As an important application research topic of the intelligent aviation multi-station, collaborative detecting must overcome the problem of scouting measurement with status of 'fragmentation', and the NP-hardness problem of matching association between target and measurement in the process of scouting to data-link, which has complicated technical architecture of network construction. In this paper, taking advantage of cooperation mechanism on signal level in the aviation multi-station sympathetic network, a method of obtaining target time difference of arrival (TDOA) measurement using multi-station collaborative detecting based on time-frequency association is proposed. The method can not only achieve matching between target and its measurement, but also obtain TDOA measurement by further evolutionary transaction through refreshing sequential pulse time of arrival (TOA) measurement matrix for matching and correlating. Simulation results show that the accuracy of TDOA measurement has significant superiority over TOA, and detection probability of false TDOA measurement introduced by noise and fake measurement can be reduced effectively. 展开更多

The NCSs with uncertain time-varying delays are modeled as parameter-uncertain systems by the matrix theory. Based on the model, an observer-based residual generator is constructed and the sufficient condition for the existence of the desired fault detection filter is derived in terms of the linear matrix inequality. Furthermore, a time domain opti- mization approach is proposed to improve the performance of the fault detection system. To prevent the false alarms, a new thresh- old function is established, and the solution of the optimization problem is given by using the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the matrix. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

The detection of outliers and change points from time series has become research focus in the area of time series data mining since it can be used for fraud detection, rare event discovery, event/trend change detection, etc. In most previous works, outlier detection and change point detection have not been related explicitly and the change point detections did not consider the influence of outliers, in this work, a unified detection framework was presented to deal with both of them. The framework is based on ALARCON-AQUINO and BARRIA's change points detection method and adopts two-stage detection to divide the outliers and change points. The advantages of it lie in that: firstly, unified structure for change detection and outlier detection further reduces the computational complexity and make the detective procedure simple; Secondly, the detection strategy of outlier detection before change point detection avoids the influence of outliers to the change point detection, and thus improves the accuracy of the change point detection. The simulation experiments of the proposed method for both model data and actual application data have been made and gotten 100% detection accuracy. The comparisons between traditional detection method and the proposed method further demonstrate that the unified detection structure is more accurate when the time series are contaminated by outliers. 展开更多

Firstly, the weighted H∞ performance index is utilized as the robustness performance, and the H- index is used as the sensitivity performance for obtaining the robust fault detection filter. Then a novel multiple Lyapunov-Krasovskii function is proposed for deriving sufficient existence conditions of the robust fault detection filter based on the average dwell time technique. By introducing slack matrix variable, the coupling between the Lyapunov matrix and system matrix is removed, and the conservatism of results is reduced. Based on the robust fault detection filter, residual is generated and evaluated for detecting faults. In addition, the results of this paper are dependent on time delays,and represented in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Finally,the simulation example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

The distribution probability of the photon interarrival time (PIT) without signal initial phases is derived based on the Poisson model of X-ray pulsar signals, and a pulsar signal detection algorithm employing the PIT sequence is put forward. The joint probability of the PIT sequence is regarded as a function of the distribution probability and used to compare a constant radiation intensity model with the nonhomogeneous Poisson model for the signal detection. The relationship between the number of detected photons and the probabilities of false negative and positive is studied, and the success rate and mean detection time are estimated based on the number of the given photons. For the spacecraft velocity data detection, the changes of time of photon arrival (TOPA) and PIT caused by spacecraft motion are presented first, then the influences on detection are analyzed respectively. By using the analytical pulse profile of PSR B0531+21, the simulation of the Xray pulsar signal detection is implemented. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the contrast tests show that the proposed method is suitable for the spacecraft velocity data detection. 展开更多

The problem of fault detection for linear discrete timevarying systems with multiplicative noise is dealt with.By using an observer-based robust fault detection filter(FDF) as a residual generator,the design of the FDF is formulated in the framework of H ∞ filtering for a class of stochastic time-varying systems.A sufficient condition for the existence of the FDF is derived in terms of a Riccati equation.The determination of the parameter matrices of the filter is converted into a quadratic optimization problem,and an analytical solution of the parameter matrices is obtained by solving the Riccati equation.Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

