By deriving the discrete-time models of a digitally controlled H-bridge inverter system modulated by bipolar sinu- soidal pulse width modulation (BSPWM) and unipolar double-frequency sinusoidal pulse width modulati...By deriving the discrete-time models of a digitally controlled H-bridge inverter system modulated by bipolar sinu- soidal pulse width modulation (BSPWM) and unipolar double-frequency sinusoidal pulse width modulation (UDFSPWM) respectively, the performances of the two modulation strategies are analyzed in detail. The circuit parameters, used in this paper, are fixed. When the systems, modulated by BSPWM and UDFSPWM, have the same switching frequency, the stabil- ity boundaries of the two systems are the same. However, when the equivalent switching frequencies of the two systems are the same, the BSPWM modulated system is more stable than the UDFSPWM modulated system. In addition, a convenient method of establishing the discrete-time model of piecewise smooth system is presented. Finally, the analytical results are confirmed by circuit simulations and experimental measurements.展开更多

Ma king use of parasitic capacitors of the lagging switches and parallel auxiliary i nductance with the primary winding of the transformer, the lagging switches can realize zero voltage switching (ZVS) under any load. Compared with the ZCS PWM Boost FB converter, the new converter has no current duty cycle loss. Operat ional principle and parameter design are analyzed. With this control scheme, the output of the inverter could be basically identified with the theory given.Test results of experimental circuit verify that the control circuit presented in this paper is feasible. The operation modes, the input and output features and the interface between the rugged resonant dc link and the inverter bridge are also discussed. The relationship between the circuit features and the parameters is deduced, which provides a theoretical base for the circuit design. The analysis results show that the rugged resonant dc link can be regulated by open-loop control and the control of the rugged resonant dc link is independent of that of the inverter bridge, which makes the inverter control easy and realizable.The circuit of the inverter is simulated with a standard circuit simulation program PSPICE. The ...Three space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) schemes, called 7-segment space vector modulation (SVM), 5-segment SVM and 3-segment SVM are studied in this paper. The basic principle of SVPWM is presented. The switching sequence of different scheme is described. The modulation signals, DC bus voltage utilization, and output line voltage harmonic of these schemes are analyzed by the MATLAB software with different modulation index M and frequency modulation index N. The simulation results are analyzed and show that discontinuous modulating functions lead a reduction of switching actions. The DC bus voltage utilization of three schemes is almost the same. For all three SVM, the frequency modulation index N will affect the harmonic characteristic, and the modulation index M will affect DC bus voltage utilization and the harmonic content. The experiment is implemented by the DSP of TMS320F2812. The results validate three algorithms and the simulation.展开更多
A two stage turbocharging control system was proposed,in which the pressure regulator valve with a close-loop pressure adjusting function instead of a high speed on-off solenoid valve,is used as a driving mechanism of...A two stage turbocharging control system was proposed,in which the pressure regulator valve with a close-loop pressure adjusting function instead of a high speed on-off solenoid valve,is used as a driving mechanism of waste gate.A digital-analog(DA)conversion circuit based on pulse width modulation(PWM)generates one analog voltage signal required by the pressure regulating valve control.The principle of the DA conversion circuit was analyzed,meanwhile,the performance of the conversion circuit was improved by adopting a speed-up capacitor,which helps to increase the stability and responsiveness of the control voltage generated by the conversion circuit;the structure parameters of the circuit was optimized by simulation.After the optimization,the ripple wave of circuit output voltage was kept within16mV under the 12bit conversion accuracy,the conversion time of the circuit could be reduced to 4ms.The engine bench test show that the turbocharging boost pressure control system which adopted the circuit had a rather good stable control accuracy(the steady state within 0.8%)and dynamic response(the regulation time is less than 4s).展开更多

文摘A two stage turbocharging control system was proposed,in which the pressure regulator valve with a close-loop pressure adjusting function instead of a high speed on-off solenoid valve,is used as a driving mechanism of waste gate.A digital-analog(DA)conversion circuit based on pulse width modulation(PWM)generates one analog voltage signal required by the pressure regulating valve control.The principle of the DA conversion circuit was analyzed,meanwhile,the performance of the conversion circuit was improved by adopting a speed-up capacitor,which helps to increase the stability and responsiveness of the control voltage generated by the conversion circuit;the structure parameters of the circuit was optimized by simulation.After the optimization,the ripple wave of circuit output voltage was kept within16mV under the 12bit conversion accuracy,the conversion time of the circuit could be reduced to 4ms.The engine bench test show that the turbocharging boost pressure control system which adopted the circuit had a rather good stable control accuracy(the steady state within 0.8%)and dynamic response(the regulation time is less than 4s).
