The Fushan Depression is one of the petroliferous depressions in the Beibuwan Basin,South China Sea.Previous studies have preliminarily explored the origin and source of crude oils in some areas of this depression.Nev...The Fushan Depression is one of the petroliferous depressions in the Beibuwan Basin,South China Sea.Previous studies have preliminarily explored the origin and source of crude oils in some areas of this depression.Nevertheless,no systematic investigations on the classification and origin of oils and hy-drocarbon migration processes have been made for the entire petroleum system in this depression,which has significantly hindered the hydrocarbon exploration in the region.A total of 32 mudstone and 58 oil samples from the Fushan Depression were analyzed to definite the detailed oil-source correlation within the sequence and sedimentary framework.The organic matter of third member of Paleogene Liushagang Formation(Els(3))source rocks,both deltaic and lacustrine mudstone,are algal-dominated with high abundance of C_(23)tricyclic terpane and C_(30)4-methylsteranes.The deltaic source rocks occur-ring in the first member(Els_(1))and second member(Els_(2))of the Paleogene Liushagang Formation are characterized by high abundance of C_(19+20)tricyclic terpane and oleanane,reflecting a more terrestrial plants contribution.While lacustrine source rocks of Els_(1)and Els_(2)display the reduced input of terrige-nous organic matter with relatively low abundance of C 19+20 tricyclic terpane and oleanane.Three types of oils were identified by their biomarker compositions in this study.Most of the oils discovered in the Huachang and Bailian Els_(1)reservoir belong to group A and were derived from lacustrine source rocks of Els_(1)and Els_(2).Group B oils are found within the Els_(1)and Els_(2)reservoirs,showing a close relation to the deltaic source rocks of Els_(1)and Els_(2),respectively.Group C oils,occurring in the Els3 reservoirs,have a good affinity with the Els3 source rocks.The spatial distribution and accumulation of different groups of oils are mainly controlled by the sedimentary facies and specific structural conditions.The Els_(2)reservoir in the Yong'an area belonging to Group B oil,are adjacent to the source kitchen and could be considered as the favorable exploration area in the future.展开更多

