We give ...The multiobjective group decision-making problem under risk is common in reality. This paper focuses on the study about risky multiobjective group decision-making problem where the index value is not certain. We give indexes classifying method and index normalizing formula of this type problem. By building objective function that minimizes general weighted distance from every alternative to the relatively best and worst alternative, the optimal membership degree of every decision-maker to every alternative can be obtained, and by building another objective function that minimizes general weighted distance from the optimal membership degree of every decision-maker to every alternative to the group optimal alternative and the group inferior alternative, the optimal membership degree of every decision-maker to every alternative can be obtained, which are both based on probability theory and fuzzy theory. Aftermost a model is established which collects group preferences. This method provides a new idea and approach for solving multiobjective decision-making problem among uncertain system, which is applicable for practical problem. Finally a case study shows a satisfactory result.展开更多
在遥感图像多变化检测领域中,后验概率空间变化向量分析(change vector analysis in posterior probability space,CVAPS)是一种得到广泛使用的变化检测方法。然而,CVAPS利用支持向量机来估计遥感图像像素的后验概率向量,易受到遥感图...在遥感图像多变化检测领域中,后验概率空间变化向量分析(change vector analysis in posterior probability space,CVAPS)是一种得到广泛使用的变化检测方法。然而,CVAPS利用支持向量机来估计遥感图像像素的后验概率向量,易受到遥感图像中同物异谱、异物同谱、混合像元等因素的影响,从而难以准确估计复杂像元的后验概率向量的强度和方向,并影响了其后多元变化检测的精度。因此,文章在CVAPS的框架下,提出了一种采用模糊C均值聚类分解混合像元,并耦合上下文敏感的贝叶斯网络,使用角度阈值进行多变化类型检测的方法。当夹角小于一定阈值时,则判定该像素为该标准变化向量所代表的变化类型。实验结果证明该算法具有较高变化检测性能,取得了高于对比算法的精度。展开更多
The carrier synchronization algorithm of the autonomous radio for deep space is studied.When the signal modulation is unknown,this paper improves the existing universal carrier synchronization loop for multiple modula...The carrier synchronization algorithm of the autonomous radio for deep space is studied.When the signal modulation is unknown,this paper improves the existing universal carrier synchronization loop for multiple modulations,expands the frequency tracking range of the loop,proposes a Tong detection-based M-ary Phase Shift Keying(M-PSK)signal locking detection algorithm to rapidly and effectively determine whether the current phase discrimination mode matches the modulation mode,so as to independently choose whether to switch the phase discrimination mode.Through theoretical analysis and comparison,it is described that the total detection probability of the algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly higher than the probability of single lock detection.Simulation results show that the algorithm has high detection probabiUty and low computational complexity at a low signal to noise ratio.展开更多

From the point of view of algebra, we present a novel similarity measure in product space. Based on the similarity degree, we use a similarity aggregation method to fusion experts' evaluation.