This paper deals with the problem of the optimal fault detection (FD) for linear discrete time-varying (LDTV) systems with delayed state and l(2)-norm bounded unknown input. The novelty lies in the designing of an evaluation function for the robust FD. The basic idea is to directly construct an evaluation function by using a weighted l(2)-norm of the measurement output, which achieves an optimal trade-off between the sensitivity to fault and the robustness to l(2)-norm bounded unknown input. To avoid complex computation, a feasible solution is obtained via the recursive computation by applying the orthogonal projection. It is shown that such an evaluation function provides a unified scheme for both the cases of unknown input being l(2)-norm bounded and jointly normal distribution, while a threshold may be chosen based on a priori knowledge of unknown input. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

目的:本研究旨在开发一种具有更高灵敏度和特异性的TTV检测技术,为揭示TTV在多种疾病过程中的作用提供重要的技术支持。方法:为了更精确、灵敏的检测TTV,本研究分析了目前公布的所有亚型的TTV基因序列,在此基础上建立了一种基于UTR区域... 目的:本研究旨在开发一种具有更高灵敏度和特异性的TTV检测技术,为揭示TTV在多种疾病过程中的作用提供重要的技术支持。方法:为了更精确、灵敏的检测TTV,本研究分析了目前公布的所有亚型的TTV基因序列,在此基础上建立了一种基于UTR区域的real-time PCR检测方法,并与文献报道应用较为广泛的PCR检测方法进行了对比。结果:本研究建立的方法在1×10^(7)~1×10^(1) copies/μL标准品浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为1.000,斜率为-3.446,检测下限为1×10^(1) copies/μL。重复性试验结果显示,组内变异系数为7.22%,表明本方法重复性、稳定性较强。针对30份临床样本,使用本研究建立的real-time PCR检测方法及目前被多个研究所使用的4套引物进行对比。结果表明,本研究所建立的方法灵敏度显著高于文献中报道的4种方法(P<0.01);Sanger测序结果表明,本方法检测出的30份阳性样本均为TTV,检测特异性为100%。结论:本研究采用基于TaqMan探针的real-time PCR检测方法,检测灵敏性高、覆盖基因型范围广,尤其对于TTV病毒载量较低的情况下能够进行定量检测,对于TTV病毒的致病性及作为免疫标志物的应用提供重要的技术支持。 展开更多

WCDMA uplink signal model is established in this paper. Space-time multiuser receiver presented in this paper combines 2D-RAKE with parallel interference cancellation (PIC), and the improved parallel interference cancellation methods are given. A novel space-time multiuser detection scheme, 2DRAKE-GPPIC is proposed. This scheme employs smart antenna to suppress unexpected DOA (Direction Of Arrival) signal, uses RAKE receiver to combine different delays of expected signal, and utilizes grouped partial parallel interference cancellation (GPPIC) algorithm to suppress further the interference signal in the main lobe of array antennas. The simulation results reveal that the scheme of space-time multiuser detection presented in this paper has better performance for WCDMA system. 展开更多

This paper deals with the problem of optimal fault detection filter (FDF) design for a class of discrete-time switched linear systems under arbitrary switching. By using an observer-based FDF as a residual generator, the design of the FDF is formulated into an optimization problem through maximizing the H_/H∞ or H∞/H∞ performance index. With the aid of an operator optimization method, it is shown that a mode-dependent unified optimal solution can be derived by solving a coupled Riccati equation. 为了应对实际配电网高阻接地故障信号微弱多变、数据稀缺等问题,提出一种基于实测不均衡小样本的高阻接地故障检测新方法。首先,使用基于压缩-激励网络的多头变分自编码器增殖模型,扩充小样本数据集。其次,将数据进行滤波处理后,分别提... 为了应对实际配电网高阻接地故障信号微弱多变、数据稀缺等问题,提出一种基于实测不均衡小样本的高阻接地故障检测新方法。首先,使用基于压缩-激励网络的多头变分自编码器增殖模型,扩充小样本数据集。其次,将数据进行滤波处理后,分别提取其时、频域特征。鉴于高阻故障特征微弱,增殖模型无法生成全面、有效的故障特征这一事实,进一步提出基于梯度调和机制的类别型特征提升(gradient harmonized mechanism-categorical boosting,GHM-Cat Boost)算法,引入梯度调和机制损失函数,让模型均衡易分样本和难分样本的关注度,从而解决过拟合问题。研究结果表明,数据增殖模型能够生成兼具仿真数据多样性与实测数据随机性特点的故障样本,提高了数据的可利用性。且所提GHM-Cat Boost模型的故障识别准确率可以达到97.21%,优于其对比分类器模型。通过测试和对比分析,验证了所提方案的有效性。 展开更多