In this paper, we estimate the cutoff frequency of the Ohmic spectral density by applying the π-pulse sequences(both equidistant and optimized)to a quantum probe coupled to a bosonic environment. To demonstrate the precision of cutoff frequency estimation, we theoretically derive the quantum Fisher information(QFI) and quantum signal-to-noise ratio(QSNR) across sub-Ohmic,Ohmic, and super-Ohmic environments, and investigate their behaviors through numerical examples. The results indicate that, compared to the equidistant π-pulse sequence, the optimized π-pulse sequence significantly shortens the time to reach maximum QFI while enhancing the precision of cutoff frequency estimation, particularly in deep sub-Ohmic and deep super-Ohmic environments.展开更多
Based on the experimental results of casting thin section,low temperature nitrogen adsorption,high pressure mercury injection,nuclear magnetic resonance T2 spectrum,contact angle and oil-water interfacial tension,the ...Based on the experimental results of casting thin section,low temperature nitrogen adsorption,high pressure mercury injection,nuclear magnetic resonance T2 spectrum,contact angle and oil-water interfacial tension,the relationship between pore throat structure and crude oil mobility characteristics of full particle sequence reservoirs in the Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation of Mahu Sag,Junggar Basin,are revealed.(1)With the decrease of reservoir particle size,the volume of pores connected by large throats and the volume of large pores show a decreasing trend,and the distribution and peak ranges of throat and pore radius shift to smaller size in an orderly manner.The upper limits of throat radius,porosity and permeability of unconventional reservoirs in Fengcheng Formation are approximately 0.7μm,8%and 0.1×10^(−3)μm^(2),respectively.(2)As the reservoir particle size decreases,the distribution and peak ranges of pores hosting retained oil and movable oil are shifted to a smaller size in an orderly manner.With the increase of driving pressure,the amount of retained and movable oil of the larger particle reservoir samples shows a more obvious trend of decreasing and increasing,respectively.(3)With the increase of throat radius,the driving pressure of reservoir with different particle levels presents three stages,namely rapid decrease,slow decrease and stabilization.The oil driving pressures of various reservoirs and the differences of them decrease with the increase of temperature and obviously decrease with the increase of throat radius.According to the above experimental analysis,it is concluded that the deep shale oil of Fengcheng Formation in Mahu Sag has great potential for production under geological conditions.展开更多
Wavelet transformation is a widely used method in high-frequency sequence stratigraphic analysis.However, the application is problematic since different wavelets always return the same sequence analysis results. To ad...Wavelet transformation is a widely used method in high-frequency sequence stratigraphic analysis.However, the application is problematic since different wavelets always return the same sequence analysis results. To address this issue, we applied five commonly used wavelets to theoretical sequence models to document some application criteria. Five gradual scale-change sequence models were simplified from the glutenite succession deposition by gravity flows to form the fining-upwards cycle sequences(FUCS) and coarsening-upwards cycle sequences(CUCS). After conducting theoretical sequence model tests, the optimal wavelet(sym4) was selected and successfully used with actual data to identify the sequence boundaries. We also proposed a new method to optimize the scale of continuous wavelet transformation(CWT) for sequence boundary determination. We found that the balloon-like marks in scalograms of db4, sym4, and coif4 wavelet determine, respectively, the fourth-order sequence boundary, the thick succession sequence boundaries in FUCS, and the thick succession sequence in FUCS and CUCS. Comparing the sequence identification results shows that the asymmetric wavelets had an advantage in high-frequency sequence boundary determination and sedimentary cycle discrimination through the amplitude trend of the coefficient, in which the sym4 wavelet is the most effective. In conclusion, the asymmetry of wavelets is the first selection principle, of which asymmetric wavelets are more sensitive to sediment deposition by flood flows. The match of the wavelet between the sequence is the second selection principle, in which the correlation of time-frequency impacts the accuracy of sequence surface localization. However, the waveform of the wavelet is a visual and abstract parameter for sequence boundary detection. The appropriate wavelet for lacustrine sequence analysis is the asymmetric wavelet with a weak number of side lobes. The depositional flows, depositional process,and autogenic are three sedimentary factors that influence the sequence analysis results.展开更多
To solve the problem of target damage assessment when fragments attack target under uncertain projectile and target intersection in an air defense intercept,this paper proposes a method for calculating target damage p...To solve the problem of target damage assessment when fragments attack target under uncertain projectile and target intersection in an air defense intercept,this paper proposes a method for calculating target damage probability leveraging spatio-temporal finite multilayer fragments distribution and the target damage assessment algorithm based on cloud model theory.Drawing on the spatial dispersion characteristics of fragments of projectile proximity explosion,we divide into a finite number of fragments distribution planes based on the time series in space,set up a fragment layer dispersion model grounded in the time series and intersection criterion for determining the effective penetration of each layer of fragments into the target.Building on the precondition that the multilayer fragments of the time series effectively assail the target,we also establish the damage criterion of the perforation and penetration damage and deduce the damage probability calculation model.Taking the damage probability of the fragment layer in the spatio-temporal sequence to the target as the input state variable,we introduce cloud model theory to research the target damage assessment method.Combining the equivalent simulation experiment,the scientific and rational nature of the proposed method were validated through quantitative calculations and comparative analysis.展开更多
This study integrates field outcrop profiles,drilling cores,2D seismic profiles,and 3D seismic data of key areas to analyze the Triassic tectonic-sequence stratigraphy in the Kuqa foreland basin,and investigates the i...This study integrates field outcrop profiles,drilling cores,2D seismic profiles,and 3D seismic data of key areas to analyze the Triassic tectonic-sequence stratigraphy in the Kuqa foreland basin,and investigates the impact of episodic thrust structures on sedimentary evolution and source rock distribution.(1)The Kuqa foreland basin has experienced stages of initial strong,weakened activities,relaxation and inactivity of episodic thrusting,resulting in the identification of 4 second-order sequences(Ehebulake Formation,Karamay Formation,Huangshanjie Formation,Taliqike Formation)and 11 third-order sequences(SQ1-SQ11)in the Triassic strata.Each sequence or secondary sequence displays a“coarse at the bottom and fine at the top”pattern due to the influence of secondary episodic thrust activity.(2)The episodic thrusting is closely linked to regional sequence patterns,deposition and source rock formation and distribution.The sedimentary evolution in the Triassic progresses from fan delta to braided river delta,lake,braided river delta,and meandering river delta,corresponding to the initial strong to the inactivity stages of episodic thrusting.The development stage of thick,coarse-grained sandy conglomerate reservoirs aligns with the strong to weakened thrust activities,while the source rock formation period coincides with the relaxation to inactivity stages.(3)Controlled by the intensity and stages of episodic thrust activity,the nearly EW trending thrust fault significantly thickened the footwall source rock during the Huangshanjie Formation,becoming the development center of Triassic source rock,and experienced multiple overthrust nappes in the soft stratum of the source rock,showing“stacked style”distribution.(4)The deep layers of the Kuqa foreland basin have the foundation and conditions necessary for the formation of substantial gas reservoirs,capable of forming various types of reservoirs such as self-generating and self-storing lithology,lower generating and upper storing fault block-lithology,and stratigraphic unconformity.This area holds significant importance for future gas exploration efforts aimed at enhancing reserves and production capabilities.展开更多

