Traditional transgenic detection methods require high test conditions and struggle to be both sensitive and efficient.In this study,a one-tube dual recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)reaction system for CP4-EPSPS and Cry1Ab/Ac was proposed and combined with a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay,named“Dual-RPA-LFD”,to visualize the dual detection of genetically modified(GM)crops.In which,the herbicide tolerance gene CP4-EPSPS and the insect resistance gene Cry1Ab/Ac were selected as targets taking into account the current status of the most widespread application of insect resistance and herbicide tolerance traits and their stacked traits.Gradient diluted plasmids,transgenic standards,and actual samples were used as templates to conduct sensitivity,specificity,and practicality assays,respectively.The constructed method achieved the visual detection of plasmid at levels as low as 100 copies,demonstrating its high sensitivity.In addition,good applicability to transgenic samples was observed,with no cross-interference between two test lines and no influence from other genes.In conclusion,this strategy achieved the expected purpose of simultaneous detection of the two popular targets in GM crops within 20 min at 37°C in a rapid,equipmentfree field manner,providing a new alternative for rapid screening for transgenic assays in the field. 展开更多

In view of the fact that safety production supervision of coal mines in China features low efficacy, this paper applies principles of cybernetics to simulate the dynamic process of safety supervision, and proposes that institutional variables be controlled to support intermediate goals, which in turn contribute to the ultimate safety production objective. Rather than focusing all attention on safety issues of working faces, supervising departments of coalmines are advised to pay much more attention to institutional factors that may impact people’s attitude and behavior, which are responsible for most coalmine accidents. It is believed that such a shift of attention can effectively reduce coalmining production accidents and greatly enhance supervision efficacy. 展开更多

A comprehensive and rapid assessment of the regulatory environment can help the project teams of international companies understand the macroenvironment of the target electricity market within a short period, quickly identify investment risks, qualitatively analyze the return level of the underlying assets, shorten the decision time, capture investment opportunities, and enhance the team. A“cloud-edge-end”collaborative system architecture is adopted for real-time security management of power system on-site work,and mobile edge computing equipment utilizes lightweight intelligent recognition algorithms for on-site risk assessment and alert.Owing to its lightweight and fast speed,YOLOv4-Tiny is often deployed on edge computing equipment for real-time video stream detection;however,its accuracy is relatively low.This study proposes an improved YOLOv4-Tiny algorithm based on attention mechanism and optimized training methods,achieving higher accuracy without compromising the speed.Specifically,a convolution block attention module branch is added to the backbone network to enhance the feature extraction capability and an efficient channel attention mechanism is added in the neck network to improve feature utilization.Moreover,three optimized training methods:transfer learning,mosaic data augmentation,and label smoothing are used to improve the training effect of this improved algorithm.Finally,an edge computing equipment experimental platform equipped with an NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX chip is established and the newly developed algorithm is tested on it.According to the results,the speed of the improved YOLOv4-Tiny algorithm in detecting on-site dress code compliance datasets is 17.25 FPS,and the mean average precision(mAP)is increased from 70.89%to 85.03%. 展开更多

Cases of foodborne doping are frequently reported in sports events and can cause severe consequences for athletes.The foodborne doping can be divided into natural endogenous and artifi cially added foods according to the sources,including anabolic agents,stimulants,diuretics,β-blockers,β2 agonists and others.In order to control foodborne doping,chromatographic technique,immunoassay,nuclear magnetic resonance,biosensor technology,pyrolytic spectroscopy,comprehensive analysis and electrochemical analysis have usually used as analytical and inspection strategies.Meanwhile,the legislation of anti-doping,the improvement of testing standard and technology,and the prevention and control of food safety,as well as the improvement of risk perception of athletes are highly necessary for achieving the effective risk control and supervision of foodborne doping,which will be benefi cial for athletes,doctors and administrators to avoid the risks of foodborne doping test and reduce foodborne doping risks for the health of athletes. 展开更多