为解决时序数据中时空依赖关系不明确而导致多元时间序列异常检测效果较差的问题,提出一种基于稀疏图注意力网络的异常检测模型PSGAT-AD(ProbSparse graph attention networks anomaly detection)。采用卷积神经网络(convolutional neur... 为解决时序数据中时空依赖关系不明确而导致多元时间序列异常检测效果较差的问题,提出一种基于稀疏图注意力网络的异常检测模型PSGAT-AD(ProbSparse graph attention networks anomaly detection)。采用卷积神经网络(convolutional neural networks,CNN)提取时间戳上下文信息并使用全局时间戳编码和Transformer位置编码增强序列之间的联系。利用稀疏自注意力关注重要的时间戳与特征,通过自注意力蒸馏(self-attention distillation)降低输入规模,使重要的特征更加突出,以学习时间和特征两个维度的复杂依赖关系,提升表示学习质量。通过构建基于预测和重构的综合损失函数,对模型参数进行优化。将综合损失误差作为异常得分实现异常判定。实验结果表明,PSGAT-AD模型在4个公开数据集上的F1得分提升1.47%~6.52%。 展开更多

仙人掌X病毒(cactuSviruSX,CVX)严重威胁世界火龙果产业的发展。为实现对该病毒的定量检测,本研究根据CVX外壳蛋白(CP)的保守序列设计特异性引物CVX-F/-R,建立了引物浓度150 nmol/L,退火温度62℃的SYBR Green I实时荧光定量PCR检测方法... 仙人掌X病毒(cactuSviruSX,CVX)严重威胁世界火龙果产业的发展。为实现对该病毒的定量检测,本研究根据CVX外壳蛋白(CP)的保守序列设计特异性引物CVX-F/-R,建立了引物浓度150 nmol/L,退火温度62℃的SYBR Green I实时荧光定量PCR检测方法。该引物扩增效率为97.38%,R^(2)为0.9965,对标准品的检测极限浓度为8×10^(2)拷贝/μL,其灵敏度是普通PCR的100倍。对火龙果不同组织中CVX的相对表达量进行检测发现,病毒在花丝中的含量最高,之后依次为花萼、花瓣、嫩枝、老枝和根。对采自贵州黔南州的40份火龙果样品进行检测,共检测出32份阳性样品。上述结果表明,本研究建立的实时荧光定量PCR特异性强、灵敏度高,为今后CVX的检测提供了重要的技术补充。 展开更多

为有效解决多维时间序列(multivariate time series, MTS)无监督异常检测模型中自编码器模块容易拟合异常样本、正常MTS样本对应的隐空间特征可能被重构为异常MTS的问题,设计一种具有三重生成对抗的MTS异常检测模型。以LSTM自编码器为... 为有效解决多维时间序列(multivariate time series, MTS)无监督异常检测模型中自编码器模块容易拟合异常样本、正常MTS样本对应的隐空间特征可能被重构为异常MTS的问题,设计一种具有三重生成对抗的MTS异常检测模型。以LSTM自编码器为生成器,基于重构误差生成伪标签,由判别器区分经伪标签过滤后的重构MTS和原始MTS;采用两次对抗训练将LSTM自编码器的隐空间约束为均匀分布,减少LSTM自编码器隐空间特征重构出异常MTS的可能性。多个公开MTS数据集上的实验结果表明,T-GAN能在带有污染数据的训练集上更好学习正常MTS分布,取得较高的异常检测效果。 展开更多