In order to save manpower and time costs,and to achieve simultaneous detection of multiple animal-derived components in meat and meat products,this study used multiple nucleotide polymorphism(MNP)marker technology bas...In order to save manpower and time costs,and to achieve simultaneous detection of multiple animal-derived components in meat and meat products,this study used multiple nucleotide polymorphism(MNP)marker technology based on the principle of high-throughput sequencing,and established a multi-locus 10 animalderived components identification method of cattle,goat,sheep,donkey,horse,chicken,duck,goose,pigeon,quail in meat and meat products.The specific loci of each species could be detected and the species could be accurately identified,including 5 loci for cattle and duck,3 loci for sheep,9 loci for chicken and horse,10 loci for goose and pigeon,6 loci for quail and 1 locus for donkey and goat,and an adulteration model was established to simulate commercially available samples.The results showed that the method established in this study had high throughput,good repeatability and accuracy,and was able to identify 10 animalderived components simultaneously with 100%repeatability accuracy.The detection limit was 0.1%(m/m)in simulated samples of chicken,duck and horse.Using the method established in this study to test commercially available samples,4 samples from 14 commercially available samples were detected to be inconsistent with the labels,of which 2 did not contain the target ingredient and 2 were adulterated with small amounts of other ingredients.展开更多

Feature points are firstly extracted by the improved minimum intensity change (MIC) algorithm. The matching points of these feature points are then determined by adaptive rood pattern searching. Based on the random sample consensus (RANSAC) method, the background motion is finally compensated by the parameters of an affine transform of the background motion. With reasonable morphological filtering, the moving objects are completely extracted from the background, and then tracked accurately. Experimental results show that the improved method is successful on the motion background compensation and offers great promise in tracking moving objects of the dynamic image sequence.展开更多

The effects of impregnation sequence on the structure and performance of catalysts were investigated, and there were important influences on the selectivity to higher alcohols. There was a strong synergistic effect between copper and cobalt for the co-impregnated sample. The CuCo/SiO2 catalyst prepared by co- impregnation showed a better yield of total alcohols, and a higher selectivity to total alcohols which reached 51.5%.展开更多