Seismic impedance inversion is an important technique for structure identification and reservoir prediction.Model-based and data-driven impedance inversion are the commonly used inversion methods.In practice,the geophysical inversion problem is essentially an ill-posedness problem,which means that there are many solutions corresponding to the same seismic data.Therefore,regularization schemes,which can provide stable and unique inversion results to some extent,have been introduced into the objective function as constrain terms.Among them,given a low-frequency initial impedance model is the most commonly used regularization method,which can provide a smooth and stable solution.However,this model-based inversion method relies heavily on the initial model and the inversion result is band limited to the effective frequency bandwidth of seismic data,which cannot effectively improve the seismic vertical resolution and is difficult to be applied to complex structural regions.Therefore,we propose a data-driven approach for high-resolution impedance inversion based on the bidirectional long short-term memory recurrent neural network,which regards seismic data as time-series rather than image-like patches.Compared with the model-based inversion method,the data-driven approach provides higher resolution inversion results,which demonstrates the effectiveness of the data-driven method for recovering the high-frequency components.However,judging from the inversion results for characterization the spatial distribution of thin-layer sands,the accuracy of high-frequency components is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,we add the model constraint to the objective function to overcome the shortages of relying only on the data-driven schemes.First,constructing the supervisor1 based on the bidirectional long short-term memory recurrent neural network,which provides the predicted impedance with higher resolution.Then,convolution constraint as supervisor2 is introduced into the objective function to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the inversion results,which makes the synthetic seismic data obtained from the inversion result consistent with the input data.Finally,we test the proposed scheme based on the synthetic and field seismic data.Compared to model-based and purely data-driven impedance inversion methods,the proposed approach provides more accurate and reliable inversion results while with higher vertical resolution and better spatial continuity.The inversion results accurately characterize the spatial distribution relationship of thin sands.The model tests demonstrate that the model-constrained and data-driven impedance inversion scheme can effectively improve the thin-layer structure characterization based on the seismic data.Moreover,tests on the oil field data indicate the practicality and adaptability of the proposed method. 展开更多

We study the dynamical energy equipartition properties in the integrable Toda model with additional uniform or disordered on-site energies by extensive numerical simulations. The total energy is initially equidistributed among some of the lowest frequency linear modes. For the Toda model with uniform on-site potentials, the energy spectrum keeps its profile nearly unchanged in a relatively short time scale. On a much longer time scale, the energies of tail modes increase slowly with time. Energy equipartition is far away from being attached in our studied time scale. For the Toda model with disordered on-site potentials, the energy transfers continuously to the high frequency modes and eventually towards energy equipartition. We further perform a systematic study of the equipartition time teq depending on the energy density ε and the nonlinear parameter α in the thermodynamic limit for the Toda model with disordered on-site potentials. We find teq∝ (1/ε)^a(1/α)^b, where b≈ 2a. The values of a and b are increased when increasing the strengths of disordered on-site potentials or decreasing the number of initially excited modes. 展开更多

First, the focus of energy supervision should shift to in-process and post supervision after cancellation or decentralization of energy project approval, Hence, the supervision over construction and completion acceptance is reinforced. Second, with the progression of marketoriented reforms in tire electricity and petroleum sectors, relevant energy authorities should strengthen supervision on key aspects in the electricity and petroleum sectors, particularly by way of specific supervision and problem supervision, in order to keep tire market fair, open and transparent. Third, innovative supervision modes should be adopted to improve supervision performance, so as to realize effective supervision amt finally achieve standardized and normalized energy supervision. These proposals rtTresent both the challenges and tasks that the supervision authorities face but also highlight important chances to realize the energy supervision revolution. Energy enterprises should continuously update thenzselves on the reforms and actions of energy supervision in order to meet the compliance requirements of construction and operation. 展开更多

笔者首次基于地方政府-人大官员流动的视角,系统考察我国地方人大预算的“合作型监督”模式能否以及如何提升预算监督绩效。研究发现:地方人大官员的政府部门工作经历,尤其是在财政、审计部门的工作经历能够显著提升预算监督绩效,且随... 笔者首次基于地方政府-人大官员流动的视角,系统考察我国地方人大预算的“合作型监督”模式能否以及如何提升预算监督绩效。研究发现:地方人大官员的政府部门工作经历,尤其是在财政、审计部门的工作经历能够显著提升预算监督绩效,且随政府部门任职工作年限呈倒U型关系。该结论在多种稳健性检验后保持不变。异质性分析发现,官员流动对预算监督绩效的影响在经济发展水平低、财政压力大、省级人大常委会主任由省委书记兼任的地区更加显著;同时,在时间维度上,2015年《预算法》实施以及预算联网监督后更加明显。本文的研究对进一步优化政府官员流动和提升人大预算监督绩效具有重要的政策启示。 展开更多

