural Network,GNN)已被广泛应用于链路预测,然而,现有基于GNN的链路预测方法存在一些问题:(1... 链路预测是在图结构中预测未知或潜在的边,对挖掘图中的隐含信息、补全图中的缺失数据和发现图中的新知识都具有重要意义。图神经网络(Graph Neural Network,GNN)已被广泛应用于链路预测,然而,现有基于GNN的链路预测方法存在一些问题:(1)大多数基于GNN的方法往往容易忽略为链路预测提供额外帮助的边信息的重要性;(2)大多数基于GNN的方法都仅捕获表示图的邻居节点间相似性的低频信息,忽略了表示邻居节点间差异性的高频信息;(3)大多数基于GNN的方法都未考虑输入特征矩阵的节点维度和特征维度两个维度,只关注其中一个维度。针对这些问题,提出了一种基于双注意力图神经网络(Dual Attention Graph Neural Network,DAGNN)的链路预测方法,该方法包含两条路径,以不同的角度更新节点表示。其中一条是基于图神经网络的路径,采用含边信息的频率自适应图注意力网络(Frequency Adaptive Graph Attention Network with Edge Information,FAGAT⁃EI)作为基础模型,有效地利用边信息增强节点之间的关系,并利用频率自适应机制平衡高低频率邻居信息的权重,从而缓解GNN的过度平滑问题;另一条是基于通道注意力网络的路径,提出了一种新的压缩-激励通道注意力模块(Squeeze and Excitation⁃Channel At⁃tention Module,SE⁃CAM)作为基础模型,充分考虑输入特征矩阵的节点维度和特征维度,并自动学习和调整每个节点的不同特征权重,从而得到更有意义的节点表示。最后在两个基准数据集上进行了实验,实验结果表明,提出的链路预测方法在Last⁃FM和Book⁃Crossing两个数据集上的AUC和ACC指标均优于其他基线模型,展现出了卓越的链路预测性能。 展开更多

角接触球轴承在长时间工作的情况下,会产生故障损伤从而影响系统正常运行。以外圈具有局部缺陷的角接触球轴承为研究对象,提出不同局部缺陷轮廓的判别方法,建立角接触球轴承局部缺陷时变位移激励广义表征模型,研究局部缺陷演化过程及其... 角接触球轴承在长时间工作的情况下,会产生故障损伤从而影响系统正常运行。以外圈具有局部缺陷的角接触球轴承为研究对象,提出不同局部缺陷轮廓的判别方法,建立角接触球轴承局部缺陷时变位移激励广义表征模型,研究局部缺陷演化过程及其位移激励机理。在此基础上,考虑轴承缺陷引起的时变位移对动力学特性的影响,基于赫兹接触理论,建立角接触球轴承故障动力学模型,并通过实验验证了所建模型的正确性。分析结果表明:矩形局部缺陷最终会演化成梯形形态;不同缺陷形貌诱发的位移激励变化趋势是不同的;与局部缺陷的长度相比,宽度对位移激励的影响更大。研究结果对轴承优化设计和故障诊断提供了理论基础。 展开更多