Three mega-sequence groups, six mega-sequences, sixteen super-sequences and forty-two sequences were determined from the Sinian to the Quaternary. The mega-sequences and super-sequences were in accordance with the locally tectonic events occurring in both the north and the south margins of the Tarim plate. The global sea level changes only worked to control formations in the tectonically stable periods or in the low order sequences. The sequences had close relationship to the source rocks, reservoirs and cap rocks, and the tectonic events determined the migration, accumulation, and preservation of the hydrocarbon. The three mega-sequence group cycles, including the early cycle-the Sinian-middle Devonian, the middle cycle-the upper Devonian-Triassic, and the late cycle-the Jurassic-Quaternary, corresponded to three reservoir formation cycles. So, it can be concluded that the local tectonic events controlled both the sequences and the distribution of oil and gas in the Tarim Basin.展开更多

Comparison with trnL-F IGS sequence, the ITS region provided the higher number of parsimony informative characters, and the interspecific variation of the ITS sequence was higher than that of the trnL-F IGS sequence.The tree obtained by combining both sets of data showed that the species sampled in Arundinaria and the related genera were monophyletic and divided into two clades. The relationships and positioning of all the taxa surveryed (including A. oleosa, A. hsienchuensis, A. chino, A. amara, A. yixingensis, A. amabilis, A. fortunei, A. pygmaea, A. gramineus, A. fargesii, A. faberi, A. hupehense, Pseudosasa japonica cv. Tsutsumiana, P. japonica and Brachystachyum densiflorum) were also discussed. The results from the sequences were broadly consistent with morphological characters, appearing all these taxa sampled belong to the genus of Arundinaria. The topologies of the trees generated from individual data and the combined data were similar.展开更多

The results indicate that, compared to the equidistant π-pulse sequence, the optimized π-pulse sequence significantly shortens the time to reach maximum QFI while enhancing the precision of cutoff frequency estimation, particularly in deep sub-Ohmic and deep super-Ohmic environments.

文摘Based on the experimental results of casting thin section,low temperature nitrogen adsorption,high pressure mercury injection,nuclear magnetic resonance T2 spectrum,contact angle and oil-water interfacial tension,the relationship between pore throat structure and crude oil mobility characteristics of full particle sequence reservoirs in the Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation of Mahu Sag,Junggar Basin,are revealed.(1)With the decrease of reservoir particle size,the volume of pores connected by large throats and the volume of large pores show a decreasing trend,and the distribution and peak ranges of throat and pore radius shift to smaller size in an orderly manner.The upper limits of throat radius,porosity and permeability of unconventional reservoirs in Fengcheng Formation are approximately 0.7μm,8%and 0.1×10^(−3)μm^(2),respectively.(2)As the reservoir particle size decreases,the distribution and peak ranges of pores hosting retained oil and movable oil are shifted to a smaller size in an orderly manner.With the increase of driving pressure,the amount of retained and movable oil of the larger particle reservoir samples shows a more obvious trend of decreasing and increasing,respectively.(3)With the increase of throat radius,the driving pressure of reservoir with different particle levels presents three stages,namely rapid decrease,slow decrease and stabilization.The oil driving pressures of various reservoirs and the differences of them decrease with the increase of temperature and obviously decrease with the increase of throat radius.According to the above experimental analysis,it is concluded that the deep shale oil of Fengcheng Formation in Mahu Sag has great potential for production under geological conditions.
文摘Wavelet transformation is a widely used method in high-frequency sequence stratigraphic analysis.However, the application is problematic since different wavelets always return the same sequence analysis results. To address this issue, we applied five commonly used wavelets to theoretical sequence models to document some application criteria. Five gradual scale-change sequence models were simplified from the glutenite succession deposition by gravity flows to form the fining-upwards cycle sequences(FUCS) and coarsening-upwards cycle sequences(CUCS). After conducting theoretical sequence model tests, the optimal wavelet(sym4) was selected and successfully used with actual data to identify the sequence boundaries. We also proposed a new method to optimize the scale of continuous wavelet transformation(CWT) for sequence boundary determination. We found that the balloon-like marks in scalograms of db4, sym4, and coif4 wavelet determine, respectively, the fourth-order sequence boundary, the thick succession sequence boundaries in FUCS, and the thick succession sequence in FUCS and CUCS. Comparing the sequence identification results shows that the asymmetric wavelets had an advantage in high-frequency sequence boundary determination and sedimentary cycle discrimination through the amplitude trend of the coefficient, in which the sym4 wavelet is the most effective. In conclusion, the asymmetry of wavelets is the first selection principle, of which asymmetric wavelets are more sensitive to sediment deposition by flood flows. The match of the wavelet between the sequence is the second selection principle, in which the correlation of time-frequency impacts the accuracy of sequence surface localization. However, the waveform of the wavelet is a visual and abstract parameter for sequence boundary detection. The appropriate wavelet for lacustrine sequence analysis is the asymmetric wavelet with a weak number of side lobes. The depositional flows, depositional process,and autogenic are three sedimentary factors that influence the sequence analysis results.