农业面源污染不仅造成了地表水环境恶化,而且严重制约了农业绿色可持续发展,近年来愈发得到各部门高度重视,相关监测方案和管理体系逐步建立,但是仍存在面源污染治理成效较低的问题。本文总结了面源污染监测在不同尺度下的监测对象、时... 农业面源污染不仅造成了地表水环境恶化,而且严重制约了农业绿色可持续发展,近年来愈发得到各部门高度重视,相关监测方案和管理体系逐步建立,但是仍存在面源污染治理成效较低的问题。本文总结了面源污染监测在不同尺度下的监测对象、时空精度、污染源识别方案和管理措施现状,指出了监测精度不足、污染源识别动态性不足、污染源和管理措施匹配性不足的瓶颈,这也直接或间接导致面源污染监测体系不健全、智能化不足、精细化程度较低和污染治理效率较低等问题。随着信息化和数字化发展,物联网平台通过集成天空地一体化监测设备与算法,成为智能化监管的关键抓手,为面源污染精细化监测提供了技术支撑,构建农业面源污染物联网智能观测体系,解决模型关键参数观测精度问题,利用“面源污染模型+指纹示踪”的面源多污染源识别与追踪技术体系,解决污染源精准定位问题,考虑多污染源和多治理模式的成效评估及方案优选,解决精准化和差别化治理问题。最终实现面源管控的系统性、集成性和智能性水平提升,打通从“监测”到“治理”的关键突破路径。物联网智能监测平台应用与示范在太湖流域逐步开展,为农业面源污染智慧监管破局提供了重要参考。 展开更多

为了能够准确高效地对离格信号的波达方向(Direction of Arrival, DOA)进行估计,利用卷积神经网络来提取信号协方差矩阵中的深度特征信息,并采用改进型标签策略来确保网络的估计精度和效率。具体来说,通过带小数的标签来注释协方差矩阵... 为了能够准确高效地对离格信号的波达方向(Direction of Arrival, DOA)进行估计,利用卷积神经网络来提取信号协方差矩阵中的深度特征信息,并采用改进型标签策略来确保网络的估计精度和效率。具体来说,通过带小数的标签来注释协方差矩阵构成的张量,并配合上改进后的二进制交叉熵损失函数来使得所提出的小数标签能够用于网络训练。针对DOA估计对应的多标签—多分类的问题,使用了包含6层结构的卷积神经网络的输出单元类别以及幅度来分别对离格信号的DOA整数部分与小数部分进行重构。通过与6种现有典型方法的均方根误差(Root Mean Square Error, RMSE)仿真对比,所提方法能够在信噪比为-10 dB的情况下保持着RMSE<0.5°的优秀表现。虽然无法在较少快拍下正常工作,但该方法在快拍数大于8的条件下仍然保持着RMSE<1°的表现性能。同时,在信号数量为5时,所提方法依然具有较高的估计稳定性,且计算速度能够达到毫秒级,用时明显低于其他方法。 展开更多

航海类教师不仅承担着航海技术、轮机工程和船舶电子电气工程等专业的教学和培训基本工作,同时还承担着科学研究和研究生培养等重要工作。为保持证书有效,航海类教师需要长期从事远洋船舶驾驶、轮机管理、电子电气维护管理等上船实践工... 航海类教师不仅承担着航海技术、轮机工程和船舶电子电气工程等专业的教学和培训基本工作,同时还承担着科学研究和研究生培养等重要工作。为保持证书有效,航海类教师需要长期从事远洋船舶驾驶、轮机管理、电子电气维护管理等上船实践工作。由于实践经验丰富,航海类教师在教学方面的能力普遍较好,但在科学研究能力和研究生培养方面的能力则相对较弱。因此,本文分析了航海类教师科学研究和研究生培养能力水平不高的原因,并给出了从航海实践中发掘科研问题、在实践中检验科研问题,同时,加强学术交流,加强对研究生培养的计划性与不间断性的应对举措,以充分发挥航海教师海上实践方面的优势。 展开更多