文摘To solve the problem of target damage assessment when fragments attack target under uncertain projectile and target intersection in an air defense intercept,this paper proposes a method for calculating target damage probability leveraging spatio-temporal finite multilayer fragments distribution and the target damage assessment algorithm based on cloud model theory.Drawing on the spatial dispersion characteristics of fragments of projectile proximity explosion,we divide into a finite number of fragments distribution planes based on the time series in space,set up a fragment layer dispersion model grounded in the time series and intersection criterion for determining the effective penetration of each layer of fragments into the target.Building on the precondition that the multilayer fragments of the time series effectively assail the target,we also establish the damage criterion of the perforation and penetration damage and deduce the damage probability calculation model.Taking the damage probability of the fragment layer in the spatio-temporal sequence to the target as the input state variable,we introduce cloud model theory to research the target damage assessment method.Combining the equivalent simulation experiment,the scientific and rational nature of the proposed method were validated through quantitative calculations and comparative analysis.

文摘This study integrates field outcrop profiles,drilling cores,2D seismic profiles,and 3D seismic data of key areas to analyze the Triassic tectonic-sequence stratigraphy in the Kuqa foreland basin,and investigates the impact of episodic thrust structures on sedimentary evolution and source rock distribution.(1)The Kuqa foreland basin has experienced stages of initial strong,weakened activities,relaxation and inactivity of episodic thrusting,resulting in the identification of 4 second-order sequences(Ehebulake Formation,Karamay Formation,Huangshanjie Formation,Taliqike Formation)and 11 third-order sequences(SQ1-SQ11)in the Triassic strata.Each sequence or secondary sequence displays a“coarse at the bottom and fine at the top”pattern due to the influence of secondary episodic thrust activity.(2)The episodic thrusting is closely linked to regional sequence patterns,deposition and source rock formation and distribution.The sedimentary evolution in the Triassic progresses from fan delta to braided river delta,lake,braided river delta,and meandering river delta,corresponding to the initial strong to the inactivity stages of episodic thrusting.The development stage of thick,coarse-grained sandy conglomerate reservoirs aligns with the strong to weakened thrust activities,while the source rock formation period coincides with the relaxation to inactivity stages.(3)Controlled by the intensity and stages of episodic thrust activity,the nearly EW trending thrust fault significantly thickened the footwall source rock during the Huangshanjie Formation,becoming the development center of Triassic source rock,and experienced multiple overthrust nappes in the soft stratum of the source rock,showing“stacked style”distribution.(4)The deep layers of the Kuqa foreland basin have the foundation and conditions necessary for the formation of substantial gas reservoirs,capable of forming various types of reservoirs such as self-generating and self-storing lithology,lower generating and upper storing fault block-lithology,and stratigraphic unconformity.This area holds significant importance for future gas exploration efforts aimed at enhancing reserves and production capabilities.

文摘To understand the gene-based biological processes in-depth,the single-molecule real-time sequencing has drawn increasing attention with promoted by the Human Genome Project.Herein,a set of newly designed canonical fluorescent bases(A_(y),tC,G_(b),T_(p))are proposed for four-color DNA sequencing.These quasi-intrinsic probes are derived from the fluorophore replacement and ring expansion on natural bases,which still keep the pyrimidine or purine underlying skeleton and Watson–Crick hydrogen bonding face to allow minimal perturbation to the native DNA duplex.More importantly,these nucleobase analogues possess red-shifted absorption and efficient photoluminescence due to the enhancedπ-conjugation in character.Meanwhile,the four analogues could generate distinct emission wavelength(Δλ~50 nm)for real-time sequencing.To assess the biological employment of the proposed biosensors,the effects of base pairing and linking deoxyribose are also considered.

文摘In order to save manpower and time costs,and to achieve simultaneous detection of multiple animal-derived components in meat and meat products,this study used multiple nucleotide polymorphism(MNP)marker technology based on the principle of high-throughput sequencing,and established a multi-locus 10 animalderived components identification method of cattle,goat,sheep,donkey,horse,chicken,duck,goose,pigeon,quail in meat and meat products.The specific loci of each species could be detected and the species could be accurately identified,including 5 loci for cattle and duck,3 loci for sheep,9 loci for chicken and horse,10 loci for goose and pigeon,6 loci for quail and 1 locus for donkey and goat,and an adulteration model was established to simulate commercially available samples.The results showed that the method established in this study had high throughput,good repeatability and accuracy,and was able to identify 10 animalderived components simultaneously with 100%repeatability accuracy.The detection limit was 0.1%(m/m)in simulated samples of chicken,duck and horse.Using the method established in this study to test commercially available samples,4 samples from 14 commercially available samples were detected to be inconsistent with the labels,of which 2 did not contain the target ingredient and 2 were adulterated with small amounts of other ingredients.

文摘Orthopedic conditions have emerged as global health concerns,impacting approximately 1.7 billion individuals worldwide.However,the limited understanding of the underlying pathological processes at the cellular and molecular level has hindered the development of comprehensive treatment options for these disorders.The advent of single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)technology has revolutionized biomedical research by enabling detailed examination of cellular and molecular diversity.Nevertheless,investigating mechanisms at the single-cell level in highly mineralized skeletal tissue poses technical challenges.In this comprehensive review,we present a streamlined approach to obtaining high-quality single cells from skeletal tissue and provide an overview of existing scRNA-seq technologies employed in skeletal studies along with practical bioinformatic analysis pipelines.By utilizing these methodologies,crucial insights into the developmental dynamics,maintenance of homeostasis,and pathological processes involved in spine,joint,bone,muscle,and tendon disorders have been uncovered.Specifically focusing on the joint diseases of degenerative disc disease,osteoarthritis,and rheumatoid arthritis using scRNA-seq has provided novel insights and a more nuanced comprehension.These findings have paved the way for discovering novel therapeutic targets that offer potential benefits to patients suffering from diverse skeletal disorders.

文摘Since the traditional Miner rule ignores the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life, the fuzzy rules are used to analyze the fuzziness of the fatigue damage caused by the stress nearby the fatigue limit under different load sequences. The improved fuzzy Miner rule can reflect the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life. Results of the example show that the prediction error can be reduced from 61.6% to 21.7%.
文摘An improved estimation of motion vectors of feature points is proposed for tracking moving objects of dynamic image sequence. Feature points are firstly extracted by the improved minimum intensity change (MIC) algorithm. The matching points of these feature points are then determined by adaptive rood pattern searching. Based on the random sample consensus (RANSAC) method, the background motion is finally compensated by the parameters of an affine transform of the background motion. With reasonable morphological filtering, the moving objects are completely extracted from the background, and then tracked accurately. Experimental results show that the improved method is successful on the motion background compensation and offers great promise in tracking moving objects of the dynamic image sequence.
文摘A novel kind of multidimension symbol/sequence trellis coded modulation (TCM) based on TCM of lower coding rate has been constructed. The redundancy of this new kind of TCM is provided not only by the modulated symbol sequence but also by the PN sequences for spreading spectrum as well. The performance of direct sequence spread spectrum multiple access (DS/SSMA) system with this symbol/sequence TCM over flat Rayleigh fading channel has been investigated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results obtained in this research demonstrate the performance improvements of this system in comparison with that of the DS/SSMA system with conventional TCM under the same conditions.
文摘In this paper, the σ_duals of two classes important sequence spaces l 1(X) and l ∞(X) are investigated, and shows that some topology properties of locally convex space (X,τ) can be characterized by the σ _duals. The criterions of bounded sets in l 1(X) and l ∞(X ) with respect to the weak topologies generated by the σ _duals are obtained. Furthermore, a Schur type result and an automatic continuity theorem of matrix transformation are established.

文摘Silica-supported CuCo catalysts were prepared by impregnation method with different impregnation sequence for higher alcohols synthesis. These catalysts were characterized by H2-TPR, XRD, N2 adsorption, XPS techniques and CO selective hydrogenation reaction measurement. The effects of impregnation sequence on the structure and performance of catalysts were investigated, and there were important influences on the selectivity to higher alcohols. There was a strong synergistic effect between copper and cobalt for the co-impregnated sample. The CuCo/SiO2 catalyst prepared by co- impregnation showed a better yield of total alcohols, and a higher selectivity to total alcohols which reached 51.5%.
文摘Various orders of sequences were recognized in the Tarim Basin from unconformities. Three mega-sequence groups, six mega-sequences, sixteen super-sequences and forty-two sequences were determined from the Sinian to the Quaternary. The mega-sequences and super-sequences were in accordance with the locally tectonic events occurring in both the north and the south margins of the Tarim plate. The global sea level changes only worked to control formations in the tectonically stable periods or in the low order sequences. The sequences had close relationship to the source rocks, reservoirs and cap rocks, and the tectonic events determined the migration, accumulation, and preservation of the hydrocarbon. The three mega-sequence group cycles, including the early cycle-the Sinian-middle Devonian, the middle cycle-the upper Devonian-Triassic, and the late cycle-the Jurassic-Quaternary, corresponded to three reservoir formation cycles. So, it can be concluded that the local tectonic events controlled both the sequences and the distribution of oil and gas in the Tarim Basin.
文摘Phylogenetic relationships of Arundinaria and related genera (Pleioblastus, Pseudosasa, Oligostachyum, Bashania, Clavinodum, etc.) were assessed by analyzing the sequences of the nrDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and the cpDNA trnL-F intergenic spacer (IGS). Comparison with trnL-F IGS sequence, the ITS region provided the higher number of parsimony informative characters, and the interspecific variation of the ITS sequence was higher than that of the trnL-F IGS sequence.The tree obtained by combining both sets of data showed that the species sampled in Arundinaria and the related genera were monophyletic and divided into two clades. The relationships and positioning of all the taxa surveryed (including A. oleosa, A. hsienchuensis, A. chino, A. amara, A. yixingensis, A. amabilis, A. fortunei, A. pygmaea, A. gramineus, A. fargesii, A. faberi, A. hupehense, Pseudosasa japonica cv. Tsutsumiana, P. japonica and Brachystachyum densiflorum) were also discussed. The results from the sequences were broadly consistent with morphological characters, appearing all these taxa sampled belong to the genus of Arundinaria. The topologies of the trees generated from individual data and the combined data were similar.
